Abstract

本发明外光电太阳能发电技术,是直接把光能转换为电能的技术,它和以往的太阳能电池发电不同。本发明是利用外光电效应发电,使一面物体在光照下发射电子,另一面物体吸附电子,这两者近距离放置构成了以电容器形式存在的发电设备。

本项发明是太阳能发电技术领域,是把光能直接转换成电能的技术。
背景技术:
当今世界,人类离不开电,发电的技术种类也很多,现有的太阳能发电主要以晶体硅制作成p-n结,利用内光电效应在光照下产生光生伏特发电。
本发明是对外光电效应原理的技术应用,利用透光导体,在光照下通过透光于可产生外光电效应发射电子的物体,使一物体产生正电荷、透光导体吸附负电荷,再以这两者为载体以电容的形式发电。
现代新型光电材料的不断改进,这一技术必将被广泛的应用,它可以做到超薄、超轻、低成本,可大面积铺贴于建筑物、路、桥等外表,还可做在门窗、车窗上。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是用较普通的材料用于太阳能发电,解决现有太阳能发电成本高,利用率低的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:用一片能产生外光电效应的材料,如锌片,和一片面积与锌片相等的透光导体如透光导电玻璃,将两者近距离平行放置,让两者既不直接接触又彼此离得非常近,当紫外光透过透光导体,照射到锌片时,锌片受到光子照射后发生外光电效应,从其表面向外发射电子,锌片发射出来的电子被透光导体吸附,而这两片距离相近、面积相等、相互平行的物体一面带正电,一面带负电,电荷数相等,正好以电容器的形式存在,两者经过光照累积,形成了不断增长电量的电容器,当多个这样的电容器同时工作,再以一定方式连接于外部电器设备,便构成了太阳能发电。
采用上述技术方案后,工艺更简单,成本更低;用两面透光导电玻璃做成n型和p型,便可使用在窗户、玻璃幕墙等上面,即能发电,又能减少紫外线照射。

具体实施方式:
例如,在边长为1200mm×540mm的长方形PVC平板上粘贴36片边长为120mm×120mm的正方形锌片,锌片间留3mm缝,在每块锌片上方放上相同大小的透光导电玻璃(为减小电阻,玻璃导电面可增加导电铜丝),再贴近锌片,在导电玻璃与锌片之间用微小绝缘颗粒隔开,每片导电玻璃边缘处连接铜丝作电极,铜丝避开锌片穿过PVC板背面,锌片同样接上铜丝穿过PVC板,在导电玻璃与锌片四周封上绝缘胶防锌片氧化,这样便构成了太阳能电池板外形,如图1所示。每小组透光导电玻璃与锌片,在紫外光照下锌片发射电子,透光导电玻璃吸附电子,两者构成电量不断增加的电容器,如图2所示。PVC反面的铜丝根据一定方式连接,再接上控制器、蓄电池等,在一定光射下便可对蓄电池供电。
