Abstract

本发明公开了一种蜗杆可调节驱动装置,包括基座壳体,基座壳体内设有蜗杆,蜗杆两端分别采用圆锥滚子轴承与基座壳体连接,基座壳体一端设有端盖,蜗杆与端盖之间通过偏心装置相互连接。偏心装置可以使蜗杆一端进行调节,这样就可以调节蜗杆与蜗轮之间的间隙,使其配合更加紧密,增大传动效率,提高传动精度,减小蜗轮蜗杆之间的磨损,延长驱动装置的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种蜗杆可调节驱动装置。
背景技术
普通的蜗轮蜗杆驱动装置中,一般蜗轮两端的连接圆锥滚子轴承是相互对称的,蜗杆水平设置,位置不能改变,当蜗轮蜗杆之间距离过大的时候,由于啮合不紧密,导致传动能量损失较大。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种蜗杆调节驱动装置,能够使蜗轮蜗杆配合更加紧密。
为实现这一目的,本发明所采用的结构是:一种蜗杆可调节驱动装置,包括基座壳体,所述基座壳体中央设置蜗杆,蜗杆与蜗轮相互啮合,蜗杆的两端分别采用圆锥滚子轴承与基座壳体相互连接,基座壳体一端设有端盖,蜗杆与端盖通过偏心装置相互连接。
其有益效果是:偏心装置可以使蜗杆一端进行调节,这样就可以调节蜗杆与蜗轮之间的间隙,使其配合更加紧密,增大传动效率,提高传动精度,减小蜗轮蜗杆之间的磨损,延长驱动装置的使用寿命。

如图1所示的一种蜗杆可调节驱动装置,包括基座壳体1,基座壳体1内中央设置蜗杆1,蜗杆3与蜗轮相互啮合,蜗杆3连接电机,蜗杆3的两端分别通过圆锥滚子轴承4与基座壳体连接,基座壳体1一端设有端盖2,蜗杆3的端部与端盖2通过偏心装置相互连接连接,当调整转动调整偏心装置的时候,蜗杆1的角度就会发生变化,这样就可以调整蜗杆1与蜗轮之间的配合间隙,使配合更加紧密,当蜗轮蜗杆配合紧密后,驱动装置的传动效率能够得到提高,提高传动精度,并且减少了蜗轮蜗杆之间的磨损,延长驱动装置的使用寿命。

1.一种蜗杆可调节驱动装置,包括基座壳体(1),其特征在于,所述基座壳体(1)中央设置蜗杆(3),蜗杆(3)与蜗轮相互啮合,蜗杆(3)的两端分别采用圆锥滚子轴承(4)与基座壳体相互连接,基座壳体(1)一端设有端盖(2),蜗杆(3)与端盖(2)通过偏心装置相互连接。
