技术领域
本发明涉及一种上装式高温硬密封球阀,属于小口径球阀技术领域。
背景技术
球阀在石油、化工、冶金和城市集中供热等行业得到了广泛的应用。高温硬密封球阀,由于零部件多,结构复杂,增加了加工难度与制造成本, 尤其是小口径的硬密封球阀。
目前,常规的侧装式球阀在管线上发生故障需要维修时,不得不把阀门从管线上拆下,但上装式球阀只要把阀盖及阀杆组合件从阀门上拆卸,即可更换密封件及球体,不会造成生产的停滞,以至于造成重大经济损失。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种上装式高温硬密封球阀。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种上装式高温硬密封球阀,包括:阀体、球体、压圈、销、键、左阀座、右阀座、支撑圈、阀座圈、蝶形弹簧,所述阀体通道右端设置有右阀座,右阀座左端设置有压圈,所述压圈设置为C型结构,压圈开口位置与右阀座外侧移动连接,压圈内设置有左阀座,左阀座与压圈之间设置有蝶形弹簧;所述左阀座与右阀座之间设置有球体;所述压圈左端外侧套接有阀座圈,阀座圈左端设置有支撑圈,所述阀座圈与支撑圈之间设置有蝶形弹簧,所述支撑圈左端卡接在阀体通道左端;所述压圈与阀座圈之间设置有空隙,所述空隙处设置有销,所述销上设置有与空隙相配合的键,键一端用于支撑阀座圈,键另一端用于推动压圈;所述键设置为条形结构。
作为优选方案,所述销设置为内六角圆柱头销,用于方便拆装。
作为优选方案,还包括压套、金属密封垫,所述压套、金属密封垫套接在右阀座外侧,用于保证阀体常温密封及在失火下的密封。

如图1所示,一种上装式高温硬密封球阀,包括:阀体1、球体2、压圈3、销4、键5、左阀座6、右阀座7、支撑圈8、阀座圈9、蝶形弹簧10,所述阀体1通道右端设置有右阀座7,右阀座7左端设置有压圈3,所述压圈3设置为C型结构,压圈3开口位置与右阀座7外侧移动连接,压圈3内设置有左阀座6,左阀座6与压圈3之间设置有蝶形弹簧10;所述左阀座6与右阀座7之间设置有球体2;所述压圈3左端外侧套接有阀座圈9,阀座圈9左端设置有支撑圈8,所述阀座圈9与支撑圈8之间设置有蝶形弹簧10,所述支撑圈8左端卡接在阀体1通道左端;所述压圈3与阀座圈9之间设置有空隙,所述空隙处设置有销4,所述销4上设置有与空隙相配合的键5,键5一端用于支撑阀座圈9,键5另一端用于推动压圈3;所述键5设置为条形结构。
作为优选方案,所述销4设置为内六角圆柱头销,用于方便拆装。
作为优选方案,还包括压套11、金属密封垫12,所述压套11、金属密封垫12套接在右阀座7外侧,用于保证阀体常温密封及在失火下的密封。
具体使用方式如下:使用时,将内六角圆柱头销安装在阀体中轴线对称两侧,转动内六角圆柱销,让键卡接于压圈与阀座圈之间空隙处,由于支撑圈上蝶形弹簧的弹力使阀座圈对压圈产生了夹紧力;同时,键推动压圈向右移动,压圈带动内部球体与右阀座接触实现密封。
装配时,先从阀体顶部把右阀座、压套、金属密封垫、支撑圈、蝶形弹簧装进阀体阀座孔内;然后把压圈、左阀座、蝶形弹簧、球体与阀座圈旋合贴边再从顶部装进阀体内;再用两个内六角圆柱头销上的键,使阀座圈与压圈夹紧。此时球体与右阀座紧紧贴合,提供阀座初始密封;在拆卸时则逆序操作。

1.一种上装式高温硬密封球阀,包括:阀体、球体、压圈,其特征在于:还包括:销、键、左阀座、右阀座、支撑圈、阀座圈、蝶形弹簧,所述阀体通道右端设置有右阀座,右阀座左端设置有压圈,所述压圈设置为C型结构,压圈开口位置与右阀座外侧移动连接,压圈内设置有左阀座,左阀座与压圈之间设置有蝶形弹簧;所述左阀座与右阀座之间设置有球体;所述压圈左端外侧套接有阀座圈,阀座圈左端设置有支撑圈,所述阀座圈与支撑圈之间设置有蝶形弹簧,所述支撑圈左端卡接在阀体通道左端;所述压圈与阀座圈之间设置有空隙,所述空隙处设置有销,所述销上设置有与空隙相配合的键,键一端用于支撑阀座圈,键另一端用于推动压圈;所述键设置为条形结构。
