技术领域
本发明涉及纸杯生产设备的组件,特别是一种用于纸杯外包机中送外层具有凹凸的凸纹纸片送纸机构,用于把凸纹纸片送给下一道工序使用。
背景技术
现有的隔热纸杯外层为瓦楞纸层。而在对这种纸杯包装瓦楞纸外层时,需要把该外层瓦楞纸输送到包装工位。但现有纸杯外包机的送纸组件在送瓦楞纸时很难送到位且或输送速度慢。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提出一种凸纹纸片送纸机构。
为了解决本发明的技术问题,本发明所述的技术方案如下:
本发明所述的一种凸纹纸片送纸机构包括压膜拨叉,滚动件,弹簧固定螺栓、弹簧、调节块、连接杆、调节块、固定件、转轴,压膜拨叉设于连接杆顶端,在压膜拨叉和连接杆上分别设有弹簧固定螺栓和调节块, 弹簧二端分别连接在弹簧固定螺栓和调节块上,在连接杆后端设有固定件,固定件连接有调节块,在前端设有滚动件, 压膜拨叉和连接杆通过转轴连接。
本发明的优点是:本发明用于纸杯外包机,可把瓦楞纸外层快速准确地输送到包装工位,生产效率高,节约生产成本。

具体实施方式
现结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图所示,本发明所述的一种凸纹纸片送纸机构包括压膜拨叉6,滚动件7,弹簧固定螺栓8、弹簧9、调节块5、连接杆1、压膜拨叉调节块2、固定件3、转轴4。压膜拨叉6设于连接杆1顶端,在压膜拨叉6和连接杆1上分别设有弹簧固定螺栓8和调节块5, 弹簧9二端分别连接在弹簧固定螺栓8和调节块5上。在连接杆1后端设有固定件3,固定件3连接有压膜拨叉调节块2。
在压膜拨叉6前端设有滚动件7, 在压膜拨叉6和连接杆1通过转轴4连接,在压膜拨叉6前端设有V型槽。
本发明的工作原理是:当本发明前移时,压膜拔叉6上的V型槽顶住压好的瓦楞纸片,将瓦楞纸片送出上下模板区域。当本发明往回移动时,上模板10下压,安装在压膜拨叉6上的滚动件7贴住上模板10侧面滚动,弹簧9逐渐拉伸。当滚动件7离开上模板10侧面时,压膜拨叉6在弹簧9拉力作用下沿转轴4转动,直到碰上调节块5。以此实现推送瓦楞纸片的循环。

1.一种凸纹纸片送纸机构,其特征在于所述的凸纹纸片送纸机构包括压膜拨叉,滚动件,弹簧固定螺栓、弹簧、调节块、连接杆、调节块、固定件、转轴,压膜拨叉设于连接杆顶端,在压膜拨叉和连接杆上分别设有弹簧固定螺栓和调节块, 弹簧二端分别连接在弹簧固定螺栓和调节块上,在连接杆后端设有固定件,固定件连接有调节块,在前端设有滚动件, 压膜拨叉和连接杆通过转轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种凸纹纸片送纸机构,其特征在于所述的压膜拨叉前端设有V型槽。
