技术领域

背景技术
一般地,医疗护理提供方使用内窥镜来研究症状、确诊或提供治疗。通常来说,内窥镜用于显示和探视解剖腔。当涉及特定的解剖应用时,可以用特定于内窥应用的术语来称呼内窥镜。例如,关节内窥镜通常用于可视化并探视诸如膝盖、臀部或肩膀的大关节,以及诸如手腕、肘部和脚踝的较小关节。因此,关节内窥镜有助于消除对于传统的相对侵入式的关节外科手术的需要。术语关节内窥镜和内窥镜可互用,并且通常二者均涉及在外科手术过程中用于可视化手术区域的医疗成像设备。
传统的关节内窥镜需要在麻醉下将探针插入至待检查的关节。探针组件通常包括高分辨率相机和光源。传统关节内窥镜光源通过使用产生过度热量的卤素灯来生成光。通常使用风扇处理这些过度的热量。该光源被附至光缆,以将光从光源传送至关节内窥镜。通常,通过注入无菌灌入液来实现关节的放大,以更好地显像解剖腔的内部结构。该灌入液通过灌入口注入至关节,并且由外科医生来控制液体的流速和压力。随后,在真空下经由位置便利的通道将灌入液吸出至关节内窥镜轴。在外科手术时,将抽吸和灌入管以及用于高分辨率相机的电缆组装并连接至适合的单元。然而,上述组件与多个线缆和电线拥挤地铺设在外科手术区域中,从而会纠缠在一起或滑落在手术区域中并受到污染。附至关节内窥镜的多个管和线也会变得难以处理并降低外科手术的灵活性。

公开号为2008/0064931A1的美国专利申请描述了能够承载冷却液的一个或多个通道。然而,LED元件安装在与冷却通道连接的铝或陶瓷板或衬底上。冷却液与LED元件并不直接接触。此外,液体被引导穿过成像镜片以清洁体液或组织碎片。
虽然这些设备可适用于其解决的特定目的,却不适用于提供用于内窥镜的液体冷却集成LED光源。
本发明提供的主要改进之处在于:包括灌入/抽吸管的单管,以及用于相机的缆线和LED电源缆线均在附至具有简单“快速连接”机制的外域单元的单独非滑动管中。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中传统内窥镜单元存在的固有缺陷,本发明提供了一种新的液体冷却内窥镜单元,该单元具有单灌入和抽吸管结构,以及具有能够便利地发出用于荧光素内窥镜的UV光的光源。

所描述的液体冷却内窥镜LED光源5包括多个LED光源5,能够提供足够的白光以易于在冷却腔7内观测。该光源还可以根据荧光素内窥镜检查的需要提供紫外蓝光。LED光源5嵌入至圆形防水光源基底6,该圆形防水光源基底6提供了允许通过无菌灌入液的中空中心部分42(图2)。冷无菌灌入液在通过时将直接与LED光源5元件接触,并且减少由LED元件生成的任何过度热量。接下来,灌入液将通过灌入通道流至内窥镜的远端。

单外壳管,与所述内窥镜的所述近端邻近;
快速连接延展件,具有快速连接灌入液入口端和出口端,所述入口端和出口端能够拆卸地连接至所述单外壳管,其中,所述快速连接延展件和所述冷却腔与所述单外壳管连通;
圆形防水光源基底,位于与所述内窥镜的所述近端邻近的所述冷却腔内,所述圆形防水光源基底具有由所述圆形防水光源基底的至少一个内表面包围的中空中心部分;

使得从所述内窥镜的所述近端流至所述内窥镜的远端的无菌灌入液流经所述中空中心部分,其中所述无菌灌入液直接接触所述LED元件从而消除由所述一个或多个LED元件生成的热量。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中通过所述内窥镜的灌入通道将所述无菌灌入液传送至所述内窥镜的所述远端。
11.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述一个或多个所述LED元件产生用于执行蓝光荧光素内窥镜检查的UV光。
12.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中将所述数字相机附接至所述内窥镜包括:
在对准相机数据插头并将所述相机数据插头插入至位于所述数字相机中的对应的数据插座之后,将所述内窥镜的近端插入至所述数字相机的凹槽中,从而所述内窥镜的目镜镜片与所述数字相机的相机镜片对准。
13.如权利要求12所述的方法,其中通过设置在所述数字相机中的紧固旋转环将被附接的所述数字相机稳固地紧固在适当位置。
14.如权利要求1所述的内窥镜成像装置,其中由轻金属合金、塑料或复合材料构成在一次使用之后可被丢弃的所述内窥镜成像装置。
