The dispatching communication method adopting the local area network real-time data transmission can also be characterized in that a real-time data transmission time slot and a data transmission time slot under a local area network transmission protocol are periodically divided in a data transmission channel of the local area network according to a set time occupation distribution rate, and the time occupation distribution rate of the real-time data transmission time slot in the local area network to the data transmission time slot of the local area network is not lower than a voice data frame rate or a video data frame rate or a real-time limited value of real-time data in the transmitted real-time data; therefore, the timing periodicity of the real-time transmission time slot is ensured, the distortion of the real-time voice data and the real-time video data in transmission can be reduced, and the transmission quality of the voice data and the video data is improved.
The scheduling communication method adopting the local area network real-time data transmission of the invention can also be characterized in that in the real-time data transmission time slot, the scheduling communication method is divided into two-way transmission sub-time slots, and in the real-time data transmission time slot: data receiving and transmitting among communication user terminals, between the communication user terminals and local area network access equipment, between the local area network access equipment and a local area network switch and between the local area network switch and a router are bidirectional real-time data transmission; thus, the invention has more practicability because of providing bidirectional function of data transmission.
The dispatching communication method adopting the local area network real-time data transmission can also be characterized in that the communication user terminal sends a calling code to other communication user terminals through the real-time data transmission time slot provided by the network equipment; the communication user terminal receiving the calling code judges according to the calling code, if the communication user terminal is a called user, the communication user terminal enters a receiving real-time data and processing state, and if the communication user terminal is not the called user, the communication user terminal does not process the subsequent received real-time data; therefore, when each communication user terminal in the real-time data transmission state does not process irrelevant real-time data, the mutual interference between the communication user terminals is avoided, and the practical application of the invention is facilitated.
The invention introduces a dispatching communication method which is realized by a communication user terminal, a local area network access device, a local area network switch, a router and a real-time data transmission management center and adopts a local area network real-time data transmission mode to carry out data transmission by working in turn, can provide a real-time data transmission function with high communication connection speed and good real-time performance for the local area network user terminal on the basis of network equipment provided by the existing local area network structure and under the condition of keeping the advantages of the existing data access and transmission of the local area network, so as to meet the requirements of the local area network user terminal on voice data, video data and real-time control data transmission, and carry out coordination on the working state of the local area network transmission protocol and the working state of the real-time data transmission of the network equipment, and reasonably utilize network resources, the utility ratio of the network system is improved, and the method has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient implementation.

Claims (1)

1. A dispatching communication method for real-time data transmission by local area network, the local area network includes wired local area network working under local area network transmission protocol, wireless local area network and its corresponding network equipment, the network equipment includes communication user terminal, local area network access equipment, local area network exchanger, router, dispatching communication management center equipment, the communication user terminal includes wireless communication user terminal and wired communication user terminal, the local area network access equipment includes local area network wired access point and local area network wireless access point, the communication user terminal has functions of generating and receiving application voice data code, video data code or real-time control data code and can work under local area network transmission protocol and real-time data transmission working mode, the communication user terminal includes wired communication user terminal and wireless communication user terminal, wired communication user terminal passes through the wired access point of LAN and inserts the LAN switch, and wireless communication user terminal passes through the wireless access point of LAN and inserts the LAN switch, is in the communication connection state between each LAN switch, and each LAN switch passes through the router and is in the communication connection state with dispatch communication management center equipment, and communication user terminal passes through LAN and each network equipment and is in the communication connection state with dispatch communication management center equipment, its characterized in that: the communication user terminal comprises respective corresponding user feature codes, the communication user terminal sends respective user feature codes to the dispatching communication management center equipment through the local area network and the network equipment, each local area network access equipment and the local area network switch forward each accessed communication user terminal user feature code and the address code of the local area network access equipment and the local area network switch accessed by the corresponding communication user terminal user to the dispatching communication management center equipment, the dispatching communication management center equipment establishes an online user table according to the received user feature codes of the communication user terminal, and the online user table comprises the accessed user feature codes of each communication user terminal, the address code of the local area network access equipment accessed corresponding to the user feature codes of each communication user terminal, the accessed local area network switch address code and the corresponding port code; when a certain communication user terminal initiates a real-time data transmission call, the communication user terminal sends a real-time data transmission call code to dispatching communication management center equipment through a local area network and network equipment; after receiving the real-time data transmission calling code, the dispatching communication management center equipment inquires the on-line user table according to the content of the real-time data transmission calling code to obtain the address code of the local area network access equipment accessed by the called communication user terminal and the address code of the accessed local area network switch, according to the address code of the corresponding accessed local area network access equipment, the address code of the accessed local area network switch and the corresponding port code, sending a real-time data transmission start code to a local area network switch, a local area network access device and a corresponding called communication user terminal which are correspondingly accessed to a called communication user terminal related to the real-time data transmission call code through a local area network and a network device, and enabling a corresponding port of the local area network switch, the local area network access device and the corresponding called communication user terminal which receive the real-time data transmission start code to exit a local area network transmission protocol working state and enter a real-time data transmission working state to transmit mutual real-time data; when the dispatching communication management center equipment sends out a real-time data transmission stop code, the local area network switch, the local area network access equipment and the communication user terminal which are originally in the real-time data transmission working state stop the real-time data transmission working state and recover to the original local area network transmission protocol working state;
the corresponding port of the local area network switch enters a real-time data transmission working state, namely, each corresponding port of the local area network switch accessed by the called communication user terminal related to the real-time data transmission calling code is in a broadcast working state, and other irrelevant ports of the local area network switch are still in a local area network transmission protocol working state; the real-time data transmission start code comprises a sending stop code instruction and a real-time data transmission start mark code in a local area network protocol, and when the corresponding equipment receives the sending stop code and the real-time data transmission start mark code, the sending of the data code related to the local area network transmission protocol is stopped, and the real-time data transmission state is entered; the real-time data transmission stop code comprises an instruction code entering an original local area network working protocol and an instruction code allowing transmission, and when the corresponding equipment receives the real-time data transmission stop code, the corresponding equipment exits the real-time data transmission working mode and enters a local area network transmission protocol working state;
the dispatching communication management center equipment is provided with a local area network transmission protocol working time limit parameter and a real-time data transmission time limit parameter; starting timing after sending the real-time data transmission start code, and sending a real-time data transmission stop code when the timing parameter reaches the real-time data transmission time limit parameter; starting timing after sending out the real-time data transmission stop code, and sending out a real-time data transmission start code when the timing parameter reaches the working time limit parameter of the local area network transmission protocol;
the real-time data transmission working state is that a real-time data transmission time slot and a data transmission time slot under a local area network transmission protocol are divided in a data transmission channel of a local area network, the network equipment and the communication user terminal receive and transmit data in a real-time data transmission mode in the real-time data transmission time slot, and receive and transmit data in a data transmission mode under the local area network transmission protocol in other time slots except the real-time data transmission time slot; in a real-time data transmission slot: data receiving and sending among communication user terminals, between the communication user terminals and local area network access equipment, between the local area network access equipment and a local area network switch, and between the local area network switch and a router all adopt a data direct transmission working mode, and the local area network switch works in a broadcast mode in a real-time data transmission time slot to receive and send data;
the router is connected with other routers through a virtual private network; after receiving the real-time data transmission start code, the router stops the working mode under the original local area network and local area network protocol with other routers and enters a broadcast transmission mode to transmit real-time data with the local area network switch and other routers; after receiving the real-time data transmission stop code, the router stops broadcasting transmission mode with other routers and enters the original local area network transmission protocol working mode;
the user feature code comprises a user block code; the online user table comprises a plurality of user grouping tables; scheduling communication management center equipment according to the user group code in the user characteristic code of the communication user terminal to code the user group code into a corresponding user group table; the user characteristic code of the same communication user terminal can have a plurality of user group codes and is coded into a plurality of different corresponding user group tables; the calling code comprises a group calling code corresponding to the user grouping table; when a calling communication user terminal initiates a real-time data transmission call, a calling code containing a corresponding group calling code is sent by adopting a one-key calling working mode; the dispatching communication management center equipment selects a corresponding user group table according to the group calling code in the received calling code, inquires the content of the user group table, and appoints a real-time data transmission time slot for a called communication user terminal appointed by the calling code and the related network equipment to enter a real-time data transmission working mode;
periodically dividing real-time data transmission time slots and data transmission time slots under a local area network transmission protocol in a data transmission channel of the local area network according to a set time occupation distribution rate, wherein the time occupation distribution rate of the real-time data transmission time slots in the local area network to the data transmission time slots of the local area network is not lower than a voice data frame rate or a video data frame rate or a real-time limited value of real-time data in the transmitted real-time data;
in the real-time data transmission time slot, dividing the real-time data transmission time slot into two-way transmission sub-time slots, and in the real-time data transmission time slot: data receiving and transmitting among communication user terminals, between the communication user terminals and local area network access equipment, between the local area network access equipment and a local area network switch and between the local area network switch and a router are bidirectional real-time data transmission;
the communication user terminal sends a calling code to other communication user terminals through a real-time data transmission time slot provided by the network equipment; the communication user terminal receiving the calling code judges according to the calling code, if the user is called, the communication user terminal enters a receiving real-time data and processing state, and if the user is not called, the communication user terminal does not process the subsequent received real-time data.
