At present, a house display system based on VR technology only supports a single user (buyer or seller) to independently watch a VR scene of a house, but does not support multiple users (buyer and seller) to share the same VR scene view angle, so that multiple users cannot accurately interact with each other.
At least one embodiment of the present disclosure provides a remote presentation method, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The remote display method can support synchronization of images (such as VR scenes) of a plurality of terminals (such as a first terminal and a second terminal), and enables users (such as a first user of the first terminal and a second user of the second terminal) of the plurality of terminals to be at the same visual angle, so that information can be transmitted more timely and fed back more accurately, and user experience and product performance are improved.
In various examples, a terminal may include a smart phone, a tablet Personal Computer (PC), a server, a mobile phone, a video phone, an e-book reader, a desktop PC, a laptop computer, a netbook computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Portable Multimedia Player (PMP), an MP3 player, a mobile medical device, a camera or a wearable device (e.g., a Head Mounted Device (HMD), an electronic garment, an electronic bracelet, an electronic necklace, an electronic accessory, an electronic tattoo, or a smart watch), and so forth.
In various examples, the term "user" may refer to a person using the terminal or a device (e.g., an artificial intelligence electronic device) using the terminal. For example, the terminal and the user may be used interchangeably for convenience of description. For example, the first user of the first terminal, and the first user may be used interchangeably. For example, the second user of the second terminal, and the second user may be used interchangeably.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the same reference numerals in different figures will be used to refer to the same elements that have been described.
Fig. 1A illustrates a flow diagram of a remote presentation method according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, the remote presentation method may be applied to the first terminal.
Referring to fig. 1A, in step S10, a communication connection is established with a second terminal based on a real-time audio and video technology, so that the first terminal and the second terminal synchronously display a first image of the same target space.
In some embodiments, the target space may be a physical space or a virtual space. For example, the target space may include an indoor space and an outdoor space. The indoor space may include a residence, an office, etc., and the outdoor space may include an outdoor garden, a street, etc. The first user and the second user may not both be located within the target space, and both the first user and the second user may be located away from the target space, i.e., the first user and the second user may remotely (e.g., offsite) view the target space and roam within the target space.
For example, the target space may include one or more subspaces. For example, when the target space is a residence, the target space may include a living room subspace, a main lying subspace, a sub-lying subspace, a balcony subspace, a toilet subspace, a kitchen subspace, and the like. When the target space is an outdoor garden, the target space may include a subspace corresponding to a flower bed, a subspace corresponding to a sports facility, and the like. The following embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail by taking a target space as a house as an example, and the present disclosure includes but is not limited thereto.
For example, in step S10, after the communication connection is established between the first terminal and the second terminal, the first terminal and the second terminal display the same image of the target space, for example, when the target space is a house, if the first image displayed by the first terminal is a picture of a living room, the second terminal also displays the picture of the living room, and the spatial position coordinate and the viewing angle of the picture displayed by the first terminal (i.e., the first image) are respectively the same as the spatial position coordinate and the viewing angle of the picture displayed by the second terminal, so that the first user corresponding to the first terminal and the second user corresponding to the second terminal view the same image (i.e., the first image) of the target space.
For example, after establishing the communication connection, the first terminal and the second terminal may acquire images corresponding to the same target space, e.g., a house type map corresponding to the same house. For example, the first terminal may first determine an identification of the target space to be presented, such as information like a house identification, a serial number, etc., and then send the identification of the target space to the second terminal over the communication connection, so that the second terminal also accesses the target space.
In some embodiments, if the initial screen displayed by the first terminal is different from the initial screen displayed by the second terminal, in step S10, when establishing the communication connection based on the real-time audio/video technology, the initial screen displayed by the first terminal and the initial screen displayed by the second terminal need to be synchronized, so that the screen displayed by the first terminal is the same as the screen displayed by the second terminal. It should be noted that, in an example of the embodiment of the present disclosure, if the first user sends an invitation to establish a communication connection, the screen displayed by the second terminal is synchronized to be the initial screen displayed by the first terminal, that is, after the communication connection is established, the second terminal is displayed to be the initial screen displayed by the first terminal; if the second user sends an invitation to establish the communication connection, the picture displayed by the first terminal is synchronized to be the initial picture displayed by the second terminal, namely, after the communication connection is established, the first terminal displays the initial picture displayed by the second terminal.
In some embodiments, at the first terminal, step S10 may include: sending a first connection request signal to a second terminal; receiving a first receiving feedback signal returned by the second terminal; and establishing communication connection based on a real-time audio and video technology according to the first received feedback signal.
For example, the first terminal may obtain parameters of the first terminal and parameters of the second terminal, and establish a communication connection according to the parameters of the first terminal and the parameters of the second terminal. The parameter of the first terminal may include an IP (internet protocol) address (e.g., a network IP address) of the first terminal, a device corresponding to the first terminal (e.g., an ID of a mobile phone, etc.), time, and the like, and the parameter of the second terminal may include an IP address of the second terminal, a device corresponding to the second terminal, time, and the like.
For example, the first terminal and the second terminal may include an application (App) of the mobile terminal. The application may be, for example, "live guest," "58 city," etc. The first terminal may establish a communication connection with an application included in the second terminal based on the application included therein.
In some embodiments, the communication connection between the first terminal and the second terminal may be a wired connection or a wireless connection. For example, the wired connection may perform data transmission by using twisted pair, coaxial cable, or optical fiber transmission, and the wireless connection may perform data transmission by using 3G/4G/5G mobile communication network, bluetooth, Zigbee, or Wi-Fi, for example. The present disclosure is not so limited.
In some implementations, the Real-time audio-video technology may include Web Real-time communication (WebRTC). For example, a long connection communication may be established between a first terminal and a second terminal. For example, long connection communication may be established between a first terminal and a second terminal based on a WebView control.
For example, the communication connection is established based on a real-time audio and video technology, so that the time delay is small when data is transmitted through the communication connection, and the requirement of real-time data interaction is met.
For example, after a communication connection is established between a first terminal and a second terminal based on a real-time audio and video technology, the first terminal and the second terminal can realize real-time mutual transmission of various data (e.g., operation information and media data (e.g., video data and audio data, etc.) through the communication connection.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the type of the first image includes any one of: a two-dimensional house view (alternatively referred to as a two-dimensional house view), a three-dimensional house view (alternatively referred to as a stereo house view), and a panoramic image.
For example, the two-dimensional house type map may be a two-dimensional house type map of a house, and the three-dimensional house type map may be a three-dimensional stereo model map of the house. Schematically, fig. 3A shows a schematic diagram of a two-dimensional house view according to an embodiment of the disclosure, and fig. 3B shows a schematic diagram of a three-dimensional house view according to an embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 3A and 3B, the two-dimensional and three-dimensional house views show respective subspaces (e.g., a living room subspace, a main lying subspace, a sub-lying subspace, a balcony subspace, a toilet subspace, a kitchen subspace, etc.) of a house, a positional arrangement of the respective subspaces, and the like.
For example, the panoramic image may be a panoramic image corresponding to, for example, a house generated based on a sky box or a sky dome, or referred to as a virtual reality presentation image. The first image may be any two-dimensional image corresponding to the target space, for example, a map image showing a geographical position of the target space, a cell environment image corresponding to the target space, or the like, and is not limited herein.
As an example, fig. 2 illustrates a schematic diagram of screen sharing between a first terminal and a second terminal provided according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, a first image of the target space is displayed in the first screen 2011 of the first terminal 201. The first terminal 201 and the second terminal 202 have a communication connection established based on a real-time audio and video technology, and are used for real-time data transmission. A first image of the target space is synchronously displayed within the second screen 2021 of the second terminal 202.
In the remote display method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the first user and the second user can simultaneously view the same image of the target space, so that information can be transmitted more timely, the product experience is improved, the product performance is improved, and the interestingness of space display is increased.
Then, with continued reference to fig. 1A, at step S12, control rights are assigned to the second terminal, which may be used to control the synchronized presentation between the first terminal and the second terminal.
In an embodiment, one of the first terminal and the second terminal having the control authority may control the other terminal to synchronously display. For example, when the first terminal has a control right, the first terminal may control a screen displayed by the second terminal to be the same as a screen displayed by the first terminal. For example, when the second terminal has a control right, the second terminal may control the picture displayed by the first terminal to be the same as the picture currently displayed by the second terminal. For example, one terminal having control authority may assign control authority to other terminals.
For example, when the first terminal has a control right, the operation information corresponding to various operations performed on the first terminal by the first user may be transmitted to the second terminal, so that the second terminal performs various operations based on the operation information, thereby implementing that the first terminal and the second terminal synchronously display the same image, at this time, even if the second user performs operations on the second terminal, since the second terminal has no control right, the operation information corresponding to the operations performed on the second terminal by the second user may not be transmitted to the first terminal, and cannot be used for implementing that the first terminal and the second terminal synchronously display the same image, thereby avoiding a situation that a collision may occur when the first user and the second user perform operations simultaneously. When the control authority is at the second terminal, the operation information corresponding to various operations performed on the second terminal by the second user can be transmitted to the first terminal, so that the first terminal performs various operations based on the operation information, and the first terminal and the second terminal synchronously display the same image.
When the first terminal has control authority, for example, the first terminal may respond to various operations performed by the first user on the first terminal, and operation information corresponding to various operations performed by the first user on the first terminal may be transmitted to the second terminal, so that the second terminal performs various operations based on the operation information, thereby enabling the first terminal and the second terminal to synchronously display the same image, at this time, even if the second user performs an operation on the second terminal, since the second terminal has no control authority, the second terminal cannot change the first image in response to the operation performed by the second user, and the operation information of the operation performed by the second user on the second terminal cannot be transmitted to the first terminal, and cannot be used for realizing that the first terminal and the second terminal synchronously display the same image, thereby avoiding a situation in which a first user and a second user perform operations simultaneously, which may cause a conflict. When the second terminal has the control authority, the second terminal can respond to various operations performed on the second terminal by the second user, and operation information of the various operations performed on the second terminal by the second user can be transmitted to the first terminal, so that the first terminal can perform various operations based on the operation information, and the first terminal and the second terminal can synchronously display the same image.
For example, the first terminal may have a control authority from the establishment of a communication connection with the second terminal, and the second terminal establishing a communication connection with the first terminal may not have the control authority. In this case, the first user may be a property broker and the second user may be a house-watching client.
In some embodiments, step S12 may include: receiving request information for requesting a control authority from a second terminal; and transmitting right assignment information to the second terminal in response to the request information, the right assignment information indicating that the control right is assigned to the second terminal. After the control authority is assigned to the second terminal, the first terminal does not have the control authority and the second terminal has the control authority.
In some embodiments, step S12 may include: and sending a first permission release instruction indicating that the control permission has been released to the second terminal for allocating the control permission to the second terminal. After the control authority is assigned to the second terminal, the first terminal does not have the control authority and the second terminal has the control authority.
For example, when the first terminal has the control authority, the first terminal may release the control authority, thereby transferring the control authority to the second terminal. For example, the first terminal may release the control authority in response to an operation by the first user. For example, the first terminal may release the control right in response to a request of the second terminal.
Next, in step S14, first operation information is received from the second terminal through the communication connection, the first operation information corresponding to a first operation performed on a first image presented by the second terminal to change the first image into a second image of the target space.
For example, after the control authority is assigned to the second terminal through step S12, the second terminal may obtain the control authority. When a second user of the second terminal performs a first operation on the second terminal, the first image presented by the second terminal is changed to a second image.
In some embodiments, the type of the second image comprises any one of: two-dimensional house type pictures, three-dimensional house type pictures and panoramic pictures. As an example of the type of the second image, reference may be made to the description of the first image. The type of the second image may be the same as the type of the first image or may be different from the type of the first image. For example, the first image is a two-dimensional house view as shown in fig. 3A, and the second image is a three-dimensional house view as shown in fig. 3B. For another example, the first image is a two-dimensional house type map as shown in fig. 3A, and the second image is a three-dimensional house type panoramic image generated from the two-dimensional house type map. The type of the first image and the second image is not limited herein.
For example, the type of the second image is different from the type of the first image, and the first operation is a switching operation of performing switching to the second image on the first image presented on the second terminal. For example, the second user may operate a first image presented on the second screen of the second terminal in a touch manner, such as clicking a button of "three-dimensional user profile" shown in fig. 3A, thereby switching a first image corresponding to the two-dimensional user profile to a second image corresponding to the three-dimensional user profile as shown in fig. 3B, wherein the first image is of a different type from the second image.
In some embodiments, the type of the second image is the same as the type of the first image. For example, the first image and the second image are each a two-dimensional house view as illustrated in fig. 3A, a three-dimensional house view as illustrated in fig. 3B, or a panoramic image.
For example, the type of the second image is the same as the type of the first image, and the first operation is any one of the following operations performed on the first image presented on the second terminal: click, drag, zoom in, and zoom out.
For example, the type of the second image is the same as that of the first image, the target space includes a plurality of subspaces, and the first image of the target space includes a plurality of sub-images respectively corresponding to the plurality of subspaces. As shown in fig. 3A, the target space includes a plurality of subspaces, and the first image of the target space includes a plurality of sub-images respectively corresponding to the plurality of subspaces. The subspaces may be individual rooms in a house diagram, such as a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom a, a bedroom B, etc. In this case, the first operation may be a selection operation of selecting any one of the plurality of subspaces on the first image presented on the second terminal.
For example, the second image is of the same type as the first image, and the target space includes a plurality of subspaces. In this case, the first operation includes at least one of: changing the position of the roaming point in the target space, changing the view angle of the roaming point, and changing the subspace where the roaming point is located. For example, a waypoint may refer to a viewpoint (e.g., a virtual camera) in the target space.
In some embodiments, the first operation information is acquired by the second terminal by listening to the first operation using a second graphic drawing tool configured therein.
For example, the second image rendering tool may be a canvas for implementing graphics rendering and listening operations via scripts (such as JavaScript). After listening to the first operation, the canvas will acquire first operation information corresponding to the first operation and draw an image based on the acquired first operation information. For example, after the second user performs an enlargement operation on the first image, the canvas may listen to the enlargement operation, acquire first operation information such as an enlargement magnification corresponding to the enlargement operation, and perform graphic rendering based on the first operation information to display a second image obtained by enlarging the first image at the enlargement magnification.
Then, in step S16, a first operation is synchronously performed on the first image of the target space presented by the first terminal based on the first operation information, so that the first terminal presents a second image of the target space.
In some embodiments, step S16 may include: and setting the state of a first graphic drawing tool configured in the first terminal according to the first operation information so that the first terminal displays a second image of the target space. The first graphic drawing tool and a second graphic drawing tool configured in the second terminal are the same graphic drawing tool.
For example, the first image drawing tool may be a canvas for implementing graphics drawing and listening operations via scripts (such as JavaScript). Upon receiving first operation information corresponding to a first operation from a second terminal, a first image drawing tool draws an image based on the received first operation information. For example, after the second user performs a zoom-in operation on the first image, the first image drawing tool may perform graphic drawing based on the first operation information to display a second image obtained by zooming in the first image at the magnification on the first terminal.
In some implementations, the method according to the embodiment depicted in fig. 1A further includes: and receiving a second authority release instruction indicating that the control authority has been released from the second terminal to obtain the control authority.
For example, the second terminal currently having the control authority may transmit a second authority release instruction indicating that the control authority has been released to the first terminal, and the first terminal may reacquire the control authority based on the second authority release instruction.
For example, the first terminal may transmit an authority release request requesting release of control authority to the second terminal currently having the control authority, and receive a second authority release instruction in response to the authority release request from the second terminal.
In the method according to the embodiment of the disclosure, the first terminal and the second terminal perform synchronous display based on real-time delivery operation information. Compared with screen sharing realized in a screen capturing mode, the method reduces the data volume of transmission, and avoids the phenomena of occupation of a large amount of equipment resources, display blockage, equipment heating and the like. In addition, on the basis of reducing the data transmission quantity, the problem of display delay caused by the transmission of a large amount of image data can be avoided, real-time remote display is facilitated, and the time difference of the display contents of the two terminals is reduced. In addition, according to the remote display method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the control authority for remote display can be flexibly configured between the first terminal and the second terminal, so that a conflict generated when the first terminal and the second terminal execute operation at the same time is avoided, and the operation experience of a user is improved.
Fig. 1B illustrates a flow diagram of a remote presentation method according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, the remote presentation method may be applied to the second terminal.
Referring to fig. 1B, in step S20, a communication connection is established with the first terminal based on real-time audio and video technology, so that the second terminal and the first terminal synchronously display the first image of the same target space.
For some embodiments of step S20, reference may be made to the description of step S10, which is not repeated here.
Next, with continued reference to fig. 1B, at step S22, a control authority is obtained, the control authority being used for controlling the synchronous exhibition between the second terminal and the first terminal.
For example, the first terminal may have a control authority from the establishment of a communication connection with the second terminal, and the second terminal establishing a communication connection with the first terminal may not have the control authority. In this case, the first user may be a property broker and the second user may be a house-watching client.
In some embodiments, step S22 may include: sending request information for requesting a control authority to a first terminal; and receiving right assignment information from the first terminal in response to the request information, the right assignment information indicating that the control right is assigned to the second terminal.
In some embodiments, the first terminal has control authority. In this case, step S22 may include: and receiving a first permission release instruction indicating that the control permission has been released from the first terminal to obtain the control permission.
For example, when the first terminal has the control authority, the first terminal may release the control authority, thereby transferring the control authority to the second terminal. For example, the second terminal may release the control authority in response to an operation by the second user. For example, the second terminal may release the control authority in response to a request of the first terminal.
Next, with continued reference to fig. 1B, at step S24, a second image of the target space is presented in response to a first operation performed on the first image of the target space presented on the second terminal.
For example, after the control authority is assigned to the second terminal through step S22, the second terminal may obtain the control authority. After the control authority is obtained, when a second user of the second terminal performs a first operation on the second terminal, the first image displayed by the second terminal is changed into a second image.
For example, the second image is of the same type as the first image, the target space includes a plurality of subspaces, and the first image of the target space includes a plurality of sub-images respectively corresponding to the plurality of subspaces. For example, a second user, such as a user corresponding to the second terminal, may operate a second screen of the second terminal in a touch manner, thereby selecting one subspace in the target space. For example, in the case where the graph shown in fig. 3A is the first image, the selection operation may be an operation of clicking a living room subspace in the first image, that is, selecting a living room. After the second user selects the living room subspace, the second terminal may present the sub-image corresponding to the subspace selected by the selection operation (i.e., the living room subspace), wherein the sub-image corresponding to the selected subspace serves as the second image.
For example, the second image is of the same type as the first image, and the target space may include a plurality of subspaces. In this case, the first operation includes at least one of: changing the position of the roaming point in the target space, changing the view angle of the roaming point, and changing the subspace where the roaming point is located. For example, a waypoint may refer to a viewpoint (e.g., a virtual camera) in the target space.
In some embodiments, step S22 may include: the first operation information is acquired by listening to the first operation using a second graphic drawing tool configured in the second terminal.
Then, with continued reference to fig. 1B, in step S26, first operation information corresponding to the first operation is sent to the first terminal through the communication connection, so that the first terminal synchronously performs the first operation on the first image of the target space exhibited by the first terminal based on the first operation information, so that the first terminal exhibits the second image of the target space.
In some embodiments, step S26 may include: and sending first operation information corresponding to the first operation to the first terminal through communication connection, so that the first terminal sets the state of a first graph drawing tool configured in the first terminal according to the first operation information, and the first terminal displays a second image of the target space.
FIG. 4 illustrates a flow diagram of a remote presentation method according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, the remote presentation method may be applied to the first terminal and the second terminal.
Referring to fig. 4, a communication connection is established between the first terminal T1 and the second terminal T2 at step S40.
Next, at step S41, the first terminal T1 assigns a control authority to the second terminal T2, and the second terminal T2 obtains the control authority. The control authority may be used to control the synchronous presentation between the first terminal T1 and the second terminal T2.
In an embodiment, one of the first terminal T1 and the second terminal T2 having a control authority may control the other terminal to be synchronously presented. For example, when the first terminal T1 has the control authority, the first terminal T1 may control the screen displayed by the second terminal T2 to be the same as the screen displayed by the first terminal T1. For example, when the second terminal T2 has the control authority, the second terminal T2 may control the screen displayed by the first terminal T1 to be the same as the screen currently displayed by the second terminal T2. For example, one terminal having control authority may assign control authority to other terminals.
For example, the first terminal T1 may have a control authority from the establishment of a communication connection with the second terminal T2, and the second terminal T2, which establishes a communication connection with the first terminal T1, may not have a control authority. In this case, the first user of the first terminal T1 may be a house broker and the second user of the second terminal T2 may be a house client.
In some embodiments, step S41 may include: the second terminal T2 transmits request information for requesting a control authority to the first terminal T1; and receiving right assignment information in response to the request information from the first terminal T1, the right assignment information indicating that a control right is assigned to the second terminal T2.
In some embodiments, step S41 may include: the first terminal T1 transmits a first authority release instruction indicating that the control authority has been released to the second terminal T2 for assigning the control authority to the second terminal T2. After the control authority is assigned to the second terminal T2, the first terminal T1 has no control authority and the second terminal T2 has a control authority.
For example, when the first terminal T1 has the control authority, the first terminal T1 may release the control authority, thereby transferring the control authority to the second terminal T2. For example, the first terminal T1 may release the control authority in response to an operation by the first user. For example, the first terminal T1 may release the control authority in response to a request of the second terminal T2.
Next, in step S42, the second terminal T2 presents a second image of the target space in response to the first operation performed on the first image of the target space presented on the second terminal T2.
For example, after obtaining the control authority, when the second user of the second terminal T2 performs the first operation on the second terminal T2, the first image displayed by the second terminal T2 is changed to the second image.
Next, at step S43, the second terminal T2 transmits first operation information corresponding to the first operation to the first terminal T1 through the communication connection, and the first terminal T1 receives the first operation information from the second terminal T2.
Next, in step S44, the first terminal T1 synchronously performs a first operation on the first image of the target space exhibited by the first terminal T1 based on the first operation information, so that the first terminal T1 exhibits a second image of the target space.
For various embodiments of steps S40-S44, reference may be made to the above description, which is not repeated here.
In some embodiments, the method may further include step S45: the first terminal T1 obtains the control authority.
For example, step S45 may include: the second terminal T2 currently having the control authority may transmit a second authority release instruction indicating that the control authority has been released to the first terminal T1, and the first terminal T1 may regain the control authority based on the second authority release instruction.
For example, step S45 may include: the first terminal T1 may transmit an authority release request requesting a control authority release to the second terminal T2 currently having the control authority, and receive a second authority release instruction in response to the authority release request from the second terminal T2.
In some embodiments, after step S45, the method may further include: the first terminal T1 presents a third image of the target space in response to a second operation performed by the first user on the second image of the target space presented on the first terminal T1; the first terminal T1 transmits second operation information corresponding to the second operation to the second terminal T2, and the second terminal T2 receives the second operation information from the first terminal T1; and the second terminal T2 synchronously performs a second operation on the first image of the target space shown by the second terminal T2 based on the second operation information such that the second terminal T2 shows a third image of the target space.
Although the step of the first terminal T1 controlling the synchronized presentation is described after the step S45, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, before the step S41, since the first terminal T1 has the control authority, the above-described step of the first terminal T1 controlling the synchronized presentation may also be performed.
In the method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first terminal T1 and the second terminal T2 perform synchronized presentation based on real-time delivery of the operation information. In addition, according to the remote exhibition method of the embodiment of the disclosure, the control authority for remote exhibition can be flexibly configured between the first terminal T1 and the second terminal T2, thereby avoiding conflict generated when the first terminal T1 and the second terminal T2 simultaneously perform operations, and improving the operation experience of the user.
A method of remote presentation between a first terminal and a plurality of second terminals according to some embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below in conjunction with fig. 5.
Fig. 5 illustrates a flow chart of a method of remote presentation between a first terminal T1 and a plurality of second terminals (e.g., two second terminals), according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 5, in step S50, communication connections are established among the first terminal T1, the second terminal T21, and the second terminal T22.
For example, through the communication connection, data may be transmitted in real time among the first terminal T1, the second terminal T21, and the second terminal T22.
Next, the first terminal T1 assigns a control authority to one of the second terminal T21 and the second terminal T22 (e.g., the second terminal T22), and the second terminal T22 obtains the control authority at step S51. The control authority may be used to control the simultaneous presentation among the first terminal T1, the second terminal T21, and the second terminal T22.
In an embodiment, one of the first terminal T1, the second terminal T21, and the second terminal T22, which has a control authority, may control the simultaneous presentation of the other terminals. For example, when the first terminal T1 has the control authority, the first terminal T1 may control the screens displayed by the second terminal T21 and the second terminal T22 to be the same as the screen displayed by the first terminal T1. For example, when the second terminal T22 has the control authority, the second terminal T22 may control the screen displayed by the first terminal T1 and the second terminal T21 to be the same as the screen currently displayed by the second terminal T22. For example, a terminal having a control authority (one of the first terminal T1, the second terminal T21, and the second terminal T22) may assign the control authority to the other terminals. For example, the control authority may be assigned to the other terminals only through the first terminal T1.
For example, the first terminal T1 may have a control authority from the establishment of a communication connection with the second terminal T21 and the second terminal T22, and the second terminals T21, T22, which establish a communication connection with the first terminal T1, may not have a control authority. In this case, the first user of the first terminal T1 may be a property broker and the second users of the second terminal T21 and the second terminal T22 may be house clients.
In some embodiments, step S51 may include: one of the second terminal T21 and the second terminal T22 (e.g., the second terminal T22) transmits request information for requesting a control authority to the first terminal T1; and the second terminal T22 receives the right allocation information indicating allocation of the control right to the second terminal T22 from the first terminal T1 in response to the request information. For example, when the second terminal T21 and the second terminal T22 simultaneously transmit request information for requesting a control authority to the first terminal T1, it may be determined that the control authority is allocated to one of the second terminal T21 and the second terminal T22 according to a preset rule (e.g., priority).
In some embodiments, step S51 may include: the control authority is assigned to one of the second terminal T21 and the second terminal T22 (e.g., the second terminal T22) according to the priorities of the second terminal T21 and the second terminal T22. For example, if the second terminal T22 has a higher priority than the first terminal T21, the first terminal T1 may assign a control authority to the second terminal T22.
For example, step S51 may further include: the first terminal T1 transmits a first authority release instruction indicating that the control authority has been released to the second terminal T22 for assigning the control authority to the second terminal T22. After the control authority is assigned to the second terminal T22, the first terminal T1 and the second terminal T21 have no control authority and the second terminal T22 has a control authority.
For example, when the first terminal T1 has the control authority, the first terminal T1 may release the control authority, thereby transferring the control authority to the second terminal T22. For example, the first terminal T1 may release the control authority in response to an operation by the first user. For example, the first terminal T1 may release the control authority in response to a request of the second terminal T22.
Next, in step S52, the second terminal T22 presents a second image of the target space in response to the first operation performed on the first image of the target space presented on the second terminal T22.
For example, after obtaining the control authority, when the second user of the second terminal T22 performs the first operation on the second terminal, the first image presented by the second terminal T22 is changed to the second image.
Next, at step S53, the second terminal T22 transmits first operation information corresponding to the first operation to at least one of the first terminal T1 and the second terminal T21 (e.g., the first terminal T1 and the second terminal T21) through the communication connection, and at least one of the first terminal T1 and the second terminal T21 (e.g., the first terminal T1 and the second terminal T21) receives the first operation information.
Next, in step S54, the first terminal T1 synchronously performs a first operation on the first image of the target space exhibited by the first terminal T1 based on the first operation information, so that the first terminal T1 exhibits a second image of the target space. In step S55, the second terminal T21 synchronously performs a first operation on the first image of the target space exhibited by the second terminal T21 based on the first operation information, so that the second terminal T21 exhibits a second image of the target space.
In some embodiments, the method may further include step S56: the first terminal T1 obtains the control authority.
For example, step S56 may include: the second terminal T22 currently having the control authority may transmit a second authority release instruction indicating that the control authority has been released to the first terminal T1, and the first terminal T1 may regain the control authority based on the second authority release instruction.
For example, step S56 may include: the first terminal T1 may transmit an authority release request requesting a control authority release to the second terminal T22 currently having the control authority, and receive a second authority release instruction in response to the authority release request from the second terminal T22.
In some embodiments, after step S56, the method may further include: the first terminal T1 presents a third image of the target space in response to a second operation performed by the first user on the second image of the target space presented on the first terminal T1; the first terminal T1 transmits second operation information corresponding to the second operation to the second terminals T21, T22, and the second terminals T21, T22 receive the second operation information from the first terminal T1; and the second terminals T21, T22 synchronously perform the first operation on the second image of the target space exhibited by the second terminals T21, T22 based on the second operation information, so that the second terminals T21, T22 exhibit the third image of the target space.
Although the step of the first terminal T1 controlling the synchronized presentation is described after the step S56, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, before the step S51, since the first terminal T1 has the control authority, the above-described step of the first terminal T1 controlling the synchronized presentation may also be performed. For example, after the step S56, a step of the second terminal T21 acquiring the control authority and controlling the synchronous exhibition may be further included.
For various embodiments of steps S50-S56, reference may be made to the above description, which is not repeated here.
In the method according to the embodiment of the disclosure, the first terminal and the plurality of second terminals perform synchronous exhibition based on real-time delivery of the operation information. Compared with screen sharing realized in a screen capturing mode, the method reduces the data volume of transmission, and avoids the phenomena of occupation of a large amount of equipment resources, display blockage, equipment heating and the like. In addition, on the basis of reducing the data transmission quantity, the problem of display delay caused by the transmission of a large amount of image data can be avoided, real-time remote display is facilitated, and the time difference of display contents of a plurality of terminals is reduced. In addition, according to the remote display method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the control authority for remote display can be flexibly configured between the first terminal and the plurality of second terminals, so that conflicts generated when the first terminal and the plurality of second terminals execute operations at the same time are avoided, and the operation experience of a user is improved.
