本发明公开了一种电连接器连线抱紧及防入水装置,它涉及电工领域。它包括旋盖、防水爪子和盒头上盖,盒头上盖与电源线的一端套接,电源线上设置有防水爪子,旋盖套在防水爪子上并与盒头上盖旋接;所述的防水爪子前后端分别设置有硬胶爪和软胶体,硬胶爪和软胶体均与电源线紧密配合。本发明有效避免电连接(插头)中电源线拉扯脱落造成短路而引发的安全隐患,以及防止液体顺着电源线进入电连接器内而发生安全隐患。

技术领域
    本发明涉及的是电工领域,具体涉及一种电连接器连线抱紧及防入水装置。
背景技术
传统的电连接器的电源线和插头连接时,电连接(插头)中电源线拉扯脱落造成短路而引发安全隐患,而且一些液体也可能顺着电源线进入电连接器内而发生安全隐患。这种传统的电连接器的结构安全可靠性差,不方便人们安全使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种电连接器连线抱紧及防入水装置,有效避免电连接(插头)中电源线拉扯脱落造成短路而引发的安全隐患,以及防止液体顺着电源线进入电连接器内而发生安全隐患。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:电连接器连线抱紧及防入水装置,包括旋盖、防水爪子和盒头上盖,盒头上盖与电源线的一端套接,电源线上设置有防水爪子,旋盖套在防水爪子上并与盒头上盖旋接。
作为优先,所述的防水爪子前后端分别设置有硬胶爪和软胶体,硬胶爪和软胶体均与电源线紧密配合。
本发明有效避免电连接(插头)中电源线拉扯脱落造成短路而引发的安全隐患,以及防止液体顺着电源线进入电连接器内而发生安全隐患。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
参照图1-7,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:电连接器连线抱紧及防入水装置,包括旋盖1、防水爪子2和盒头上盖4,盒头上盖4与电源线3的一端套接,电源线3上设置有防水爪子2,旋盖1套在防水爪子2上并与盒头上盖4旋接。
值得注意的是,所述的防水爪子2前后端分别设置有硬胶爪21和软胶体22,硬胶爪21和软胶体22均与电源线3紧密配合。
本具体实施方式的防水原理:首先,当电源线穿过防水爪子时,由于是与软胶过盈配合,此时的电源线与防水爪子后端的软胶已紧紧的贴在一起(如右下,放大B状态)。同时,防水爪子前端的硬胶(也就是爪子)也卡在了电源线的外侧面上。(如左下放大A状态)由于抓紧力不足,仅仅是这样还无法起到卡紧电源线及防住水的效果。接着,把防水爪子与电源线塞入盒头上盖内,拧上旋盖,直至拧紧为止。此时防水爪子由于受到来至几个不同方向的压力,本身包含有软胶的部分已发生了形变,正是利用了这一点,使它与旋盖及盒头上盖间形成过盈的配合,这样便封住了它们之间有可能进水的缝隙,从而起到防水的作用。
本具体实施方式的卡线的原理为:随着旋盖慢慢的拧在盒头上盖上,旋盖内部的斜度面很自然的靠紧了防水爪子前端的硬胶爪,由于受到旋盖内部斜度面的压迫力,迫使防水爪子前端的硬胶爪紧紧的卡在电源线上,因此,卡线的效果也就做到了。
本具体实施方式当连接器连接电源线后,该装置能有效防止电源线拉扯时脱落和液体从连接位置进入连接器。

1.电连接器连线抱紧及防入水装置,其特征在于,包括旋盖(1)、防水爪子(2)和盒头上盖(4),盒头上盖(4)与电源线(3)的一端套接,电源线(3)上设置有防水爪子(2),旋盖(1)套在防水爪子(2)上并与盒头上盖(4)旋接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器连线抱紧及防入水装置,其特征在于,所述的防水爪子(2)前后端分别设置有硬胶爪(21)和软胶体(22),硬胶爪(21)和软胶体(22)均与电源线(3)紧密配合。
