本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
目前生产的面料结构单一，层次感差，满足不了人们的需要。且尺寸稳定性不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种层次感强的带有温感面料层的绒条尺寸稳定性好面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种带有温感面料层的绒条尺寸稳定性好面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体的上表面设有绒毛层、下表面设有提花层，所述绒毛层上设有绒毛条，所述绒毛条与绒毛层连接为一整体，并用线固定在面料本体上，所述提花层固定在面料本体的下表面，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成，所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置，所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝，纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝，且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构。织物下设置温感面料层，温感面料层由纯棉纤维、天丝纤维和氯纶纤维经混合后纺成纱，再将混纺纱进行纺织而成，所述纯棉纤维、天丝纤维和氯纶纤维所占的质量百分比分别为65%-75%、17%-23%和8%-12%。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、凸起的绒条、绒毛层和提花层增强了带有温感面料层的绒条尺寸稳定性好面料的层次感，同时手感柔软舒适。
2、本发明经纱和纬纱之间的空间大，具有较好的弹力和舒适感。本发明使用了涤纶低弹丝，既具有象氨纶类弹性织物的优点，又比氨纶类弹性织物的价格低，且织物的尺寸稳定性好。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种带有温感面料层的绒条尺寸稳定性好面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1的上表面设有绒毛层2、下表面设有提花层4。所述绒毛层2上设有绒毛条3，所述绒毛条3与绒毛层2连接为一整体，并用线5固定在面料本体1上。图2实施例中的绒毛条3等距、平行排列。所述提花层4固定在面料本体1的下表面。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成，所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置，所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝，纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝，且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构。织物下设置温感面料层，温感面料层由纯棉纤维、天丝纤维和氯纶纤维经混合后纺成纱，再将混纺纱进行纺织而成，所述纯棉纤维、天丝纤维和氯纶纤维所占的质量百分比分别为65%-75%、17%-23%和8%-12%。
