本发明公开了一种新型空气净化器,外观包括支架板、面盖、和进风罩;支架板的中部设有底板卡座,底板卡座和支架板的中部具有对应的通孔,该通孔内安装有本新型机主控制器,其两端设有一对抽风机,抽风机的出风口处设有负离子发生器;主控制器的前侧安装有显示面板,主控制器的后侧安装有置入进风罩内部的紫外线杀菌灯,所述进风罩的一端设有进风口,所述面盖下侧设有配合抽风机出风口的格栅口,且面盖的中部设有匹配显示操作面板的安装槽。本发明进风速率快,供气量大,不仅能够过滤净化空气,而且能够优化空气品质,提高空气质量。

Description

一种新型空气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及室外空气进入室内空气处理技术领域,尤其涉及优化室内空气的一种新型新风净化器。
背景技术
现有的空气净化器多为直接放置在室内的装置,仅能对室内的原有空气进行净化,而无法从进入室内空气的源头开始净化处理,它不能增加室内空气含氧量及降低二氧化碳含量,没有良好的杀菌能力,无法提高、优化室内空气质量,且净化器本身的设计无法满足大空间的室内空气净化工作。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述产品现有技术的不足,提出了一种新型空气净化器。
本发明新风净化器采用以下技术方案:
一种新型空气净化器,包括置于固定窗户上的支架板、设置在支架板前侧的面盖、和安装在支架板后侧的进风罩;所述支架板的中部设有匹配所述面盖的底板卡座,所述底板卡座的中部和支架板的中部具有对应的通孔,该通孔内安装有本机主控制器;
所述底板卡座上设有抽风机,所述进风罩的一端设有进风口,所述面盖下侧设有配合抽风机出风口的格栅口,所述抽风机与主控制器连接控制。
进一步的,所述抽风机的出风口处设有负离子发生器,负离子发生器与主控制器连接控制。
进一步的,所述主控制器的前侧安装有显示操作面板,且面盖的中部设有匹配显示操作面板的安装槽。
进一步的,所述主控制器的背面安装有置入进风罩内部的紫外线杀菌灯,紫外线杀菌灯与主控制器连接控制。
进一步的,所述进风罩的进风口上设置有百叶风板。
进一步的,所述进风罩的内部横向设有高效过滤网。
与现有技术相比,本发明设计巧妙,可直接安装在窗户的固定玻璃上,设计的过滤网和百叶风板能够实现对空气的物理过滤吸附,采用的紫外线杀菌灯能够杀除空气中的有害菌,设计采用双抽风机对室内进风,达到进风速率快、噪音小、能耗低的目的。在往室内送风时,负离子发生器将有益的负离子打入气流中,进而优化了室内空气,提高空气质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对发明进行详细的说明。
如图1、2和3所示,本发明提出的空气净化器,包括置于固定窗户上的支架板1、设置在支架板1前侧的面盖2、和安装在支架板后侧的进风罩3。支架板1安装在窗户的玻璃上,面盖2在室内,进风罩在室外。
支架板1的中部设有匹配所述面盖的卡座4,卡座4的中部和支架板1的中部具有对应的通孔,通孔内安装有主控制器5,卡座上设有抽风机6,抽风机6的出风口处设有负离子发生器7;主控制器5的前侧面安装有显示操作面板8,主控制器的背面安装有置入进风罩3内部的紫外线杀菌灯9,进风罩3的一端设有进风口,面盖2下侧设有配合抽风机出风口的格栅口10,且面盖2的中部设有匹配显示操作面板的安装槽11;抽风机6、负离子发生器7、和紫外线杀菌灯9由主控制器连接控制。进风罩3的进风口上设有百叶风板12,且进风罩的内部横向设置有一高效过滤网13。
实际工作时,主控制器控制启动紫外线杀菌灯9、抽风机6和负离子发生器7,抽风机转动往室内抽风,室外的空气进入到进风罩内,通过高效过滤网和百叶风板后,由紫外线杀菌灯9进行杀菌处理,再从抽风机的出风口流出,而设置在风口的负离子发生器7,能够打出负离子到空气内,最后再进入到室内,大大提高了室内空气质量。

Claims (6)

1.一种新型空气净化器,其特征在于:包括置于固定窗户上的支架板(1)、设置在支架板(1)前侧的面盖(2)、和安装在支架板后侧的进风罩(3);所述支架板(1)的中部设有匹配所述面盖的底板卡座(4),所述底板卡座(4)的中部和支架板(1)的中部具有对应的通孔,该通孔内安装有本机主控制器(5);
所述底板卡座上设有抽风机(6),所述进风罩(3)的一端设有进风口,所述面盖(2)下侧设有配合抽风机出风口的格栅口(10),所述抽风机(6)与主控制器(5)连接控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述抽风机(6)的出风口处设有负离子发生器(7),负离子发生器(7)与主控制器(5)连接控制。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述主控制器(5)的前侧安装有显示操作面板(8),且面盖(2)的中部设有匹配显示操作面板的安装槽(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述主控制器(5)的背面安装有置入进风罩(3)内部的紫外线杀菌灯(9),紫外线杀菌灯(9)与主控制器(5)连接控制。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述进风罩(3)的进风口上设置有百叶风板(12)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述进风罩(3)的内部横向设有高效过滤网(13)。
