Abstract

本发明公开了一种压力容器清洗装置,包括底板,底板上设有清洗罐,清洗罐的内部为清洗槽,清洗罐内设有旋转盘,清洗罐的外侧壁设有驱动电机,驱动电机与旋转盘连接,驱动电机与旋转盘通过驱动轴连接;清洗罐的端部设有进水管,进水管内设有过滤网。本发明通过过滤网方便对清洗水进行过滤处理,从而方便快速清洗压力容器。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗装置,具体涉及一种压力容器清洗装置。
背景技术
压力容器制造工序一般可以分为:原材料验收工序、划线工序、切割工序、除锈工序、机加工(含刨边等)工序、滚制工序、组对工序、焊接工序(产品焊接试板)、无损检测工序、开孔划线工序、总检工序、热处理工序、压力试验工序、防腐工序。不同的焊接方法有不同的焊接工艺。焊接工艺主要根据被焊工件的材质、牌号、化学成分,焊件结构类型,焊接性能要求来确定。首先要确定焊接方法,如手弧焊、埋弧焊、钨极氩弧焊、熔化极气体保护焊等等,焊接方法的种类非常多,只能根据具体情况选择。确定焊接方法后,再制定焊接工艺参数,焊接工艺参数的种类各不相同,如手弧焊主要包括:焊条型号(或牌号)、直径、电流、电压、焊接电源种类、极性接法、焊接层数、道数、检验方法等等。现有的压力容器不方便清洗。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种可以将待处理的压力容器放置在清洗罐内,驱动电机可以通过驱动轴控制旋转盘实现旋转,从而方便对旋转盘进行旋转控制,通过第一进水管与第二进水管方便倒入清洗水,通过过滤网方便对清洗水进行过滤处理,从而方便快速清洗压力容器的压力容器清洗装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:
一种压力容器清洗装置,包括底板,底板的底部设有第一移动轮与第二移动轮,第一移动轮与第二移动轮的形状大小相同,第一移动轮与第二移动轮均为万向轮,底板上设有清洗罐,清洗罐的内部为清洗槽,清洗罐内设有旋转盘,旋转盘为圆环形形状,清洗罐的外侧壁设有驱动电机,驱动电机与旋转盘连接,驱动电机与旋转盘通过驱动轴连接,驱动轴穿过清洗罐,清洗罐与驱动轴之间设有密封环;清洗罐的端部设有第一进水管,第一进水管呈竖直布置,第一进水管内设有第一过滤网与第二过滤网,第一过滤网与第二过滤网呈水平布置,第一过滤网与第二过滤网的形状大小相同;清洗罐的端部设有第二进水管,第二进水管呈竖直布置,第二进水管内设有第三过滤网与第四过滤网,第三过滤网与第四过滤网的形状大小相同,第三过滤网与第四过滤网呈水平布置;第三过滤网与第四过滤网设有过滤膜。
进一步地,所述清洗罐设有进水泵。
进一步地,所述进水泵设置在清洗罐的端部侧壁。
进一步地,所述清洗罐设有出水泵。
进一步地,所述出水泵设置在清洗罐的底部侧壁。

如图1所示,一种压力容器清洗装置,包括底板1,底板1的底部设有第一移动轮2与第二移动轮3,第一移动轮2与第二移动轮3的形状大小相同,第一移动轮2与第二移动轮3均为万向轮,底板1上设有清洗罐4,清洗罐4的内部为清洗槽,清洗罐4内设有旋转盘5,旋转盘5为圆环形形状,清洗罐4的外侧壁设有驱动电机6,驱动电机6与旋转盘5连接,驱动电机6与旋转盘5通过驱动轴7连接,驱动轴7穿过清洗罐4,清洗罐4与驱动轴7之间设有密封环;清洗罐4的端部设有第一进水管10,第一进水管10呈竖直布置,第一进水管10内设有第一过滤网11与第二过滤网12,第一过滤网11与第二过滤网12呈水平布置,第一过滤网11与第二过滤网12的形状大小相同;清洗罐4的端部设有第二进水管13,第二进水管13呈竖直布置,第二进水管13内设有第三过滤网14与第四过滤网15,第三过滤网14与第四过滤网15的形状大小相同,第三过滤网14与第四过滤网15呈水平布置;第三过滤网14与第四过滤网15设有过滤膜;清洗罐4设有进水泵8,进水泵8设置在清洗罐4的端部侧壁,清洗罐4设有出水泵9,出水泵9设置在清洗罐4的底部侧壁。
本发明压力容器清洗装置,可以将待处理的压力容器放置在清洗罐4内,驱动电机6可以通过驱动轴7控制旋转盘5实现旋转,从而方便对旋转盘5进行旋转控制,通过第一进水管10与第二进水管13方便倒入清洗水,通过过滤网方便对清洗水进行过滤处理,从而方便快速清洗压力容器。
其中,清洗罐4设有进水泵8,进水泵8设置在清洗罐4的端部侧壁,清洗罐4设有出水泵9,出水泵9设置在清洗罐4的底部侧壁,所以方便对清洗罐4的内部进行清洗。
