Body 10 has the first relative end face 12 and the second end face 14.Described first end face 12 offers some through holes 122, and described second end face 14 offers a slot 142.
This fixed arm 20 comprises two projections 24 on the first side wall 22 of the first side wall 22, projection and is vertically set on two pivot parts 26 of one end of the first side wall 22.

Described projection 34, pivot part 36 and clamping wall 38 are positioned at the same side of the second sidewall 32.
With fixed arm 20 structure unlike, described second sidewall 32 replaces with a holding section 35 away from one end of pivot part 36 by fixed orifice 222.
Refer to Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 6, this holding section 35 is arranged on the one end away from pivot part 36 on the second sidewall 32, and the position that this holding section 35 is arranged on the second sidewall 32 is corresponding with the position of slot 142.This holding section 35 comprises elastic component 352 and a fastener 354 of a V-arrangement.This elastic component 352 comprise the first lamellar body 3522 of tilting to extend from the second sidewall 32 and from the last side of the first lamellar body 3522 towards the second lamellar body 3524 that the second sidewall 32 extends, thus make the opening of this elastic component 352 towards the second sidewall 32.This fastener 354 extends from the lateral surface of the second lamellar body 3524.The structure of the V-arrangement of described elastic component 352 and make the opening of this V-arrangement reduce to produce elastic deformation, namely the second lamellar body 3524 moves towards the direction of the first lamellar body 3522, the fastener 354 be formed on elastic component 352 can be made to move towards the direction of the first lamellar body 3522 by the elastic deformation of this generation.
