本发明公开了一种单冷阀芯,包括阀芯壳体,阀芯壳体内设有阀芯杆,阀芯壳体顶部安装有与容许阀芯杆顶部凸出的压盖,阀芯壳体底部安装有封水胶圈,阀芯杆的底部安装连接有上瓷片和下瓷片,阀芯杆套有卡簧。该单冷阀芯结构简单,使用方便,符合新国标检验标准,无铅含量,安全环保,设计的压盖为金属压盖并具有防爆功能,加工方便,节省制造成本和人工费用,安装方便等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀芯结构的技术领域,尤其涉及一种单冷阀芯。
背景技术
目前,市面上使用的龙头阀芯的种类繁多,结构不一,所使用的方式和要实现的功能也不一样。但是,现有技术的阀芯一般都存在着结构复杂,标准按照旧国标设计,含有一定的铅,析铅含量并有毒,带有的压盖容易爆裂,加工不方便,增加制造成本和人工费用,安装不方便等。亟需改进并开发新产品结构以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种单冷阀芯,该单冷阀芯结构简单,使用方便,符合新国标检验标准,无铅含量,安全环保,设计的压盖为金属压盖并具有防爆功能,加工方便,节省制造成本和人工费用,安装方便等。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种单冷阀芯,包括阀芯壳体,阀芯壳体内设有阀芯杆,阀芯壳体顶部安装有与容许阀芯杆顶部凸出的压盖,阀芯壳体底部安装有封水胶圈,阀芯杆的底部安装连接有上瓷片和下瓷片,阀芯杆套有卡簧。
进一步的,所述的阀芯杆套有耐磨圈与压盖配合安装,阀芯杆还套有两个小胶圈与阀芯壳体配合安装,压盖套有第一大胶圈与阀芯壳体配合安装,封水胶圈套有第二大胶圈与阀芯壳体配合安装。
进一步的,所述压盖为具防爆功能的金属压盖。
综上所述,本发明的单冷阀芯结构简单,使用方便,符合新国标检验标准,无铅含量,安全环保,设计的压盖为金属压盖并具有防爆功能,加工方便,节省制造成本和人工费用,安装方便等。

本实施例1所描述的一种单冷阀芯,如图1所示,包括阀芯壳体7,阀芯壳体内设有阀芯杆6,阀芯壳体顶部安装有与容许阀芯杆顶部凸出的压盖2,阀芯壳体底部安装有封水胶圈11,阀芯杆的底部安装连接有上瓷片9和下瓷片10,阀芯杆套有卡簧1。
该阀芯杆套有耐磨圈4与压盖配合安装,阀芯杆还套有两个小胶圈5与阀芯壳体配合安装,压盖套有第一大胶圈3与阀芯壳体配合安装,封水胶圈套有第二大胶圈8与阀芯壳体配合安装。
该压盖为具防爆功能的金属压盖。

1.一种单冷阀芯,其特征在于,包括阀芯壳体,阀芯壳体内设有阀芯杆,阀芯壳体顶部安装有与容许阀芯杆顶部凸出的压盖,阀芯壳体底部安装有封水胶圈,阀芯杆的底部安装连接有上瓷片和下瓷片,阀芯杆套有卡簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单冷阀芯,其特征在于,所述的阀芯杆套有耐磨圈与压盖配合安装,阀芯杆还套有两个小胶圈与阀芯壳体配合安装,压盖套有第一大胶圈与阀芯壳体配合安装,封水胶圈套有第二大胶圈与阀芯壳体配合安装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种单冷阀芯,其特征在于,所述压盖为具防爆功能的金属压盖。
