本发明公开了一种医院病理科空气质量检测—净化系统,包括一台用于净化粉尘的空气净化机和与之相适配的粉尘检测仪,一台用于净化甲醛的空气净化机和与之相适配的甲醛浓度检测仪,一台用于净化二甲苯的空气净化机和与之相适配的二甲苯浓度检测仪,一台空气湿度调节机和与之相适配的空气湿度检测仪,上述各设备均设有WIFI模块,以进行各对应设备之间的数据交换,还包括一台系统主机,系统主机与上述各空气质量检测设备和各空气净化设备之间通过CAN总线通讯系统连接构成控制器局域网。本发明具有自动化程度高、可根据空气污染类别及程度及时准确做出净化处理,可实现动态化管理等特点。

一种医院病理科空气质量检测—净化系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医院病理科空气质量检测—净化系统。
背景技术
目前,病理科是大型综合医院必不可少的科室之一,其主要任务是在医疗过程中承担病理诊断工作,包括通过活体组织检查、脱落和细针穿刺细胞学检查以及尸体剖检,为临床提供明确的病理诊断,确定疾病的性质,查明死亡原因。其中标本、切片的制作以及组织样的存储需要使用到大量的甲醛、二甲苯溶液,均是极易挥发的有害物质。尽管设有通风系统,但基于最初工程实施验收标准不同,日常维护不足等多种原因导致病理科室内空气质量极易不合格,正常工作期间为了对标本等的保护不允许开窗换气,而外界空气环境质量亦PM2.5、PM10含量令人堪忧,在病理科的工作人员的身体健康极难实现保障。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种医院病理科空气质量检测—净化系统,它具有自动化程度高、可根据空气污染类别及程度及时准确做出净化处理,可实现动态化管理等特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种医院病理科空气质量检测—净化系统,包括一台用于净化粉尘的空气净化机和与之相适配的粉尘检测仪,一台用于净化甲醛的空气净化机和与之相适配的甲醛浓度检测仪,一台用于净化二甲苯的空气净化机和与之相适配的二甲苯浓度检测仪,一台空气湿度调节机和与之相适配的空气湿度检测仪,上述各设备均设有WIFI模块,以进行各对应设备之间的数据交换,还包括一台系统主机,系统主机与上述各空气质量检测设备和各空气净化设备之间通过CAN总线通讯系统连接构成控制器局域网。

本发明包括一台用于净化粉尘的空气净化机和与之相适配的粉尘检测仪,一台用于净化甲醛的空气净化机和与之相适配的甲醛浓度检测仪,一台用于净化二甲苯的空气净化机和与之相适配的二甲苯浓度检测仪,一台空气湿度调节机和与之相适配的空气湿度检测仪,上述设备根据大型综合医院病理科所受污染的种类进行进行配置;上述各设备均设有WIFI模块,以进行各对应设备之间的数据交换,检测设备通过WIFI模块与净化机数据共享,使净化机根据检测数据进行自动化控制,对室内空气进行净化处理;净化机与检测设备相分离,避免净化机因体积、空间大小等安装原因,不能第一时间对污染源进行检测,而尽快做出反应,从而实现对病理科空气进行实时净化;还包括一台系统主机,系统主机与上述各空气质量检测设备和各空气净化设备之间通过CAN总线通讯系统连接构成控制器局域网,实现集中管理分散控制,构成集散式控制系统,系统主机可以实时查询病理科的空气质量数据,并且可以远程通过检测设备对各个净化机进行手动控制;系统主机通过Internet与云数据中心连接,病理科的空气质量数据可以通过互联网传输至云数据中心存储分析,形成大数据库。本发明具有自动化程度高、可根据空气污染类别及程度及时准确做出净化处理,可实现动态化管理等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
由图1所示的实施例可知,本实施例包括一台用于净化粉尘的空气净化机和与之相适配的粉尘检测仪(型号:FAD-PM),一台用于净化甲醛的空气净化机(型号:JGY-CH2O)和与之相适配的甲醛浓度检测仪(型号:CQN-CH2O),一台用于净化二甲苯的空气净化机(型号:JGY-PHI)和与之相适配的二甲苯浓度检测仪(型号:JGY-TVOC),一台空气湿度调节机(型号:JGY-TRH)和与之相适配的空气湿度检测仪(型号:CQN-SHT),上述各设备均设有WIFI模块,以进行各对应设备之间的数据交换,还包括一台系统主机,系统主机与上述各空气质量检测设备和各空气净化设备之间通过CAN总线通讯系统连接构成控制器局域网。
系统主机通过Internet与云数据中心连接。
安装方法:
将上述各空气质量检测设备和各空气净化设备合理布置于医院病理科,并构建WIFI通讯系统;系统主机置于监控室,布置信号总线,系统主机与上述各空气质量检测设备和各空气净化设备之间通过CAN总线通讯系统连接构成控制器局域网,使用Ethernet网线将系统主机与云计算中心实现通讯。
工作过程:
各空气质量检测设备和各空气净化设备通过WIFI进行数据通讯,并形成单回路调节系统进行空气质量的调节,各空气质量检测设备上报系统主机空气质量数据, 系统主机根据所接受到的数据分析判断医院病理科空气质量,可人为发出空气净化设备的启动或停止控制指令,系统主机对监测数据进行显示,同时显示各空气净化设备的工作状态并与云数据中心交换数据。

1.一种医院病理科空气质量检测—净化系统,其特征在于:包括一台用于净化粉尘的空气净化机和与之相适配的粉尘检测仪,一台用于净化甲醛的空气净化机和与之相适配的甲醛浓度检测仪,一台用于净化二甲苯的空气净化机和与之相适配的二甲苯浓度检测仪,一台空气湿度调节机和与之相适配的空气湿度检测仪,上述各设备均设有WIFI模块,以进行各对应设备之间的数据交换,还包括一台系统主机,所述系统主机与上述各空气质量检测设备和各空气净化设备之间通过CAN总线通讯系统连接构成控制器局域网。
