本发明公开一种气囊缓冲纸板,包括面纸、瓦楞芯、瓦楞气囊、蜂窝芯、胶粘层以及蜂窝气囊,所述瓦楞芯与面纸胶粘并且设置于面纸内侧,所述瓦楞气囊为柱形结构并且水平内嵌于瓦楞芯内部空隙中,所述蜂窝芯通过胶粘层与瓦楞芯连接固定,所述胶粘层分别与瓦楞气囊和蜂窝气囊连接粘合,所述蜂窝气囊为柱形结构并且内嵌于蜂窝芯内部。通过上述方式,本发明提供一种气囊缓冲纸板,能够针对现有蜂窝纸板包装材料在受到高强度冲击时缓冲效果不佳的问题,增加瓦楞气囊和蜂窝气囊,加强面纸层和蜂窝芯层的环压强度和缓冲强度,有效提高了纸板的缓冲性能,极大地降低了高强度冲击力,结构简单,成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料制造领域,尤其涉及一种气囊缓冲纸板。
背景技术
随着市场上各种产品对包装缓冲要求的不断提高,应运而生的蜂窝纸板得到了较好的应用,但是现在蜂窝纸板在遇到高速高强度外力冲击时,缓冲性能仍然不能满足要求,然而厚度更大的纸板生产成本更高,无法适应生产需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种气囊缓冲纸板,能够针对现有蜂窝纸板包装材料在受到高强度冲击时缓冲效果不佳的问题,增加瓦楞气囊和蜂窝气囊,加强面纸层和蜂窝芯层的环压强度和缓冲强度,有效提高了纸板的缓冲性能,极大地降低了高强度冲击力,结构简单,成本低廉。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种气囊缓冲纸板,包括面纸、瓦楞芯、瓦楞气囊、蜂窝芯、胶粘层以及蜂窝气囊,所述瓦楞芯与面纸胶粘并且设置于面纸内侧,所述瓦楞气囊为柱形结构并且水平内嵌于瓦楞芯内部空隙中,所述蜂窝芯通过胶粘层与瓦楞芯连接固定,所述胶粘层分别与瓦楞气囊和蜂窝气囊连接粘合,所述蜂窝气囊为柱形结构并且内嵌于蜂窝芯内部。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述瓦楞气囊和蜂窝气囊为高压聚乙烯高温挤出吸塑材料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述蜂窝芯侧壁设置有气孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种气囊缓冲纸板,能够针对现有蜂窝纸板包装材料在受到高强度冲击时缓冲效果不佳的问题,增加瓦楞气囊和蜂窝气囊,加强面纸层和蜂窝芯层的环压强度和缓冲强度,有效提高了纸板的缓冲性能,极大地降低了高强度冲击力,结构简单,成本低廉。

如图1所示,本发明实施例包括:
一种气囊缓冲纸板,包括面纸1、瓦楞芯2、瓦楞气囊3、蜂窝芯4、胶粘层5以及蜂窝气囊6,所述瓦楞芯2与面纸1胶粘并且设置于面纸1内侧,所述瓦楞气囊3为柱形结构并且水平内嵌于瓦楞芯2内部空隙中,所述蜂窝芯4通过胶粘层5与瓦楞芯2连接固定,所述胶粘层5分别与瓦楞气囊3和蜂窝气囊6连接粘合,所述蜂窝气囊6为柱形结构并且内嵌于蜂窝芯4内部。
其中,所述瓦楞气囊3和蜂窝气囊6为高压聚乙烯高温挤出吸塑材料。通过上述方式,有效降低生产成本,极大提高纸板缓冲性能。
进一步的,所述蜂窝芯4侧壁设置有气孔。通过上述方式,当纸板受到高速高强度冲击力导致气囊破裂时,避免击穿蜂窝芯4。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种气囊缓冲纸板,能够针对现有蜂窝纸板包装材料在受到高强度冲击时缓冲效果不佳的问题,增加瓦楞气囊3和蜂窝气囊6,加强面纸1层和蜂窝芯4层的环压强度和缓冲强度,有效提高了纸板的缓冲性能,极大地降低了高强度冲击力,结构简单,成本低廉。

1.一种气囊缓冲纸板,其特征在于,包括面纸、瓦楞芯、瓦楞气囊、蜂窝芯、胶粘层以及蜂窝气囊,所述瓦楞芯与面纸胶粘并且设置于面纸内侧,所述瓦楞气囊为柱形结构并且水平内嵌于瓦楞芯内部空隙中,所述蜂窝芯通过胶粘层与瓦楞芯连接固定,所述胶粘层分别与瓦楞气囊和蜂窝气囊连接粘合,所述蜂窝气囊为柱形结构并且内嵌于蜂窝芯内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气囊缓冲纸板,其特征在于,所述瓦楞气囊和蜂窝气囊为高压聚乙烯高温挤出吸塑材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气囊缓冲纸板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝芯侧壁设置有气孔。
