本发明公开了一种LED灯螺旋套压紧装置,包括下盖和上盖,所述下盖的左右两端设置安装板,所述上盖的内腔中安装有多个限位柱,所述限位柱的底端安装有卷簧,所述卷簧的一端安装有多个顶针,且顶针从顶针孔中引出,所述簧的另一端安装有螺纹板,所述旋转杆的侧壁上设有螺纹,所述旋转杆的底部安装有旋转手柄。该LED灯螺旋套压紧装置,通设置上盖内腔中设置卷簧和顶针结构,可以把LED灯的螺旋套压紧,减少了损坏,保护资源,增加消费者的好感,同时在旋转杆上设置限位套,可以记录旋转杆旋进上盖内腔中的距离,简单实用减少旋转时压力过大损坏螺旋座,旋转杆底部设置旋转手柄,可以在旋转时更加省力,减少操作人员劳动负担。

本发明涉及LED灯技术领域,具体为一种LED灯螺旋套压紧装置。
背景技术
当今世界,环保越来越被人们重视,LED灯就是比较环保节能的灯具,被人们喜爱,但是现有的LED灯的螺旋套容易脱落,减少了消费者体验好感,都是也浪费资源,现有的LED灯螺旋套压紧装置,无法控制压力,容易损坏螺旋套,同时旋转时操作人员比较费力,增加操作人员劳动负担。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种LED灯螺旋套压紧装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种LED灯螺旋套压紧装置,包括下盖和上盖,所述下盖的左右两端设置安装板,且安装板上留有安装孔,所述上盖的左右两端均安装有固定板,且固定板上开有通孔,所述上盖通过固定螺钉穿过固定板上的通孔与下盖固定连接,所述上盖的四周设有顶针孔,所述上盖的内腔中安装有多个限位柱,所述限位柱的底端安装有卷簧,所述卷簧的一端安装有多个顶针,且顶针从顶针孔中引出,所述簧的另一端安装有螺纹板,所述下盖的底部与旋转杆活动相连,所述旋转杆的侧壁上设有螺纹,且螺纹与螺纹板相匹配,所述旋转杆的侧壁上套接有限位套,所述旋转杆的侧壁上从上到下依次套接有限位套和手柄,所述旋转杆的底部安装有旋转手柄。
优选的,所述限位柱的数量不少于5个,且个限位柱呈环形排列。
优选的,所述手柄上安装有用于增大摩擦力的橡胶结构。
优选的,所述顶针孔的数量与顶针的数量相匹配。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该LED灯螺旋套压紧装置,通设置上盖内腔中设置卷簧和顶针结构,可以把LED灯的螺旋套压紧,减少了损坏,保护资源,增加消费者的好感,同时在旋转杆上设置限位套,可以记录旋转杆旋进上盖内腔中的距离,简单实用,减少旋转时压力过大损坏螺旋座,在旋转杆底部设置旋转手柄,可以在旋转时更加省力,减少操作人员劳动负担。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种LED灯螺旋套压紧装置,包括下盖1和上盖2,所述下盖1的左右两端设置安装板4,且安装板4上留有安装孔11,便于把该装置固定,使用起来更加方便,所述上盖2的左右两端均安装有固定板12,且固定板12上开有通孔13,所述上盖2通过固定螺钉3穿过固定板12上的通孔13与下盖1固定连接,所述上盖2的四周设有顶针孔15,用于LED灯的螺旋套压紧的工作,所述顶针孔15的数量与顶针14的数量相匹配,所述上盖2的内腔中安装有限位柱16,所述限位柱16的数量为于5个,且个限位柱16呈环形排列,可以更好的与卷簧17配合,所述限位柱16的底端安装有卷簧17,所述卷簧17的一端安装有多个顶针14,且顶针14从顶针孔15中引出,所述簧17的另一端安装有螺纹板10,所述下盖1的底部与旋转杆5活动相连,所述旋转杆5的侧壁上设有螺纹9,且螺纹9与螺纹板10相匹配,通过转动旋转杆5,调节顶针14在顶针孔15内的伸出和收回,所述旋转杆5的侧壁上套接有限位套6,用于记忆旋转的距离,防止压力过大,损坏LED灯座,所述旋转杆5的侧壁上从上到下依次套接有限位套6和手柄8,所述手柄8上安装有用于增大摩擦力的橡胶结构,防止手部损害,所述旋转杆5的底部安装有旋转手柄7,使旋转起来更加省力。
通过安装板4把下盖1,固定起来,把上盖2通过固定螺钉3安装在下盖1上,之后转动旋转手柄7,带动旋转杆5转动,旋转杆5上设置的螺纹9与螺纹板10相啮合,收紧卷簧17,卷簧17收紧使顶针14从顶针孔15顶出,反方向转动旋转手柄7,顶针14收回在顶针孔15。

1.一种LED灯螺旋套压紧装置,其特征在于:包括下盖(1)和上盖(2),所述下盖(1)的左右两端设置安装板(4),且安装板(4)上留有安装孔(11),所述上盖(2)的左右两端均安装有固定板(12),且固定板(12)上开有通孔(13),所述上盖(2)通过固定螺钉(3)穿过固定板(12)上的通孔(13)与下盖(1)固定连接,所述上盖(2)的四周设有顶针孔(15),所述上盖(2)的内腔中安装有多个限位柱(16),所述限位柱(16)的底端安装有卷簧(17),所述卷簧(17)的一端安装有多个顶针(14),且顶针(14)从顶针孔(15)中引出,所述卷簧(17)的另一端安装有螺纹板(10),所述下盖(1)的底部与旋转杆(5)活动相连,所述旋转杆(5)的侧壁上设有螺纹(9),且螺纹(9)与螺纹板(10)相匹配,所述旋转杆(5)的侧壁上套接有限位套(6),所述旋转杆(5)的侧壁上从上到下依次套接有限位套(6)和手柄(8),所述旋转杆(5)的底部安装有旋转手柄(7),所述手柄(8)上安装有用于增大摩擦力的橡胶结构;
所述限位柱(16)的数量不少于5个,且限位柱(16)呈环形排列。
