本发明公开了一种翻转夹具防掉落装置,涉及焊接工装制造技术领域,包括有气缸,固定在翻转架上的设有下夹持部的固定座和通过铰轴铰接在所述固定座上的活动夹;所述活动夹设有与所述下夹持部对应的上夹持部和设有第一铰接销的连接部,所述铰轴位于所述上夹持部与所述第一铰接销之间,所述连接部通过所述第一铰接销铰接有连接板,所述连接板通过第二铰轴铰接有摇板,所述摇板通过第三销轴铰接在所述固定座上,在所述摇板上设有与所述气缸的活塞杆铰接的第四铰轴,所述第四铰轴位于所述第一铰接销后方;在所述固定座上活动设有与所述摇板相抵接的止动螺栓。与现有技术相比,本发明可以避免现有焊接的翻转夹具在使用过程中板金件容易掉落的问题。

翻转夹具防掉落装置
技术领域
本发明涉及焊接工装制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于焊接翻转夹具的防掉落装置。
背景技术
在汽车制造中如白车身板件类的板金件正反两面都要进行二氧化保护焊,焊接时需要用焊装的翻转夹具来实现白车身板件两面的焊接,通常这些翻转夹具中的压紧单元均通过气缸驱动夹紧并实现翻转;有一种焊接的翻转夹具,该翻转夹具包括设在翻转架上的多个由气缸驱动的压紧单元,每个所述压紧单元包括固定在所述翻转架上的设有下夹持部的固定座和通过铰轴铰接在该固定座上的活动夹,所述活动夹设有与所述下夹持部对应的上夹持部和与所述气缸的活塞杆铰接的连接部,所述铰轴位于所述上夹持部与所述连接部之间。这种翻转夹具在使用过程中存在如下问题:1、由于固定座和活动夹的铰接点在活动夹的两端之间,当供气系统出现断气或气压降低时,活塞杆上的力为零;此时活动夹会绕铰轴自由旋转,生板金件在自重作用下会发生掉落现象,严重时会发生砸坏工件、损坏设备,甚至伤害到操作者的生产事故。
发明内容
本发明所解决的问题是提供一种翻转夹具防掉落装置,以解决现有焊接的翻转夹具使用过程中板金件容易掉落的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种翻转夹具防掉落装置包括有气缸,固定在翻转架上的设有下夹持部的固定座和通过铰轴铰接在所述固定座上的活动夹;所述活动夹设有与所述下夹持部对应的上夹持部和设有第一铰接销的连接部,所述铰轴位于所述上夹持部与所述第一铰接销之间,所述连接部通过所述第一铰接销铰接有连接板,所述连接板通过第二铰轴铰接有摇板,所述摇板通过第三销轴铰接在所述固定座上,在所述摇板上设有与所述气缸的活塞杆铰接的第四铰轴,所述第四铰轴位于所述第一铰接销后方;在所述固定座上活动设有与所述摇板相抵接的止动螺栓。
上述翻转夹具防掉落装置技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述第三销轴通过安装座固定在所述固定座上。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:由于在活动夹与气缸的活塞杆之间铰接了连接板和摇板,当气缸突然断气时,装在固定座的下夹持部与活动夹的上夹持部之间板金件的自重给上、下夹持处即夹紧点一个向上的力,此时,上夹持部有绕铰轴顺时针旋转的趋势,连接板和摇板有绕第二铰轴顺时针旋转的趋势,但由于止动螺栓阻止了摇板绕第二铰轴顺时针旋转的趋势,从而使得固定座的下夹持部与活动夹的上夹持部无法打开,仍然将板金件夹持住;阻止了板金件的掉落,起到了保护设备、工件,保护操作者安全的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实例对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1所示为一种焊接的翻转夹具,该翻转夹具包括装在翻转架1上的多个由气缸2驱动的压紧单元,每个压紧单元包括通过安装座3固定装在翻转架1上的固定座4和通过铰轴6铰接在该固定座4上的活动夹5。
图2、图3和图4所示的翻转夹具防掉落装置包括有装在翻转架1上的气缸2,固定在翻转架1上的设有下夹持部4-1的固定座4,在固定座4上铰接有活动夹5,活动夹5固定连接有支架6-1,支架6-1通过铰轴6铰接在固定座4上;活动夹5设有与固定座4的下夹持部4-1对应的上夹持部5-1和连接部5-2,在连接部5-2上装有第一铰接销7-1;铰轴6位于上活动夹5的上夹持部5-1与第一铰接销7-1之间;活动夹5的连接部5-2通过第一铰接销7-1铰接有连接板7,连接板7通过第二铰轴7-2铰接有摇板8,摇板8通过第三销轴8-1铰接在安装座10上,安装座10通过铆钉固定在固定座4上;在摇板8上开有销孔,摇板8通过穿装在该销孔和活塞杆2-1上的第四铰轴2-2与气缸2铰接;第四铰轴2-2位于第一铰接销7-1的后方;在固定座4上开有螺纹孔,在该螺纹孔装有止动螺栓7;安装时可活动调节止动螺栓7,使止动螺栓7的顶端与摇板8的侧面相抵接,止动螺栓7与摇板8侧面的抵接处位于第二铰轴7-2与第三销轴8-1之间。
当气缸2突然断气时,装在固定座4的下夹持部4-1与活动夹5的上夹持部5-1之间板金件的自重给上、下夹持处即夹紧点一个向上的力,此时,上夹持部4-1有绕铰轴6顺时针旋转的趋势,连接板7和摇板8有绕第二铰轴7-2顺时针旋转的趋势,但由于止动螺栓7阻止了摇板8绕第二铰轴7-2顺时针旋转的趋势,从而使得固定座4的下夹持部4-1与活动夹5的上夹持部5-1无法打开,仍然将板金件夹持住;阻止了板金件的掉落,起到了保护设备、工件,保护操作者安全的作用。

Claims (2)

1.一种翻转夹具防掉落装置,包括有气缸(2),固定在翻转架(1)上的设有下夹持部(4-1)的固定座(4)和通过铰轴(6)铰接在所述固定座(4)上的活动夹(5);所述活动夹(5)设有与所述下夹持部(4-1)对应的上夹持部(5-1)和设有第一铰接销(7-1)的连接部(5-2),所述铰轴(6)位于所述上夹持部(5-1)与所述第一铰接销(7-1)之间,其特征在于:所述连接部(5-2)通过所述第一铰接销(7-1)铰接有连接板(7),所述连接板(7)通过第二铰轴(7-2)铰接有摇板(8),所述摇板(8)通过第三销轴(8-1)铰接在所述固定座(4)上,在所述摇板(8)上设有与所述气缸(2)的活塞杆(2-1)铰接的第四铰轴(2-2),所述第四铰轴(2-2)位于所述第一铰接销(7-1)后方;在所述固定座(4)上活动设有与所述摇板(8)相抵接的止动螺栓(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的翻转夹具防掉落装置,其特征在于:所述第三销轴(8-1)通过安装座(10)固定在所述固定座(4)上。
