Abstract

本发明涉及一种石油开采技术,特别适用于需具缓蚀、破乳和粘土稳定多效功能的开采场合。
本发明以BM-5、烷基苄基吡啶、酒精、六次甲基四胺、氯化铵、醋酸和香料在一定温度、压力条件下配制而成。该发明具有良好的酸化缓蚀、破乳和粘土稳定性能,在油水井防膨、酸化作业中,可同时取代防膨剂、酸化缓蚀剂和破乳剂,具有一剂多效的特点,并且价格便宜,生产工艺简单,可大大降低作业成本。

Description

防止油层粘土膨胀多效稳定剂及其制备方法
本发明涉及一种石油开采技术,特别适用于需要缓蚀、破乳和粘土稳定多效功能的开采场合。
为实现尤其的正常开采,稳产、高产,通常采用注水防膨、防膨酸化技术,由于大量使用这种外来工作液而引起水敏性粘土矿物的水化膨胀、分散、运移,堵塞油层的现象屡见不鲜,此外这些外来工作液与地层油或水作用形成乳化油造成地层渗透率的降低。同时,在开采过程中,对油井、水井进行酸化作业时,酸化液对地下油管的套管设备具有严重的腐蚀作用。因此,为有效地抑制水敏性粘土矿物水化膨胀,常使用粘土稳定剂,为防止油水乳化,常在工作液中加破乳剂,在酸化液中加缓蚀剂。在注水防膨作业中,处理液中必须同时加入粘土稳定剂,破乳剂和缓蚀剂,由于多种药剂同时使用而带来药剂间配伍性差或不配伍问题,达不到预期效果。如美国的L55(美国专利4227575号),国内类似于L55的PTA,TDC-10,TDC-15,及X12035等商品,这类稳定剂性能单一,在注水防膨和防膨酸化作业中必须加入破乳剂和缓蚀剂,导致工艺作业繁杂、施工运输不便,提高了采油成本,一般这类稳定剂价格都较贵。
针对上述现有技术存在的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种同时具有破乳、缓蚀功能的以烷基苄基吡啶和以商品牌号为BM-5的表面活性剂为主要成分的多效粘土稳定剂。
本发明所说的防止油层粘土膨胀多效稳定剂,由烷基苄基吡啶,其中R和R’为甲基,和以商品牌号为BM-5的表面活性剂、酒精、六次甲基四胺、NH4Cl、醋酸、香料组成,其上述各原料的重量比例为,烷基苄基吡啶∶BM-5∶酒精∶六次甲基四胺∶NH4Cl∶醋酸∶香料=2∶1∶1∶0.05∶4∶0.12∶0.2。本发明所说的防止油层粘土膨胀多效稳定剂的制备方法是通过以下技术措施实施,将烷基苄基吡啶 与以商品牌号为BM-5的表面活性剂在常压、温度为120℃条件下,不断搅动,反应0.5小时,然后加酒精在常压、温度为80℃条件下搅动0.5小时,然后加六次甲基四胺,在常压、温度为40℃条件下搅拌0.5小时,然后加醋酸,在常压常温条件下搅动,然后加香料,在常压、常温条件下搅拌,最后加15%重量浓度的氯化铵溶液形成本专利成品。
本发明所述的BM-5为山东滨州化工厂出品的表面活性剂;所述的香料为市售草香型香料。
本发明的优点:(1)具有良好的酸化缓蚀、破乳和粘土稳定性能,在油水井防膨、酸化作业中,可同时取代防膨剂、酸化缓蚀剂和破乳剂,具有一剂多效的特点。(2)所采用的烷基苄基吡啶是一类价格低廉的物质、(3)具有良好的耐高温性能(>250℃),可用于蒸气注采,降低了作业成本。

Claims (2)

1、一种以烷基苄基吡啶 ,其中R和R’为甲基,和山东滨州化工厂出品的BM-5的表面活性剂为主要成份,具有防止采油过程中粘土膨胀、酸化、缓蚀和抗乳作用的多效稳定剂的制备方法,其特征为将以商品牌号为BM-5的表面活性剂与烷基苄基吡啶在常压、温度为120℃条件下,不断搅动,反应0.5小时,然后加酒精在常压、温度为80℃条件下搅动0.5小时,然后加六次甲基四胺在常压、温度为40℃条件下搅拌0.5小时,然后加醋酸在常压常温条件下搅动,然后加香料在常压、温度条件下搅拌,最后加15%重量浓度的氯化铵溶液形成其产品;上述诸原料的重量比例为:
烷基苄基吡啶∶BM-5∶酒精∶六次甲基四胺∶NH4Cl∶醋酸∶香料=2∶1∶1∶0.05∶4∶0.12∶0.2。
