When the called terminal receives calls or messages such as incoming calls, short messages, multimedia messages, OTT instant messaging and the like, before ringing and popping up prompt messages, the called terminal (through a display management module not shown in the figure) obtains corresponding calling personal information and calling terminal numbers from a cloud to the local of the called terminal, and then the calling personal information and calling terminal numbers are displayed to a called user together with ringing or message reminding after decoding.
Before displaying the calling personal information, the called terminal may decode the encoded personal information through the display management module or it may decode the encoded personal information through the decoding module.
The personal information which can be displayed on the display or the display interface of the called terminal comprises information or information combination such as calling name, contact information, address and the like, and combination related to number information corresponding to calling.
In addition, the personal information of the calling party is transmitted to the called terminal through the cloud independent channel, and the transmission can be completed in the following mode: when a calling side initiates a call, the biological characteristic information of the calling party, the telephone number of the called party and the call time information are uploaded to the cloud, the cloud identifies and matches the biological characteristic information, analyzes the relevant personal information corresponding to the calling party, and performs temporary pairing and association processing on the personal information of the calling party, the calling number, the called number and the call information time. After the called side receives the call, before ringing and popping up prompt information, the personal information of the calling party of the call is obtained to the cloud according to the pairing association relationship among the calling number, the called number, the calling time and the personal information of the calling party and is downloaded to a calling interface of the called terminal, and the personal information of the calling party and the ringing or display information are displayed to a user together. Meanwhile, the cloud end releases the temporary pairing relation among the calling number, the called number, the contact information and the calling time. By the method, the called terminal can accurately acquire the information of the calling terminal. Because the cloud stores a lot of biological characteristic information such as fingerprint information, after the called party receives the incoming call, the called party can go to the cloud to execute the operation of inquiring the contact person. Through the incidence relation, the called terminal can accurately acquire the real contact information. The incidence relation solves the problem of how to find the corresponding contact information in the cloud, and the called terminal can retrieve the corresponding real information of the calling contact through the incidence relation.
At the receiving end, when the personal information of the calling party is found not to be prestored in the local address book, the receiving end can automatically generate a new piece of contact information and store the new piece of contact information in the local address book. When the name in the calling personal information is the same as the stored information but the number is not consistent, the receiving end can automatically execute the operation of adding the number into the existing contact information once, or simultaneously pop up a prompt to enable the called user to confirm whether the number is added, if so, the adding is finished, otherwise, the adding is abandoned.
And during contact information during cloud and local transmission, carrying out convolutional coding on personal information according to the calling number information and the called number information, wherein the corresponding decoding keys are the calling number and the called number. After receiving, the communication receiving end decodes the coded personal information according to the calling and called numbers.
The above biological characteristics can be one or a combination of fingerprint, facial characteristics, voice, iris and other biological characteristics of the calling party at the calling terminal side, and the corresponding biological characteristic acquisition system comprises one or a combination of a fingerprint acquisition device, a facial characteristic acquisition device, a voice acquisition device, an iris acquisition device and the like; the corresponding biological characteristic comparison system comprises a local biological characteristic comparison module or a network/cloud biological characteristic comparison system, wherein the local biological characteristic comparison module comprises one or a combination of a local fingerprint comparison module, a facial characteristic comparison module, a local voice comparison module and a local iris comparison module; the network biological characteristic comparison system comprises one of or a combination of a network fingerprint comparison system, a network facial characteristic comparison system, a network voice comparison system and a network iris comparison system.
The calling terminal, the called terminal, the communication terminal, the terminal and the like can be electronic equipment such as a mobile phone, a PDA, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a vehicle-mounted computer and the like.
The invention can effectively solve the problem that the called party can not accurately acquire the information of the strange telephone caller, and enhances the safety of the communication process.

Claims (6)

1. A method for displaying calling information of a calling terminal by a biological characteristic identification technology comprises the following steps:
1) a calling terminal initiates a calling operation through a calling terminal;
2) the biological characteristic acquisition system at the calling terminal side acquires the biological characteristics of the calling party of the calling terminal and sends the biological characteristic information of the calling party of the calling terminal to the biological characteristic comparison system;
3) the biological characteristic comparison system compares the biological characteristics, and outputs corresponding personal information after confirming the personal information of all people of the biological characteristics;
4) the calling terminal sends the corresponding personal information to the called terminal or sends the personal information and the calling number to the called terminal;
5) the called terminal displays the personal information of the calling terminal;
the biological characteristic acquisition system is arranged on the calling terminal or is realized by an expansion module or an accessory connected with the calling terminal;
the biological characteristic comparison system is a network biological characteristic comparison system;
the personal information comprises a calling name, a contact phone, an address and a combination thereof;
the personal information is transmitted to the called terminal through the cloud independent channel, or the personal information is encoded by the calling terminal and then transmitted to the called terminal through the cloud independent channel, wherein the personal information of the calling terminal is transmitted to the called terminal through the cloud independent channel, and the personal information is transmitted to the called terminal through the cloud independent channel in the following mode: when a calling terminal initiates a call, uploading the biological characteristic information of the calling party, the telephone number of the called party and the call time information to a cloud end, after identifying and matching the biological characteristic information by the cloud end, analyzing the relevant personal information corresponding to the calling party, and performing temporary pairing and association processing on the personal information of the calling party, the calling number, the called number and the call time information; after the called terminal receives the call, before ringing and popping up prompt information, the personal information of the calling party of the call is obtained to the cloud according to the temporary matching relation of the calling party number, the called party number, the calling time and the personal information of the calling party and is downloaded to a calling interface of the called terminal, the personal information of the calling party and ringing or display information are displayed to a user, and meanwhile, the temporary matching relation of the calling party number, the called party number, the contact information and the calling time is released by the cloud;
at a called terminal, when the personal information of a calling party is found not to be prestored in a local address book, a new piece of contact information is automatically generated and stored locally; when the name in the calling personal information is the same as the stored information but the number is not consistent, the operation of adding the number into the existing contact information is automatically executed once, or a prompt is popped up at the same time to enable a called user to confirm whether the number is added, if so, the adding is finished, otherwise, the adding is abandoned.
2. The method for displaying caller information by biometric identification as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the biological characteristics collected by the biological characteristic collecting system are one or the combination of fingerprint, facial characteristics, voice and iris of the calling party at the calling end;
the biological characteristic information comprises one or the combination of fingerprint, facial characteristic, voice and iris information of a calling party at a calling end;
the biological characteristic acquisition system comprises one or a combination of a fingerprint acquisition device, a facial characteristic acquisition device, a voice acquisition device and an iris acquisition device;
the local biological characteristic comparison module comprises one or the combination of a local fingerprint comparison module, a local facial characteristic comparison module, a local voice comparison module and a local iris comparison module; the network biological characteristic comparison system comprises one of or a combination of a network fingerprint comparison system, a network facial characteristic comparison system, a network voice comparison system and a network iris comparison system.
3. A system for displaying calling information of a calling terminal by a biometric identification technology comprises the calling terminal and a called terminal, wherein:
the method comprises the steps that a calling terminal carries out biological feature collection on a calling party when the calling party of the calling party initiates a calling operation through the calling terminal, and sends biological feature information of the calling party to a biological feature comparison system, the biological feature comparison system carries out biological feature comparison, corresponding personal information is output after the information of all people of biological features is confirmed, and the calling terminal sends the corresponding personal information to a called terminal or sends the personal information and a calling number to the called terminal;
the called terminal displays the personal information of the calling terminal;
the method comprises the following steps that a calling terminal acquires the biological characteristics of a calling party through a biological characteristic acquisition system, wherein the biological characteristic acquisition system is arranged on the calling terminal or is realized by an expansion module or an accessory connected with the calling terminal;
the biological characteristic comparison system is a network biological characteristic comparison system;
the personal information comprises a calling name, a contact phone, an address and a combination thereof;
the personal information is transmitted to the called terminal through the cloud independent channel, or the personal information is transmitted to the called terminal through the cloud independent channel, wherein the personal information of the calling party is transmitted to the called terminal through the cloud independent channel, and the personal information is completed in the following modes: when a calling terminal initiates a call, uploading the biological characteristic information of the calling party, the telephone number of the called party and the call time information to a cloud end, after identifying and matching the biological characteristic information by the cloud end, analyzing the relevant personal information corresponding to the calling party, and performing temporary pairing and association processing on the personal information of the calling party, the calling number, the called number and the call time information; after the called terminal receives the call, before ringing and popping up prompt information, the personal information of the calling party of the call is obtained to the cloud according to the temporary matching relation of the calling party number, the called party number, the calling time and the personal information of the calling party and is downloaded to a calling interface of the called terminal, the personal information of the calling party and ringing or display information are displayed to a user, and meanwhile, the temporary matching relation of the calling party number, the called party number, the contact information and the calling time is released by the cloud;
at a called terminal, when the personal information of a calling party is found not to be prestored in a local address book, a new piece of contact information is automatically generated and stored locally; when the name in the calling personal information is the same as the stored information but the number is not consistent, the operation of adding the number into the existing contact information is automatically executed once, or a prompt is popped up at the same time to enable a called user to confirm whether the number is added, if so, the adding is finished, otherwise, the adding is abandoned.
4. The system for displaying caller information via biometric identification as claimed in claim 3, wherein,
the biological characteristics collected by the biological characteristic collecting system are one or the combination of fingerprint, facial characteristics, voice and iris of the calling party at the calling terminal side;
the biological characteristic information comprises one or the combination of fingerprint, facial characteristic, voice and iris information of the calling party
The biological characteristic acquisition system comprises one or a combination of a fingerprint acquisition device, a facial characteristic acquisition device, a voice acquisition device and an iris acquisition device;
the local biological characteristic comparison module comprises one or the combination of a local fingerprint comparison module, a local facial characteristic comparison module, a local voice comparison module and a local iris comparison module; the network biological characteristic comparison system comprises one of or a combination of a network fingerprint comparison system, a network facial characteristic comparison system, a network voice comparison system and a network iris comparison system.
5. A communication terminal comprises a biological characteristic acquisition system and a biological characteristic comparison system, wherein:
the system comprises a biological characteristic acquisition system, a biological characteristic comparison system and a communication terminal, wherein the biological characteristic acquisition system is used for acquiring the biological characteristic of a calling party when the calling party of the calling party initiates a calling operation through the communication terminal and sending the biological characteristic information of the calling party to the biological characteristic comparison system;

6. A communication terminal comprising a display device, characterized in that:
when a calling party initiates a call through a calling terminal, uploading biological characteristic information of the calling party, a calling telephone number, a called telephone number and calling time information to a cloud, analyzing relevant personal information corresponding to the calling party after the cloud identifies and matches the biological characteristic information, and performing temporary pairing and association processing on the personal information of the calling party, the calling number, the called number and the calling time information;
after the communication terminal receives a call, before ringing and popping up prompt information, the communication terminal obtains personal information of the calling party of the call according to the temporary pairing relationship among the calling party number, the called party number, the calling time and the personal information of the calling party to the cloud terminal and downloads the personal information of the calling party to a calling interface of the called terminal, the personal information of the calling party and ringing or display information are displayed to a user together, and meanwhile, the cloud terminal relieves the temporary pairing relationship among the calling party number, the called party number, contact information and the calling time;
the display device of the communication terminal displays the personal information of the calling party of the calling terminal;
when the communication terminal finds that the personal information of the calling party is not prestored in the local address book, a new piece of contact information is automatically generated and stored locally; when the name in the calling personal information is the same as the stored information but the number is not consistent, automatically executing the operation of adding the number into the existing contact information once, or simultaneously popping up a prompt to enable a called user to confirm whether the number is added, if so, completing the addition, otherwise, abandoning the addition;
the calling terminal is a communication terminal according to claim 5.
