技术领域
本发明属于蔬菜种植领域，具体涉及一种辣椒种子的处理方法。
背景技术
辣椒是一年或有限多年生草本植物。果实通常呈圆锥形或长圆形，未成熟时呈绿色，成熟后变成鲜红色、绿色或紫色，以红色最为常见。辣椒的果实因果皮含有辣椒素而有辣味，能增进食欲。辣椒中维生素C的含量在蔬菜中居第一位，原产墨西哥，明朝末年传入中国。还有观赏椒，圆形，不可食用，颜色有红色、紫色等。在辣椒育苗时，种子的萌发率往往较低，而且种子萌发周期长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种辣椒种子的处理方法，可以促进辣椒种子萌发，缩短辣椒种子的萌发周期，提高萌发率。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种辣椒种子的处理方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）、配制处理液，按重量计取水87-92份、氯化铵1.8-3份、酸枣仁2.6-3.1份、商陆2.6-4.2份、石斛0.5-1份，将酸枣仁、商陆加入水中煎煮1h，然后加入石斛，继续煎煮1h，冷却，去除药渣，加入氯化铵，混合均匀，得到处理液；
（2）、将完整、饱满的辣椒种子放入步骤（1）制备的制备的处理液中浸泡处理5h，然后使用超声波进行处理3min，继续浸泡5h；
（3）、将种子从处理液中取出，然后使用清水冲淋，然后将种子表面风干即可。
优选地，所述处理液按重量计由以下组分配制而成：水90份、氯化铵2.2份、酸枣仁2.8份、商陆3.2份、石斛0.75份。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的提供的辣椒种子的处理方法简单，成本低，使用方法简单，可以大大提高种子的萌发率，缩短辣椒种子萌发时间，可以使辣椒种子萌发时间提升2-4天，降低育苗成本，而且处理后辣椒种子对环境温度的适应性增强，而且可以提升萌发后植株的耐盐碱等抗逆性，同时使用本发明处理种子易于处理，可以大大缩短种子处理的时间，提升种子处理的速度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种辣椒种子的处理方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）、配制处理液，按重量计取水90份、氯化铵2.2份、酸枣仁2.8份、商陆3.2份、石斛0.75份，将酸枣仁、商陆加入水中煎煮1h，然后加入石斛，继续煎煮1h，冷却，去除药渣，加入氯化铵，混合均匀，得到处理液；
（2）、将完整、饱满的辣椒种子放入步骤（1）制备的制备的处理液中浸泡处理5h，然后使用超声波进行处理3min，继续浸泡5h；
（3）、将种子从处理液中取出，然后使用清水冲淋，然后将种子表面风干即可。
实施例2
所述处理液按重量计由以下组分配制而成：水90份、氯化铵2.2份、酸枣仁3份、商陆3.6份、石斛0.75份。
实施例3
所述处理液按重量计由以下组分配制而成：水92份、氯化铵3份、酸枣仁2.8份、商陆3.5份、石斛0.9份。
使用本发明的种子处理方法进行了辣椒种子育苗试验，设置对照组，各组处理方法一致，选取的同一批次的辣椒种子，处理时各组使用不同处理剂在25℃下处理种子，然后进行种植。
实验1在温度为18-28℃下试验结果如下：

由表1可知，本发明的方法对于种子的萌发有明显的促进作用，而且大大缩短了种子萌发的时间。
而且本发明经过其他育苗试验证实，本发明的方法中处理液处理后，对于辣椒种子在10℃左右低温育苗的成活率相对于普通方法处理也明显提升。

1.一种辣椒种子的处理方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）、配制处理液，按重量计取水87-92份、氯化铵1.8-3份、酸枣仁2.6-3.1份、商陆2.6-4.2份、石斛0.5-1份，将酸枣仁、商陆加入水中煎煮1h，然后加入石斛，继续煎煮1h，冷却，去除药渣，加入氯化铵，混合均匀，得到处理液；
（2）、将完整、饱满的辣椒种子放入步骤（1）制备的制备的处理液中浸泡处理5h，然后使用超声波进行处理3min，继续浸泡5h；
（3）、将种子从处理液中取出，然后使用清水冲淋，然后将种子表面风干即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种辣椒种子的处理方法，其特征在于，所述处理液按重量计由以下组分配制而成：水90份、氯化铵2.2份、酸枣仁2.8份、商陆3.2份、石斛0.75份。
