一种Q码扣是将Q码内外扣头分别变形,能让工人在施工时提高工程施工效率,更保证不脱扣,并且在需要调整Q码的位置时方便工人向里推外扣头以打开扣头;去掉Q码原有的压片,降低了生产的原料成本和运输成本。一种Q码扣由Q码、外扣头、内扣头构成一个整体。

一、本发明所属领域:
本发明属于空调进出管子定位领域。
二、背景技术:
目前,将空调内外机相连的双管定位的Q码,相对于以前的管子定位设备大大提高了工程施工效率,但是,其扣头经常大量脱扣,增加了维护成本。
三、本发明内容:
本发明能解决以上技术和使用缺陷。本发一种Q码扣是将Q码内外扣头分别变形,能让工人在施工时提高工程施工效率,更保证不脱扣,并且在需要调整Q码的位置时方便工人向里推外扣头以打开扣头;去掉目前Q码原有的压片,降低了生产的原料成本和运输成本。
本发明一种Q码扣由Q码、外扣头、内扣头构成一个整体。如图1所示。

五、具体实施方式:
1、外扣头增加两边侧挡,形成扣套头,防外扣头从侧边与内扣头滑脱。如图3所示
2、外扣头大于内扣头,在固定管子时,工人只需要将外扣头向内扣头推压,就可以很容易地扣紧管子。在需要调整Q码的位置时,方便工人用大姆子和食子捏住外扣头向里推,然后向外提就能与内扣头分开,从而打开码扣。
3、外扣齿可一个扣齿,也可二、三个扣齿。内外扣齿呈内斜状相匹配,能避免内外扣自然脱开。
4、内扣头头部圆滑,方便工人扣紧时容易快速将内外扣头对插紧。如图4所示
5、内扣头三个扣齿,以适应直径不同的管子,直径稍大的管子,外扣头就扣外齿,反之插进内齿相扣。
6、目前的Q码的压片,因为其不能达到防止内外扣头相互滑脱功能,多余无用,去掉这压片,就能降低生产的原料成本和运输成本。
