技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀芯结构的技术领域，尤其涉及一种单冷阀芯。
背景技术
目前，市面上使用的龙头阀芯的种类繁多，结构不一，所使用的方式和要实现的功能也不一样。但是，现有技术的阀芯一般都存在着结构复杂，标准按照旧国标设计，含有一定的铅，析铅含量并有毒，带有的压盖容易爆裂，加工不方便，增加制造成本和人工费用，安装不方便等。亟需改进并开发新产品结构以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点，提供一种单冷阀芯，该单冷阀芯结构简单，使用方便，符合新国标检验标准，无铅含量，安全环保，设计的压盖为金属压盖并具有防爆功能，加工方便，节省制造成本和人工费用，安装方便等。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种单冷阀芯，包括阀芯壳体，阀芯壳体内设有阀芯杆，阀芯壳体顶部安装有与容许阀芯杆顶部凸出的压盖，阀芯壳体底部安装有封水胶圈，阀芯杆的底部安装连接有上瓷片和下瓷片，阀芯杆套有卡簧。
进一步的，所述的阀芯杆套有耐磨圈与压盖配合安装，阀芯杆还套有两个小胶圈与阀芯壳体配合安装，压盖套有第一大胶圈与阀芯壳体配合安装，封水胶圈套有第二大胶圈与阀芯壳体配合安装。
进一步的，所述压盖为具防爆功能的金属压盖。
综上所述，本发明的单冷阀芯结构简单，使用方便，符合新国标检验标准，无铅含量，安全环保，设计的压盖为金属压盖并具有防爆功能，加工方便，节省制造成本和人工费用，安装方便等。

本实施例1所描述的一种单冷阀芯，如图1所示，包括阀芯壳体7，阀芯壳体内设有阀芯杆6，阀芯壳体顶部安装有与容许阀芯杆顶部凸出的压盖2，阀芯壳体底部安装有封水胶圈11，阀芯杆的底部安装连接有上瓷片9和下瓷片10，阀芯杆套有卡簧1。
该阀芯杆套有耐磨圈4与压盖配合安装，阀芯杆还套有两个小胶圈5与阀芯壳体配合安装，压盖套有第一大胶圈3与阀芯壳体配合安装，封水胶圈套有第二大胶圈8与阀芯壳体配合安装。
该压盖为具防爆功能的金属压盖。
