Abstract

本发明公开了一种容积型变界流体机构用组合滑片及包括其的流体机构,所述组合滑片包括滑片体,在所述滑片体上设置至少两个滑槽,在每个所述滑槽内分别设置弹性体和附属滑片。本发明中所公开的组合滑片可使应用其的流体机构具有密封性好、效率高等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及热能与动力领域,尤其是一种容积型变界流体机构用组合滑片及包括其的流体机构。
背景技术
容积型变界流体机构的周向密封问题是影响这类机构广泛应用的最大的问题之一,因此需要发明一种能够解决周向密封问题的新型容积型变界流体机构。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出的技术方案如下:
方案1:一种容积型变界流体机构用组合滑片,包括滑片体,在所述滑片体上设置至少两个滑槽,在每个所述滑槽内分别设置弹性体和附属滑片。
方案2:一种应用方案1所述容积型变界流体机构用组合滑片的容积型变界流体机构,所述容积型变界流体机构包括气缸和偏心转子,所述偏心转子设置在所述气缸内,在所述气缸的缸体上设置滑片体滑槽,所述滑片体设置在所述滑片体滑槽内,在所述滑片体和所述气缸的气缸体之间设置附属弹性体,在所述附属弹性体和所述弹性体的作用下使所述附属滑片与所述偏心转子相配合。
方案3:一种应用如方案1所述容积型变界流体机构用组合滑片的容积型变界流体机构,所述容积型变界流体机构包括气缸、偏心转子和环形结构体,所述偏心转子设置在所述气缸内,所述环形结构体套设在所述气缸内的所述偏心转子上,在所述气缸的缸体上设置滑片体滑槽,所述滑片体设置在所述滑片体滑槽内,在所述滑片体和所述气缸的气缸体之间设置附属弹性体,在所述附属弹性体和所述弹性体的作用下使所述附属滑片与所述环形结构体相配合。
方案4:在方案3的基础上,可进一步使所述环形结构体为同心环或偏心环。
方案5:一种应用方案1所述容积型变界流体机构用组合滑片的容积型变界流体机构,所述容积型变界流体机构包括气缸和轴,所述轴设置在所述气缸内,在所述轴上设置滑片体滑槽,所述滑片体设置在所述滑片体滑槽内,在所述滑片体和所述轴之间设置附属弹性体,在所述附属弹性体和所述弹性体的作用下使所述附属滑片与所述气缸相配合。
本发明中,所谓的“容积型变界流体机构”是指一切流体进入区内的运动件的表面和流体流出区内的运动件的表面不同的容积型流体机构,也就是说,所谓的“容积型变界流体机构”是由旋转运动件形成容积变化的一切容积型流体机构,例如,滑片泵、滑片式机构(例如,滑片式压缩机或滑片式膨胀机)、偏心转子机构(例如,偏心转子压缩机或偏心转子膨胀机)、液环式机构(例如,液环式压缩机或液环式膨胀机)、罗茨式机构(例如,罗茨式压缩机或罗茨式膨胀机)、螺杆式机构(例如,螺杆式压缩机或螺杆式膨胀机)、旋转活塞式机构(例如,旋转活塞式压缩机或旋转活塞式膨胀机)、滚动活塞式机构(例如,滚动活塞式压缩机或滚动活塞式膨胀机)、摆动转子式机构(例如,摆动转子式压缩机或摆动转子式膨胀机)、单工作腔滑片式机构(例如,单工作腔滑片式压缩机或单工作腔滑片式膨胀机)、双工作腔滑片式机构(例如,双工作腔滑片式压缩机或双工作腔滑片式膨胀机)、贯穿滑片式机构(例如,贯穿滑片式压缩机或贯穿滑片式膨胀机)、齿轮流体机构(例如,齿轮压缩机或齿轮膨胀机)和转缸滚动活塞机构(例如,转缸滚动活塞压缩机或转缸滚动活塞膨胀机)等。所述容积型变界流体机构可选择性地选择包括气缸、隔离体和缸内旋转体,且由所述气缸、所述隔离体和所述缸内旋转体三者相互配合形成容积变化的机构。
本发明中,应根据热能与动力领域的公知技术,在必要的地方设置必要的部件、单元或系统等。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明中所公开的组合滑片可使应用其的流体机构具有密封性好、效率高等优点。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种容积型变界流体机构用组合滑片,如图1所示,包括滑片体1,在所述滑片体1上设置三个滑槽2,在每个所述滑槽2内分别设置弹性体3和附属滑片4。
作为可变换的实施方式,可在所述滑片体1上设置一个以上所述滑槽2,在所述滑槽2内设置两个以上所述滑片4和一个以上所述弹性体3,所述滑片4可在弹性体3的作用下沿着所述滑槽2滑动。
实施例2
一种应用如实施例1所述容积型变界流体机构用组合滑片的容积型变界流体机构,如图2所示,所述容积型变界流体机构包括气缸5和偏心转子6,所述偏心转子6设置在所述气缸5内,在所述气缸5的缸体上设置滑片体滑槽7,所述滑片体1设置在所述滑片体滑槽7内,在所述滑片体1和所述气缸5的气缸体之间设置附属弹性体8,在所述附属弹性体8和所述弹性体3的作用下使所述附属滑片4与所述偏心转子6相配合。
实施例3
一种应用如实施例1所述容积型变界流体机构用组合滑片的容积型变界流体机构,如图3所示,所述容积型变界流体机构包括气缸5、偏心转子6和环形结构体10,所述偏心转子6设置在所述气缸5内,所述环形结构体10套设在所述气缸5内的所述偏心转子6上,在所述气缸5的缸体上设置滑片体滑槽7,所述滑片体1设置在所述滑片体滑槽7内,在所述滑片体1和所述气缸5的气缸体之间设置附属弹性体8,在所述附属弹性体8和所述弹性体3的作用下使所述附属滑片4与所述环形结构体10相配合。
作为可变换的实施方式,所述环形结构体10可选择性地设为同心环或偏心环。
实施例4
一种应用如实施例1所述容积型变界流体机构用组合滑片的容积型变界流体机构,如图4所示,所述容积型变界流体机构包括气缸5和轴9,所述轴9设置在所述气缸5内,在所述轴9上设置滑片体滑槽7,所述滑片体1设置在所述滑片体滑槽7内,在所述滑片体1和所述轴9之间设置附属弹性体8,在所述附属弹性体8和所述弹性体3的作用下使所述附属滑片4与所述气缸5相配合。
作为可变换的实施方式,本发明所有实施例中均可进一步使所述滑片体1上设置两个以上的滑槽2,并在每个滑槽2内分别设置弹性体3和附属滑片4。
显然,本发明不限于以上实施例,根据本领域的公知技术和本发明所公开的技术方案,可以推导出或联想出许多变型方案,所有这些变型方案,也应认为是本发明的保护范围。

1.一种容积型变界流体机构用组合滑片,包括滑片体(1),其特征在于:在所述滑片体(1)上设置至少两个滑槽(2),在每个所述滑槽(2)内分别设置弹性体(3)和附属滑片(4)。
2.一种应用如权利要求1所述容积型变界流体机构用组合滑片的容积型变界流体机构,其特征在于:所述容积型变界流体机构包括气缸(5)和偏心转子(6),所述偏心转子(6)设置在所述气缸(5)内,在所述气缸(5)的缸体上设置滑片体滑槽(7),所述滑片体(1)设置在所述滑片体滑槽(7)内,在所述滑片体(1)和所述气缸(5)的气缸体之间设置附属弹性体(8),在所述附属弹性体(8)和所述弹性体(3)的作用下使所述附属滑片(4)与所述偏心转子(6)相配合。
3.一种应用如权利要求1所述容积型变界流体机构用组合滑片的容积型变界流体机构,其特征在于:所述容积型变界流体机构包括气缸(5)、偏心转子(6)和环形结构体(10),所述偏心转子(6)设置在所述气缸(5)内,所述环形结构体(10)套设在所述气缸(5)内的所述偏心转子(6)上,在所述气缸(5)的缸体上设置滑片体滑槽(7),所述滑片体(1)设置在所述滑片体滑槽(7)内,在所述滑片体(1)和所述气缸(5)的气缸体之间设置附属弹性体(8),在所述附属弹性体(8)和所述弹性体(3)的作用下使所述附属滑片(4)与所述环形结构体(10)相配合。
4.如权利要求3所述容积型变界流体机构,其特征在于:所述环形结构体(10)为同心环或偏心环。
5.一种应用如权利要求1所述容积型变界流体机构用组合滑片的容积型变界流体机构,其特征在于:所述容积型变界流体机构包括气缸(5)和轴(9),所述轴(9)设置在所述气缸(5)内,在所述轴(9)上设置滑片体滑槽(7),所述滑片体(1)设置在所述滑片体滑槽(7)内,在所述滑片体(1)和所述轴(9)之间设置附属弹性体(8),在所述附属弹性体(8)和所述弹性体(3)的作用下使所述附属滑片(4)与所述气缸(5)相配合。
