Abstract
一种高压平衡蝶阀,包括阀体,阀体内安装有大蝶板,大蝶板上设有支座,阀杆固定安装在支座内,大蝶板上开有通孔,通孔内安装一小蝶板,小蝶板通过一传动机构与阀杆相连,阀杆上设置有齿轮轴段,传动机构包括齿轮、杠杆,齿轮与阀杆的齿轮轴段相啮合,杠杆一端开有U型卡口并与齿轮铰接,另一端与小蝶板铰接,齿轮及杠杆分别安装在齿轮支座及杠杆支座上,杠杆支座将杠杆分为左臂与右臂,左臂的长度小于右臂的长度。本发明的有益效果是:在大蝶板上设置小蝶板,在开启大蝶板的同时可以瞬时开启小蝶板,达到了瞬间平衡蝶板两侧压差的效果,减小了阀门开启时的扭矩。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蝶阀,特别涉及一种开启时能够平衡两边压差的蝶阀。
背景技术
现有的蝶阀用于大口径管道时,特别在高压的工况下,管道内的介质对蝶板产生巨大压力,在蝶板开启时,由于蝶板两侧存在压差,阀杆所承受的扭矩很大,所配套的驱动装置需要的扭矩大,使得阀门的结构庞大,导致阀门开启不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有蝶阀的上述缺点,本发明提供一种结构简单且开启蝶板省力的高压平衡蝶阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种高压平衡蝶阀,包括阀体,阀体内安装有大蝶板,大蝶板上设有支座,阀杆固定安装在支座内,大蝶板上开有通孔,通孔内安装一小蝶板,小蝶板通过一传动机构与阀杆相连,阀杆上设置有齿轮轴段。
传动机构包括齿轮、杠杆,齿轮与阀杆的齿轮轴段相啮合,杠杆一端开有U型卡口,杠杆的U型卡口一端与齿轮铰接,另一端与小蝶板铰接,齿轮及杠杆分别安装在齿轮支座及杠杆支座上,杠杆支座将杠杆分为左臂与右臂,左臂的长度小于右臂的长度。
本发明的有益效果是:在大蝶板上设置小蝶板,小蝶板通过一传动机构与阀杆连接,传动机构由齿轮和杠杆组成,杠杆的左臂长度小于右臂长度,在开启大蝶板的同时可以瞬时开启小蝶板,达到了瞬间平衡蝶板两侧压差的效果,减小了阀门开启时的扭矩。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种高压平衡蝶阀,包括阀体9,阀体9内安装有大蝶板1,大蝶板1上设有支座2,阀杆3固定安装在支座2内,大蝶板1上开有通孔8,通孔8内安装一小蝶板7,小蝶板7通过一传动机构与阀杆3相连,阀杆3上设置有齿轮轴段12。
传动机构包括齿轮5、杠杆6,齿轮与阀杆3的齿轮轴段12相啮合,杠杆一端开有U型卡口,杠杆的U型卡口一端通过销4与齿轮5铰接,另一端与小蝶板7铰接,齿轮5及杠杆6分别安装在齿轮支座11及杠杆支座10上,杠杆支座10将杠杆分为左臂与右臂,左臂的长度小于右臂的长度。
开阀时,阀杆3逆时针旋转,带动齿轮5作顺时针转动,齿轮5上设置有销4,销4与杠杆一端的U型卡口铰接,齿轮5上销4的顺时针转动将杠杆6左端下压,由于杠杆6的左臂长度小于右臂长度,在杠杆6左端下压的同时杠杆6的右端快速提起,从而带动小蝶板7瞬时脱离大蝶板1上的通孔8,实现大蝶板1前后压力的瞬时平衡。

1.一种高压平衡蝶阀,包括阀体,阀体内安装有大蝶板,大蝶板上设有支座,阀杆固定安装在支座内,其特征在于:所述大蝶板上开有通孔,通孔内安装一小蝶板,所述小蝶板通过一传动机构与阀杆相连,所述阀杆上设置有齿轮轴段。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高压平衡蝶阀,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括齿轮、杠杆,所述齿轮与阀杆的齿轮轴段相啮合,所述杠杆一端开有U型卡口,所述杠杆的U型卡口一端与齿轮铰接,另一端与小蝶板铰接,所述齿轮及杠杆分别安装在齿轮支座及杠杆支座上,所述杠杆支座将杠杆分为左臂与右臂,所述左臂的长度小于右臂的长度。
