step S20, the control device retrieves contact data of the application from the loaded at least one application, wherein the contact data at least comprises contact information in the application, and the contact information comprises contact information of a first user and at least one second user;
step S21, the control device acquires the communication identifier of the second electronic device;
step S22, the control device determines authority information corresponding to the communication identifier of the second electronic device based on the contact data;
step S23, the control device sends the authority information to the second electronic device;
alternatively, the processing flow of steps S20 to S23 may be similar to steps S10 to S13 shown in fig. 5.
Step S24, the AP device receives the control information sent by the second electronic device;
optionally, after receiving the permission information sent by the control device, the second electronic device may obtain the control permission of the corresponding controlled device in the intelligent network; the second electronic equipment can send control information aiming at the controlled equipment to AP equipment such as a network access node of the intelligent network;
optionally, the AP device may receive, through a second type communication channel, control information sent by the second electronic device, where the second type communication channel is different from the first type communication channel through which the permission information is transmitted between the control device and the second electronic device; if the second type communication channel can be a wifi channel, the first type communication channel can be a bluetooth channel, etc.
Step S25, the AP device determines whether the control information matches the permission information of the second electronic device;
optionally, when the control device determines and sends the permission information of the second electronic device to the second electronic device, the control device may also send the determined permission information of the second electronic device to the AP device, so that the AP device performs matching verification on the permission of the second electronic device at a stage when the second electronic device controls the intelligent network.
Step S26, after determining that the control information matches the permission information of the second electronic device, the AP device responds to the control information and sends the control information to a corresponding controlled device.
Correspondingly, if the control information is not matched with the authority information of the second electronic device, the AP device cancels the response of the control information.
An application example provided by the embodiment of the present invention is introduced below with respect to the signaling flow shown in fig. 6, and the application example includes the following implementation processes:
1. when a user B enters the home of a user A and the user B wants to acquire the control right of the home intelligent network of the user A, the equipment of the user A can acquire contact data with the contact information of the application A in the loaded application;
2. the method comprises the steps that the equipment of a user A obtains a communication identifier of the equipment of a user B; if the device of the user B can establish a first type channel such as a Bluetooth channel with the device of the user A, the device of the user B can send an authority allocation request carrying a communication identifier of the device of the user B to the device of the user A through the first type channel; as another example, user a's device may actively query user B's device for a communication identification over a first type channel;
3. the device of the user A can determine the authority information corresponding to the communication identifier of the device of the user B based on the communication identifier and the relation type recorded by the contact data, the corresponding relation between the relation type and the authority information, the corresponding relation between the communication identifier and the authority information recorded by the contact data, the corresponding relation between the calling number in the telephone address list in the device of the user A and the relation type and the like;
4. the equipment of the user A sends the authority information of the equipment of the user B to the equipment of the user B; meanwhile, the device of the user A can forward the authority information of the device of the user B to the AP device;
optionally, the device of user a may send the permission information through the first type communication channel.
5. The device of the user B sends control information for controlling the controlled device in the home network to the AP device of the home network;
optionally, the device of user B may send the control information via a second type of communication channel.
6. The AP equipment can judge whether the control information is matched with the authority information of the equipment of the user B or not according to the authority information of the equipment of the user B, if so, the AP equipment responds to the control information and sends the control information to the corresponding controlled equipment, and if not, the AP equipment does not respond to the control information.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the control equipment can realize the authority distribution of the second user of the second electronic equipment through the contact data representing the contact information of the first user and at least one second user in the control equipment, so that the mode that the second electronic equipment acquires the control authority of the controlled system in the intelligent network is more intelligent, the user intervention is less, and the operation is more convenient.
Optionally, the first electronic device may select an AP device (such as a router) such as a network access node; in this case, fig. 7 shows another flowchart of a rights assignment method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applicable to an AP device, and referring to fig. 7, the method may include:
step S400, the AP equipment sends a contact data acquisition request to the control equipment;
optionally, when the AP device detects that the control device is connected to the first electronic device (that is, when the AP device is connected to the control device), the AP device sends a contact data obtaining request to the control device, so as to receive contact data sent by the control device; or after receiving the permission allocation request sent by the second electronic device, the AP device may request the control device to acquire the contact data.
Step S410, receiving contact data sent by the control device, wherein the contact data at least comprises contact information in at least one application of the control device, and the contact information comprises contact information of a first user and at least one second user;
optionally, after receiving the contact data acquisition request sent by the AP device, the control device may export contact data of an application loaded in the control device and having information about a first user and a contact of the first user, and send the contact data to the AP device; or directly exporting the telephone address book of the control equipment and then sending the telephone address book to the AP equipment.
Step S420, determining authority information of the second electronic equipment based on the contact data;
and step S430, sending the authority information to the second electronic equipment.
Optionally, before step S420 is executed, the AP device may further obtain a communication identifier of the second electronic device; specifically, the AP device may receive a connection request of the second electronic device, where the connection request is used to indicate that the second electronic device wishes to access the intelligent network, and based on the connection request, the AP device may send a communication identifier obtaining request to the second electronic device, so that the AP device receives the communication identifier sent by the second electronic device;
it should be noted that the step of the AP device acquiring the communication identifier of the second electronic device may be performed before the step of the AP device determining the authority information of the second electronic device based on the contact data, for example, between step S410 and step S420, or before step S400, specifically, it only needs to be satisfied before determining the authority information of the second electronic device.
Optionally, the AP device may send a communication identifier obtaining request to the second electronic device through a first type communication channel, and receive a communication identifier sent by the second electronic device; when transmitting the permission information to the second electronic device, the AP device may transmit the permission information using the first type communication channel.
Optionally, the communication identifier of the contact of the first user, the corresponding relationship between the relationship type and the first user, and the corresponding relationship between the relationship type and the permission information may be recorded in the contact data received by the AP device; after the AP equipment acquires the communication identifier of the second electronic equipment, the relationship type corresponding to the communication identifier of the second electronic equipment and the authority information corresponding to the determined relationship type can be determined according to the contact data, so that the authority information of the second electronic equipment can be determined;
optionally, the correspondence between the communication identifier of the contact of the first user and the permission information may also be directly recorded in the contact data received by the AP device; therefore, after the AP device acquires the communication identifier of the second electronic device, the permission information corresponding to the communication identifier of the second electronic device can be determined according to the contact data, and the permission information of the second electronic device can be determined.
Further, after receiving the permission information, the second electronic device may send control information to the AP device; after receiving the control information sent by the second electronic device, the AP device may determine whether the control information matches the permission information of the second electronic device, if so, respond to the control information, and send the control information to the corresponding controlled device, and if not, not respond to the control information.
Based on the condition that the first electronic device selects an AP device such as a network access node, fig. 8 shows another signaling flow chart of the permission assignment method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 8, the flow may include:
step S30, the AP device sends a contact data acquisition request to the control device;
step S31, the AP equipment receives the contact data sent by the control equipment;
optionally, the AP device may send a contact data obtaining request through the first type communication channel, and receive the contact data.
Step S32, the AP equipment acquires a communication identifier of the second electronic equipment;
optionally, the AP device may obtain the communication identifier of the second electronic device through the first type communication channel.
Step S33, the AP device determines authority information corresponding to the communication identifier of the second electronic device based on the contact data;
and step S34, the AP device sends the authority information to the second electronic device.
Optionally, the AP device may send the permission information to the second electronic device through a first type channel.
Step S35, the AP device receives the control information sent by the second electronic device;
optionally, the AP device may receive, through the second type communication channel, control information sent by the second electronic device.
Step S36, the AP device determines whether the control information matches the permission information of the second electronic device;
step S37, after determining that the control information matches the permission information of the second electronic device, the AP device responds to the control information and sends the control information to a corresponding controlled device.
Correspondingly, if the control information is not matched with the authority information of the second electronic device, the AP device cancels the response of the control information.
The method for assigning permissions provided in the embodiment of the present invention is described below with respect to a second electronic device (i.e., with respect to a user device that needs to acquire permissions to access an intelligent network), and fig. 9 is yet another flowchart of the method for assigning permissions provided in the embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applicable to the second electronic device, and with reference to fig. 9, the method may include:
step S500, the second electronic equipment sends a communication identifier to the first electronic equipment;
optionally, when the second electronic device sends the permission allocation request to the first electronic device, the permission allocation request carries the communication identifier; or after the first electronic device actively inquires the communication identifier of the second electronic device, the second electronic device sends the communication identifier to the first electronic device;
optionally, the first electronic device may be a control device such as a user device of a holder of the intelligent network, or may also be an AP device such as a network access node of the intelligent network.
Step S510, after the first electronic device obtains contact data in a control device and determines authority information of a second electronic device based on the contact data, the first electronic device receives the authority information sent by the first electronic device, where the contact data represents contact information between a first user and at least one second user of the control device.
Optionally, the specific implementation manner of the first electronic device obtaining the contact data in the control device, and the specific implementation manner of the first electronic device determining the permission information of the second electronic device based on the contact data may refer to the above description.
Optionally, the second electronic device may send the communication identifier to the first electronic device through the first type communication channel, and the second electronic device may also receive the permission information sent by the first electronic device through the first type communication channel.
Further, the second electronic device may also interact with the AP device as follows:
the second electronic device may send control information to the AP device (specifically, the second electronic device may send control information to the AP device through the second type communication channel); if the AP equipment judges that the control information is matched with the authority information of the second electronic equipment, the AP equipment can respond to the control information and send the control information to the corresponding controlled equipment, and correspondingly, the second electronic equipment can receive the response information of the AP equipment and/or the control response information of the controlled equipment; if the AP equipment judges that the control information is not matched with the authority information of the second electronic equipment, the AP equipment does not respond to the control information, and the second electronic equipment can receive prompt information which is sent by the AP equipment and does not respond to the control information.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the first electronic device can realize authority distribution to the second user of the second electronic device through the contact data representing the contact information of the first user and at least one second user in the control device, so that the mode that the second electronic device acquires the control authority of the controlled system in the intelligent network is more intelligent, less user intervention is performed, and the operation is more convenient.
The first electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present invention is introduced below, and the first electronic device described below may be referred to in correspondence with the above content.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram of a first electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 10, the first electronic device may include:
a contact data obtaining module 100, configured to obtain contact data in a control device, where the contact data represents contact information between a first user and at least one second user of the control device;
the permission determining module 200 is configured to determine permission information of the second electronic device based on the contact data;
and the permission sending module 300 is configured to send the permission information to the second electronic device.
Optionally, fig. 11 shows an optional structure of the contact data obtaining module 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 11, the contact data obtaining module 100 may include:
an application contact data obtaining unit 110, configured to obtain contact data in at least one application in the control device, where the contact data at least includes contact information in the application.
Optionally, fig. 12 shows another structural block diagram of the first electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and in combination with fig. 10 and 12, the first electronic device may further include:
a permission allocation request receiving module 400, configured to receive a permission allocation request of a second electronic device before determining permission information of the second electronic device based on the contact data, where the permission allocation request includes at least a communication identifier of the second electronic device.
Correspondingly, fig. 13 shows an optional structure of the permission determination module 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 13, the permission determination module 200 may include:
a communication identifier obtaining unit 210, configured to obtain a communication identifier of the second electronic device;
a relationship type determining unit 211, configured to determine a relationship type between a second user of the second electronic device and the first user based on the contact data and the communication identifier of the second electronic device;
an authority determination execution unit 212, configured to determine, based on the relationship type, authority information of the second electronic device.
Alternatively, fig. 14 shows an alternative structure of the right transmission module 300, and referring to fig. 14, the right transmission module 300 may include:
a first channel sending unit 310, configured to send the permission information to the second electronic device through a first type channel, where the first type channel is different from a second type channel, and the second type channel is a communication channel for the second electronic device to access a network access node.
Optionally, the first electronic device may be a control device or an AP device, and the structures shown in fig. 10 to fig. 14 may be applied to the control device or the AP device.
If the first electronic device selects an AP device, fig. 15 shows another optional structure of the contact data obtaining module 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 15, the contact data obtaining module 100 may include:
a contact data requesting unit 120, configured to send a contact data obtaining request to the control device when the control device is connected to the first electronic device;
a contact data receiving unit 121, configured to receive the contact data sent by the control device.
If the first electronic device is an AP device, fig. 16 shows another structure of the first electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and with reference to fig. 10 and fig. 16, the method may further include:
a connection request receiving module 500, configured to receive a connection request of a second electronic device before determining, based on the contact data, authority information of the second electronic device;
a communication identifier request module 600, configured to send a communication identifier obtaining request to the second electronic device based on the connection request;
a communication identifier receiving module 700, configured to receive the communication identifier sent by the second electronic device.
If the first electronic device is an AP device, fig. 17 shows another structure of the first electronic device according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 10 and 17, the structure may further include
A control information receiving module 800, configured to receive, after sending the permission information to the second electronic device, control information sent by the second electronic device;
an authority judgment module 900, configured to judge whether the control information matches the authority information of the second electronic device;
and the response module 1000 is configured to respond to the control information and send the control information to a corresponding controlled device when the determination result of the permission determination module is yes.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a rights allocation system, where a structure of the rights allocation system may be as shown in fig. 1, and the rights allocation system includes: a first electronic device 1 and a second electronic device 2;
the first electronic device 1 is configured to acquire contact data in a control device, where the contact data represents contact information between a first user and at least one second user of the control device, determine permission information of the second electronic device based on the contact data, and send the permission information to the second electronic device;
and the second electronic device 2 is used for receiving the authority information sent by the first electronic device.
According to the embodiment of the invention, based on the contact data representing the contact information between the first user and at least one second user in the control equipment, the first electronic equipment realizes authority distribution to the second user of the second electronic equipment, so that the mode of acquiring the control authority of the controlled system in the intelligent network by the second electronic equipment is more intelligent, less user intervention is performed, and the operation is more convenient.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. The device disclosed by the embodiment corresponds to the method disclosed by the embodiment, so that the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the method part for description.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.

Claims (17)

1. A permission allocation method is applied to a first electronic device, and is characterized in that the first electronic device is a network access node device, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring contact data in control equipment, wherein the contact data represents contact information of a first user and at least one second user of the control equipment;
determining permission information of the second electronic device based on the contact data;
and sending the permission information to the second electronic equipment so that the second electronic equipment obtains the control permission of the controlled system in the intelligent network and realizes permission distribution to a second user of the second electronic equipment.
2. The method for right assignment according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring contact data in the control device comprises:
acquiring contact data in at least one application in the control equipment, wherein the contact data at least comprises contact information in the application.
3. The rights assignment method of claim 1, wherein prior to the determining rights information for the second electronic device based on the contact data, the method further comprises:
and receiving a permission allocation request of the second electronic equipment, wherein the permission allocation request at least comprises a communication identifier of the second electronic equipment.
4. The method for assigning rights according to claim 1, wherein the determining rights information of the second electronic device based on the contact data comprises:
acquiring a communication identifier of the second electronic equipment;
determining a relationship type of a second user of the second electronic device with the first user based on the contact data and a communication identification of the second electronic device;
determining the authority information of the second electronic device based on the relationship type.
5. The privilege assignment method according to claim 1, wherein the privilege information is sent to the second electronic device through a first type channel, wherein the first type channel is different from a second type channel, and wherein the second type channel is a communication channel for accessing a network access node by the second electronic device.
6. The method for right assignment according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring contact data in the control device comprises:
when the control device is connected to the first electronic device, sending a contact data acquisition request to the control device;
and receiving the contact data sent by the control equipment.
7. The rights assignment method of claim 1, wherein prior to the determining rights information for the second electronic device based on the contact data, the method further comprises:
receiving a connection request of the second electronic device;
sending a communication identifier acquisition request to the second electronic equipment based on the connection request;
and receiving a communication identifier sent by the second electronic equipment.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the permission information to the second electronic device, the method further comprises:
receiving control information sent by the second electronic equipment;
judging whether the control information is matched with the authority information of the second electronic equipment or not;
and if so, responding to the control information and sending the control information to the corresponding controlled equipment.
9. A first electronic device, wherein the first electronic device is a network access node device, comprising:
the contact data acquisition module is used for acquiring contact data in the control equipment, wherein the contact data represents contact information of a first user and at least one second user of the control equipment;
the permission determining module is used for determining permission information of the second electronic equipment based on the contact data;
and the permission sending module is used for sending the permission information to the second electronic equipment so that the second electronic equipment obtains the control permission of the controlled system in the intelligent network and realizes permission distribution to a second user of the second electronic equipment.
10. The first electronic device of claim 9, wherein the contact data acquisition module comprises:
the application contact data acquisition unit is used for acquiring contact data in at least one application in the control equipment, wherein the contact data at least comprises contact person information in the application.
11. The first electronic device of claim 9, further comprising:
and the permission allocation request receiving module is used for receiving a permission allocation request of the second electronic device before the permission information of the second electronic device is determined based on the contact data, wherein the permission allocation request at least comprises the communication identification of the second electronic device.
12. The first electronic device of claim 9, wherein the permission determination module comprises:
a communication identifier acquiring unit, configured to acquire a communication identifier of the second electronic device;
a relationship type determining unit, configured to determine a relationship type between a second user of the second electronic device and the first user based on the contact data and the communication identifier of the second electronic device;
and the permission determination execution unit is used for determining permission information of the second electronic equipment based on the relationship type.
13. The first electronic device of claim 9, wherein the permission sending module comprises:
a first channel sending unit, configured to send the permission information to the second electronic device through a first type channel, where the first type channel is different from a second type channel, and the second type channel is a communication channel through which the second electronic device accesses a network access node.
14. The first electronic device of claim 9, wherein the contact data acquisition module comprises:
the contact data request unit is used for sending a contact data acquisition request to the control equipment when the control equipment is connected to the first electronic equipment;
and the contact data receiving unit is used for receiving the contact data sent by the control equipment.
15. The first electronic device of claim 9, further comprising:
a connection request receiving module, configured to receive a connection request of a second electronic device before determining permission information of the second electronic device based on the contact data;
a communication identifier request module, configured to send a communication identifier acquisition request to the second electronic device based on the connection request;
and the communication identifier receiving module is used for receiving the communication identifier sent by the second electronic equipment.
16. The first electronic device of claim 9, further comprising:
the control information receiving module is used for receiving the control information sent by the second electronic equipment after the authority information is sent to the second electronic equipment;
the permission judging module is used for judging whether the control information is matched with the permission information of the second electronic equipment;
and the response module is used for responding the control information and sending the control information to the corresponding controlled equipment when the judgment result of the permission judgment module is yes.
17. A rights assignment system, comprising: the system comprises a first electronic device and a second electronic device, wherein the first electronic device is a network access node device;
the first electronic device is used for acquiring contact data in the control device, wherein the contact data represents contact information between a first user and at least one second user of the control device, determining authority information of the second electronic device based on the contact data, and sending the authority information to the second electronic device to realize authority distribution of the second user of the second electronic device;
and the second electronic equipment is used for receiving the permission information sent by the first electronic equipment so as to acquire the control permission of the controlled system in the intelligent network.
