背景技术
冬天保暖、夏天隔热,才称之为真正的保温,是砌筑墙体或外围栏结构传统及新型节能装饰板保温的材料或制品冬季阻止热量损失,夏季阻隔外部热量,保持室温稳定的能力。现有保温结构通常是指围护结构(包括屋顶、外墙、门窗等)在冬季阻止由室内向室外传热,夏季由外至内传导,从而使室内保持适当温度的能力,上述保温方式不可靠(比如漏风等),施工不简便。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种轻体保温节能材料,其保温可靠,施工简便。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种轻体保温节能材料,其特征在于,其包括酚醛保温层和珍珠岩层,珍珠岩层表面形成密封玻壳,内部窝穴中充满惰性气体并在内部形成封闭微泡。
优选地,所述酚醛保温层的厚度为一毫米至三毫米。
优选地,所述珍珠岩层的厚度为三毫米至五毫米。

具体实施方式
本发明轻体保温节能材料包括酚醛保温层和珍珠岩层,珍珠岩层表面形成密封玻壳,内部窝穴中充满惰性气体并在内部形成封闭微泡。
本发明轻体保温节能材料保温可靠,经高温膨化表面形成密封玻壳,内部窝穴中充满惰性气体,再利用引气发泡和固泡技术,使材料内部形成数量众多的封闭微泡这样使产品内成功蓄存了大量的静态空气,静态空气0℃是的导热系数0.026w(m.k),因而使保温材料构成强有力的相绝热。另外,闭孔结构有效消除了孔内气体的对流换热和孔壁之间的辐射换热,使材料的保温性能进一步增强。本发明施工简便,按比例加水搅拌均匀后,直接涂抹,一次可抹30mm厚,利于提高工效,缩短工期;可替代基底抹灰层,并具有防潮及防泛碱效果。

3.如权利要求1所述的轻体保温节能材料,其特征在于,所述珍珠岩层的厚度为三毫米至五毫米。
