Abstract
本发明是一种可以远程拆装的灯罩，涉及灯具领域，具体涉及一种可以远程拆装的灯罩。本发明提供的灯罩适合安装于灯具底座敞口处边缘带有沟槽或者凸起的，灯具底座已固定住的，并且灯具底座敞口朝下安装的灯具。它包括罩体，固定体两部分。固定体下端固定于罩体边缘，并在罩体边缘对称分布固定，固定体垂直于罩体，固定体上具有操作孔，弹簧体。

本发明涉及灯具领域，具体涉及一种可以远程拆装的灯罩。
背景技术
现有的灯罩拆装很不方便，并且必须近距离操作，如果灯具的安装位置比较高，操作人员就需借助登高工具实现拆装，灯罩的清扫，照明灯的更换十分不方便。本发明可以实现远距离操作，操作人员在地面利用L型操作杆就可对灯罩进行拆装，使用方便，操作简单。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种可以远程拆装的灯罩，实现操作人员远距离拆装灯罩，给灯具的维护维修带来方便。
本发明的技术方案如下：
本发明是一种可以远程拆装的灯罩，涉及灯具领域，具体涉及一种可以远程拆装的灯罩。本发明提供的灯罩适合安装于灯具底座敞口处边缘带有沟槽或者凸起的，灯具底座已固定住的，并且灯具底座敞口朝下安装的灯具。灯罩包括罩体，固定体两部分，固定体下端固定于罩体边缘，并且在罩体边缘对称分布，固定体的数量根据灯具的情况选择，现实中灯罩的形状，厚度已有多种样式，已很成熟，在这不做叙述，罩体的宽度应大于灯具底座敞口的宽度，以方便安装，固定体包括下端，弹簧体，操作孔，弯曲部，延长部，末端六部分组成，六部分连为一整体，固定体垂直于罩体，固定体末端的位置在罩体上部并且与罩体之间有间隙，间隙的大小以灯具底座敞口处边缘带有的沟槽或者凸起而定，固定体的延长部为岔开的条状或者为片状，末端与弹簧体中心线的垂直距离大于弯曲部C点与弹簧体中心线的垂直距离。
安装时，将固定在一起的罩体，固定体用L型操作杆挑起。具体操作是，将L型操作杆顶部的L部穿入灯罩其中一个固定体的操作孔，然后挑起灯罩，此时被L型操作杆穿入操作孔并被挑起的固定体的弹簧体，在灯罩重力的作用下弯曲，使此时被挑起的固定体垂直于地面，此时的罩体与地面也呈垂直状态，此时的灯罩上的其他固定体与地面呈平行状态与罩体呈垂直状态，下一步用L型操作杆将挑起的灯罩移到灯具底座敞口处边缘带有的沟槽或者凸起的灯具的上方，下一步将被L型操作杆的L部穿入操作孔并且被挑起的固定体的末端挂于灯具底座敞口处边缘带有的沟槽或者凸起处，然后将L型操作杆的L部从已挂住的固定体的操作孔撤出，此时灯罩其中的一个固定体的末端已经挂于灯具底座上，下一步将L型操作杆顶部的L部穿入与已经固定在灯具底座上的固定体呈对称位置的固定体的操作孔内，然后向上挑起，使灯罩与灯具底座的敞口处接触并且罩住灯具底座敞口，此时被L型操作杆L部挑住的固定体与地面呈垂直状态，下一步将L型操作杆向上使劲使此时被挑起的固定体的末端挂于灯具底座敞口处边缘带有的沟槽或者凸起处，此时的固定体在弹簧体的收缩力的作用下挂住灯具底座。此时未被挂起的剩余固定体都与地面呈垂直状态，用L型操作杆依次将剩余的固定体挂入灯具底座上，灯罩安装完毕。灯罩的拆卸用同样的方法就可实现。
本发明的有益效果是：当需要拆装灯罩时，操作者不需要登高作业，只需在地面操作就可以，使灯罩的拆装变的方便，安全，简单。

具体实施方式：下面结合说明书附图来说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本发明是一种可以远程拆装的灯罩，涉及灯具领域，具体涉及一种可以远程拆装的灯罩。本发明提供的灯罩适合安装于灯具底座敞口处边缘带有沟槽或者凸起的，灯具底座已固定住的，并且灯具底座敞口朝下安装的灯具。灯罩8包括罩体1，固定体3两部分，固定体3下端B固定于罩体1边缘，并且在罩体1边缘对称分布，固定体3的数量根据灯具的情况选择，现实中灯罩8的形状，厚度已有多种样式，已很成熟，在这不做叙述，罩体1的宽度应大于灯具底座敞口7的宽度，以方便安装，固定体3包括下端B，弹簧体AB，操作孔2，弯曲部AC，延长部CD，末端D六部分组成，六部分连为一整体，固定体3垂直于罩体1，固定体3末端D的位置在罩体1上部并且与罩体1之间有间隙，间隙的大小以灯具底座敞口处边缘带有的沟槽或者凸起6而定，固定体3的延长部CD为岔开的条状或者为片状，末端D与弹簧体中心线9的垂直距离大于弯曲部C点与弹簧体中心线9的垂直距离。
安装时，将固定在一起的罩体1，固定体3用L型操作杆4挑起。具体操作是，将L型操作杆4顶部的L部10穿入灯罩8其中一个固定体3的操作孔2，然后挑起灯罩8，此时被L型操作杆4穿入操作孔2并被挑起的固定体3的弹簧体AB，在灯罩8重力的作用下弯曲，使此时被挑起的固定体3垂直于地面，此时的罩体1与地面也呈垂直状态，此时的灯罩8上的其他固定体3与地面呈平行状态与罩体1呈垂直状态，下一步用L型操作杆4将挑起的灯罩8移到灯具底座敞口处边缘带有的沟槽或者凸起6的灯具上方，下一步将被L型操作杆4的L部10穿入操作孔2并且被挑起的固定体3的末端D挂于灯具底座敞口处边缘带有的沟槽或者凸起6处，然后将L型操作杆4的L部10从已挂住的固定体3的操作孔2撤出，此时灯罩8其中的一个固定体3的末端D已经挂于灯具底座5上，下一步将L型操作杆4顶部的L部10穿入与已经固定在灯具底座5上的固定体3呈对称位置的固定体3的操作孔2内，然后向上挑起，使灯罩8与灯具底座的敞口7处接触并且罩住灯具底座敞口7，此时被L型操作杆4的L部10挑住的固定体3与地面呈垂直状态，下一步将L型操作杆4向上使劲使此时被挑起的固定体3的末端D挂于灯具底座敞口处边缘带有的沟槽或者凸起6处，此时的固定体3在弹簧体AB的收缩力的作用下挂住灯具底座5。此时未被挂起的剩余固定体3都与地面呈垂直状态，用L型操作杆4依次将剩余的固定体3挂到灯具底座5上，灯罩8安装完毕。灯罩8的拆卸用同样的方法就可实现。
Claims (1)
1.灯罩包括罩体，固定体两部分，固定体下端固定于罩体边缘，并且在罩体边缘对称分布，固定体包括下端，弹簧体，操作孔，弯曲部，延长部，末端六部分组成，六部分连为一整体，固定体垂直于罩体，固定体末端的位置在罩体上部并且与罩体之间有间隙，固定体的延长部为岔开的条状或者为片状；该灯罩能够实现远程拆装，其适用于底座敞口朝下的灯具，且该灯具底座敞口处边缘带有沟槽或者凸起，其使用时，L型操作杆的L部穿入操作孔挑起固定体，使固定体的末端挂于灯具底座敞口处的沟槽或者凸起处。
