本发明公开了一种背光模组及液晶显示装置,其中,所述背光模组包括LED组件、导光板,还包括量子点层及石墨片,所述量子点层设置在所述LED组件与所述导光板之间,所述量子点层设置在所述石墨片上,由于将量子点层设置在石墨片上,可以对量子点层进行散热,防止量子点层由于温度过高而失效,一定程度上延长量子点层的使用寿命,提高显示品质。

一种背光模组及液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示液晶领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组及液晶显示装置。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示器件(包括平板显示设备)的色域水平普遍在72%左右,甚至更低。为了提高色域,量子点背光源技术应运而生,其能够将显示产品的色域提高至100%,极大地丰富了显示产品的表现能力。但量子点的一些缺陷限制了其在背光领域的应用:一、量子点的抗热性差,达到一定温度下极易老化失效,限制了其直接封装于LED芯片上的应用;二、若采用量子点玻璃管的背光模组,由于量子点玻璃管的固定方式复杂,且制作困难,因而实施起来成本较大;三、采用量子点薄膜的背光模组,由于使用过多的散射膜,因此增加了光的损耗。因此,有必要对量子点在背光源模组的应用进行改进,以提高其实用性。
发明内容
针对现有技术中,量子点应用在背光模组中容易因温度过高而出现老化失效的情况,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种背光模组及液晶显示装置。
本发明提供的一种背光模组,包括LED组件、导光板,还包括量子点层及石墨片,所述量子点层设置在所述LED组件与所述导光板之间,所述量子点层设置在所述石墨片上。
优选地,所述量子点层贴合所述导光板的入光面设置。
优选地,所述量子点层与所述石墨片接触的一面设置有两个以上第一凸起,所述石墨片上开设有供所述凸起插入的第一孔,所述量子点层插设在所述石墨片上。
优选地,所述LED灯组为LED灯条,所述LED灯条粘贴在所述石墨片上。
优选地,所述LED灯组为LED灯条,所述LED灯条与所述石墨片接触的一侧设置有两个以上第二凸起,所述石墨片上设置有供所述第二凸起插入的第二孔。
优选地,还包括设置在所述导光板底面的反射片。
优选地,所述反射片与所述石墨片的厚度一致,所述石墨片与所述反射片贴合对接设置。
优选地,所述导光板在入光面处形成一突出部,所述突出部的高度大于导光板的高度,该突出部朝导光板的出光面形成一斜面。
优选地,所述导光板为平板或契形板。
本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置,包括上述的背光模组。
本发明提供的一种背光结构及液晶显示装置,由于将量子点层设置在石墨片上,可以对量子点层进行散热,防止量子点层由于温度过高而失效,一定程度上延长量子点层的使用寿命,提高显示品质。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供了一种背光模组及液晶显示装置。图1至图5示出了本发明背光模组的一实施例。
如图1所示,为本实施例的背光模组的结构示意图,可包括LED组件1、量子点层2、石墨片3、反射片4、导光板5等,其中,所述量子点层2设置在所述导光板5与所述LED组件1之间,所述量子点层2设置在所述石墨片3上。
本实施例中,如图1至4所示,所述量子点层2卡合设置在所述石墨片3上,具体地,所述量子点层2与所述石墨片3接触的一侧设置有若干第一凸起7,所述石墨片3上开设有与所述第一凸起7适配,以供所述第一凸起7插入的第一孔6,所述量子点层2的第一凸起7插入所述石墨片3的第一孔6,实现二者的固定;此外,所述量子点层2也可以粘合在所述石墨片3上。此外,还可选择其他方式将所述量子点层2设置在所述石墨片上,此处对此不作限制。此外,对于所述第一凸起7的数量,其可设置为2个、4个、6个或者更多,此处对此不作限制,作为优选,所述第一凸起7的数量为两个,均匀分布在所述量子点层2的底面上。对应所述第一凸起7的形状,可以为柱形、锥形或者其他形状,还可以是上述形状的组合,此处对此不作限制,优选地所述第一凸起7的形状为柱形。所述第一孔6的形状与所述第一凸起7的形状适配,此处对此不作赘述。
由于所述石墨片3具有散热功能,直接将量子点层2设置在石墨片3上可有效地对所述量子点层2进行散热,防止所述量子点层2失效,延长量子点层的使用寿命,在一定程度上提高显示效果。
本实施例中,优选地,所述量子点层2贴合所述导光板5的入光面设置。
本实施例中,所述LED组件1为LED灯条,所述LED灯条粘合在所述石墨片3上,所述LED灯条包括若干LED及FPC(图中未示),所述若干LED灯设置在所述FPC上,所述FPC粘合在所述石墨片上。由于石墨片具有散热功能,直接将所述LED组件1设置在石墨片3上可有效地对LED组件进行散热,延长LED组件的使用寿命。
作为另外一种变形,所述LED灯条可卡合在所述石墨片3上,优选地,所述LED灯条与所述石墨片3接触的一侧设置有两个以上第二凸起(图中未示),所述石墨片3上对应位置设置有供所述第二凸起插入的第二孔(图中未示),所述第二凸起与所述第二孔卡合,实现所述LED组件1与所述石墨片3之间的固定,所述两个以上第二凸起均匀设置在所述LED灯条上。此外,还可采用其他方式将LED组件1固定在所述石墨片3上,此处对此不作限制。需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述第二凸起可与所述第一凸起的结构一致,所述第二孔可与所述第一孔的形状一致。
本实施例中,所述反射片4贴合所述导光板5的底面设置,优选地,所述反射片4与所述石墨片3的厚度一致,且所述反射片4与所述石墨片3贴合对接设置,可以一定程度上减小背光模组的厚度。
本实施例中,优选地,所述导光板5在入光面处可形成一突出部501,所述突出部501的形状可与所述导光板5适配,优选地,所述突出部501的高度大于所述导光板5的高度,所述高度指的是导光板1或突出部501的底面到顶部的距离。进一步地,所述突出部朝向导光板的出光面形成一斜面,如图5所示。由于设置上述突出部501及形成一斜面结构,可以使得大部分光线都能从出光面出去,提高光线利用率,也减少光线从边缘出去的概率,一定程度上有利于防止边缘漏光现象。
需要说明的是,当导光板5没有设置所述突出部501时,所述量子点层2、LED组件1及所述导光板5的高度均一致;当所述导光板5设置所述突出部501时,所述量子点层2、LED组件1及所述突出部501的高度均一致,此处所述高度为处于同一水平面时,所述量子点层2、LED组件1、所述导光板5、所述突出部501的顶部到所述水平面的距离。
进一步地,所述导光板5可以为契形或平板型,此处对此不作限制。
本实施例中,由于在量子点层设置在石墨片上,可以对量子点层进行散热,防止量子点层由于温度过高而失效,一定程度上延长量子点层的使用寿命;此外,将LED组件设置在石墨片上,可对LED进行散热,无需再设置散热片,降低成本;再者,由于将石墨片与反射片贴合对接设置,二者的厚度一致,因此可一定程度上减小背光模组的厚度。
本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置,包括如上述实施例所述的背光模组,所述背光模组的结构及对应技术效果可参照上述实施例,此处不再赘述。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,包括LED组件、导光板,其特征在于,还包括量子点层及石墨片,所述量子点层设置在所述LED组件与所述导光板之间,所述量子点层设置在所述石墨片上。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述量子点层贴合所述导光板的入光面设置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的支撑结构,其特征在于,所述量子点层与所述石墨片接触的一面设置有两个以上第一凸起,所述石墨片上开设有供所述凸起插入的第一孔,所述量子点层插设在所述石墨片上。
4.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述LED灯组为LED灯条,所述LED灯条粘贴在所述石墨片上。
5.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述LED灯组为LED灯条,所述LED灯条与所述石墨片接触的一侧设置有两个以上第二凸起,所述石墨片上设置有供所述第二凸起插入的第二孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述导光板底面的反射片。
7.如权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述反射片与所述石墨片的厚度一致,所述石墨片与所述反射片贴合对接设置。
8.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板在入光面处形成一突出部,所述突出部的高度大于导光板的高度,该突出部朝导光板的出光面形成一斜面。
9.如权利要求1或8所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板为平板或契形板。
10.一种液晶显示装置,其特征在于,包括如所述权利要求1至9任意一项所述的背光模组。
