Abstract

一种机柜,包括具有一侧板的一柜体、一转动连接于侧板的前侧的门、若干安装于柜体的服务器、若干固定于门的内侧的电源模组及一安装于柜体的电源分配单元,这些电源模组通过线缆电连接于电源分配单元并通过线缆分别电连接于这些服务器。该机柜的服务器的电源模组装设于机柜的前侧的门,操作人员可在前侧维护电源模组,且电源模组位于服务器之外,减轻了对服务器散热的干扰。

本发明涉及一种机柜。
背景技术
机柜内会安装大量服务器,为使操作人员能在机柜的前侧对服务器的电源进行维护,一些服务器将电源由安装于服务器的后端改为安装于服务器的前端。电源位于服务器的前端时,电源的电源接口需朝前以连接外部的电源线,这样电源内部的风扇的风流方向便与服务器的系统风扇的风流方向相反,不利于服务器的散热。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种机柜,使操作人员能在前端维护服务器的电源且服务器的散热良好。
一种机柜,包括具有一侧板的一柜体、一转动连接于侧板的前侧的门、若干安装于柜体的服务器、若干固定于门的内侧的电源模组及一安装于柜体的电源分配单元,这些电源模组通过线缆电连接于电源分配单元并通过线缆分别电连接于这些服务器。
该机柜的服务器的电源模组装设于机柜的前侧的门,操作人员可在前侧维护电源模组,且电源模组位于服务器之外,减轻了对服务器散热的干扰。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明机柜的较佳实施方式包括一柜体10、一门20、若干服务器30、若干电源模组40及电源分配单元50。
柜体10包括一侧板12。该门20转动连接于侧板12的前侧。门20包括与柜体10相连的第一侧边22及与第一侧边22相对的第二侧边24。这些服务器30自上而下安装于柜体10内。电源分配单元50安装于侧板12的内侧。
每一电源模组40包括一机壳41、可收容于机壳41内的两电源45及一配电板49(power distribution board)。
请参照图2和图3,每一机壳41包括一挡板411、自挡板411的两侧分别垂直延伸出的第一侧板413与第二侧板415及自挡板411的中部垂直延伸出的平行于第一侧板413、第二侧板415的隔板417。第一侧板413远离挡板411的一侧朝向第二侧板415垂直延伸一固定片4132。第二侧板415远离挡板411的一侧朝向第一侧板413垂直延伸一固定片4152。隔板417远离挡板411的一侧垂直延伸一固定片4172。隔板417靠近机壳41的第一端410设有两卡孔4173。第二侧板415靠近机壳41的第一端410设有两卡孔4153。
每一电源45包括一电源本体451及一卡扣件453。电源本体451包括一底壁452。底壁452靠近电源本体451的第一端设有两通孔4522。卡扣件453包括一位于电源本体451外的操作部4531及一弹片4533。弹片4533的一端位于电源本体451内且固定于底壁452,弹片4533的另一端伸出电源本体451的第一端并连接于操作部4531。弹片4533延伸出穿过该两通孔4522的两卡扣4535。电源本体451的第一端还设有一把手4512及一用于连接线缆的电源接口4514。电源本体451的第二端设有连接器455。
每一配电板49设有两连接器。
组装时,将这些电源模组40自上而下固定于门20的内侧且分别对应这些服务器30。每一电源模组40的安装过程如下所述。将配电板49固定于门20的内侧。将机壳41的固定片4132、4152、4172固定于门20的内侧,使第一侧板413朝上,第二侧板415朝下。机壳41相较配电板49靠近门20的第二侧边24,且机壳41的第一端410朝向门20的第二侧边24。将两电源45沿机壳41第一端410滑入机壳41内,且该两电源45分别支撑于机壳41的隔板417和第二侧板415上。当该两电源45滑动至电源45的连接器455连接于配电板49的连接器时,该两电源45的卡扣件453的卡扣4535分别卡入隔板417的卡孔4173及第二侧板415的卡孔4153,使电源45固定于机壳41。电源本体451的第一端靠近门20的第二侧边24。
电源模组40组装完后,将每一电源模组40的两电源45的电源接口4514通过线缆60电连接于电源分配单元50。再将该电源模组40的配电板49通过线缆80电连接于对应的服务器30,使得电源模组40可为服务器30供电。
若有电源45需要被更换时,将连接于该电源45的线缆60拔出。向上拉动该电源45的卡扣件453的操作部4531,使卡扣件453的卡扣4535退出对应的卡孔。随后拉动把手4512即可将该电源45取出。请参照图4,由于电源本体451的第一端靠近门20的第二侧边24,即便是门20基本被关闭的情况下,也可采用上述方式更换电源45,使得对电源45的维护十分方便。

Claims (8)

1.一种机柜,包括具有一侧板的一柜体、一转动连接于侧板的前侧的门、若干安装于柜体的服务器、若干固定于门的内侧的电源模组及一安装于柜体的电源分配单元,这些电源模组通过线缆电连接于电源分配单元并通过线缆分别电连接于这些服务器。
2.如权利要求1所述的机柜,其特征在于:每一电源模组包括一固定于门的内侧的机壳及收容于机壳内的电源,机壳设有卡孔,电源包括一电源本体及一可卡扣于卡孔的卡扣件。
3.如权利要求2所述的机柜,其特征在于:门包括与柜体相连的第一侧边及与第一侧边相对的第二侧边,电源本体包括朝向第二侧边的第一端,卡扣件包括一弹片及一操作部,弹片的一端固定于电源本体,弹片的另一端伸出电源本体的第一端并连接于操作部,弹片延伸出卡扣,卡扣伸出电源本体的底壁并卡入卡孔。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的机柜,其特征在于:机壳包括一挡板、自挡板的两侧延伸出的第一侧板、第二侧板及自挡板的中部延伸出的平行于第一侧板与第二侧板的隔板,每一电源模组具有两电源,该两电源分别支撑于隔板及第二侧板上。
5.如权利要求4所述的机柜,其特征在于:第一侧板、第二侧板、隔板远离挡板的一侧延伸出固定于门的内侧的固定片。
6.如权利要求4所述的机柜,其特征在于:卡孔设于隔板及第二侧板。
7.如权利要求3所述的机柜,其特征在于:电源本体的第一端靠近门的第二侧边。
8.如权利要求3所述的机柜,其特征在于:电源本体的第一端设有一把手。
