本发明涉及一种落地式新风机,包括机壳、初效过滤器、热交换器、高效过滤器、送风机、排风机,所述高效过滤器共有三个,呈错位式布置,高效过滤器之间采用斜向隔板互相连接,所述热交换器采用侧向旋转式安装方式,热交换器的下方设有V型槽和凝水盘,热交换器的上方设有滑动式固定板,所述热交换器的左下方还设有一旁通阀门。本发明过滤效果好、热交换器安装拆卸方便、体积更小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化设备,具体涉及一种落地式新风机。
背景技术
现有的落地式新风机的高效过滤器数量少、高效过滤器安装不合理,导致过滤效果较差。另外,现有的落地式新风机的热交换器都是从机体前部安装、拆卸,造成机体的体积大、占用空间大。再次,现有的落地式新风机的热交换器和高效过滤器的密封方式不合理,其密封条易挤压失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种过滤效果好、热交换器安装拆卸方便、体积更小、密封效果好的落地式新风机。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
落地式新风机,包括机壳、初效过滤器、热交换器、高效过滤器、送风机、排风机,其特征在于,所述高效过滤器共有三个,呈错位式布置,高效过滤器之间采用斜向隔板互相连接,所述热交换器采用侧向旋转式安装方式,热交换器的下方设有旋转V型槽和凝水盘,热交换器的上方设有滑动式固定板,所述热交换器的左下方还设有一旁通阀门。
进一步地,所述热交换器与机壳接触处、所述高效过滤器与斜向隔板及机壳之间均采用侧面密封装置,所述侧面密封装置由凹陷形的密封槽、弹性密封条构成。
进一步地,所述机壳顶部设有导向卡槽,所述送风机安装在蜗形风道内,所述蜗形风道的出口处设有连接板,所述连接板通过滑动插入的方式安装在导向卡槽中。
进一步地,所述机壳内还设有负离子高压静电模块、PM2.5检测模块、wifi模块和智能家居控制接口。
本发明采用错位式布置的多个高效过滤器,过滤面积大、过滤效果好;本发明的热交换器从侧面旋转式安装拆卸,机体厚度可减少100-200mm,体积小、安装和维护方便;本发明的热交换器、高效过滤器采用侧面密封装置,弹性密封条安装在凹陷形的密封槽中,当受到挤压时,密封槽可起到限位作用,使弹性密封条不会挤压损坏,密封效果更好、寿命更长。另外,本发明内还设有负离子高压静电模块、PM2.5检测模块、wifi模块和智能家居控制接口,可产生活性负离子,提高空气质量,同时也便于与智能家居系统连接、便于智能化、网络化。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种落地式新风机,包括机壳2、初效过滤器3、热交换器9、高效过滤器11、送风机12、排风机1,所述排风机1安装在机壳2下部,所述初效过滤器3安装在排风机1与热交换器9之间,所述热交换器9安装在机壳2中部,所述机壳2上部安装有高效过滤器11和送风机12。所述机壳2底部设有新风入口,所述新风入口处安装有负离子高压静电模块、PM2.5检测模块,所述负离子高压静电模块由负离子放电装置4和高压静电集尘模块5构成,不但净化效率高,而且可以产生活性负离子,提高空气质量。
机壳2中部设有高效过滤器11和热交换器9。所述高效过滤器11共有三个,呈错位式布置,高效过滤器11之间采用斜向隔板互相连接,过滤面积大、过滤效果好。所述热交换器9采用侧向旋转式安装方式,热交换器9的下方设有V型槽8和凝水盘7,热交换器9的上方设有滑动式固定板10。安装时,将热交换器9从侧面插入V型槽8中,再旋转摆正,将上方的滑动式固定板10下拨压紧热交换器9上端。本发明的热交换器9从侧面旋转式安装拆卸,机体厚度可减少100-200mm,体积小、安装和维护方便。所述热交换器9的左下方还设有一旁通阀门6,所述旁通阀门6采用直线推拉方式,结构简单。
热交换器9与机壳2接触处、所述高效过滤器11与斜向隔板及机壳2之间均采用侧面密封装置。如图2所示,所述侧面密封装置由凹陷形的密封槽17、弹性密封条16构成,弹性密封条16位于凹陷形的密封槽17中,当受到挤压时,密封槽17可起到限位作用,使弹性密封条16不会挤压损坏,密封效果更好、寿命更长。
如图1所示,所述机壳2顶部设有导向卡槽15,所述送风机12安装在蜗形风道13内,所述蜗形风道13的出口处设有连接板14,所述连接板14通过滑动插入的方式安装在导向卡槽15中。排风入口安装有PM2.5检测模块、wifi模块和智能家居控制接口,便于与智能家居系统连接,便于智能化、网络化和空气质量监测。

1.落地式新风机,包括机壳、初效过滤器、热交换器、高效过滤器、送风机、排风机,其特征在于:所述高效过滤器共有三个,呈错位式布置,高效过滤器之间采用斜向隔板互相连接,所述热交换器采用侧向旋转式安装方式,热交换器的下方设有旋转V型槽和凝水盘,热交换器的上方设有滑动式固定板,所述热交换器的左下方还设有一旁通阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的落地式新风机,其特征在于:所述热交换器与机壳接触处、所述高效过滤器与斜向隔板及机壳之间均采用侧面密封装置,所述侧面密封装置由凹陷形的密封槽、弹性密封条构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的落地式新风机,其特征在于:所述机壳顶部设有导向卡槽,所述送风机安装在蜗形风道内,所述蜗形风道的出口处设有连接板,所述连接板通过滑动插入的方式安装在导向卡槽中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的落地式新风机,其特征在于:所述机壳内还设有负离子高压静电模块、PM2.5检测模块、wifi模块和智能家居控制接口。
