本发明公开了一种可调流量式阀门,包括阀体和阀芯,所述阀体内开设有圆柱形空腔,所述阀芯为圆柱形,阀芯与圆柱形空腔内壁间隙配合,所述阀芯上下两端设有转动轴与阀体转动连接,在阀体侧壁上开设有进水口和出水口,所述进水口和出水口位于阀体同一侧且进水口与出水口之间的连线与阀芯的轴线互相平行,在阀芯外壁上以阀芯的轴线为中心周向开设有若干连接管道,连接管道连通进水口和出水口,所述连接管道包括两个球状凹槽和一个连通两个球状凹槽的直线沟槽,本装置通过在阀芯上开设有若干连接管道实现装置对流量的控制,结构简单,易于操作,并且在阀体内设置紧急密封装置,在阀体需要进行维修时对管道进行封闭,提高装置的实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,具体是一种可调流量式阀门。
背景技术
阀门是流体管路的重要的控制装置,其基本功能功是接通或切断管路介质的流通,调节介质的流向、压力和流量,保护管路和设备的正常运行。
传统的阀门多为球阀,阀门的开闭时的流量改变量也比较小,同时传统的阀门在胶圈损坏后,很容易发生泄漏情况,并且在阀门损坏进行维修时必须切断总阀门,使得维修极为不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可调流量式阀门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可调流量式阀门,包括阀体和阀芯,所述阀体内开设有圆柱形空腔,所述阀芯为圆柱形,阀芯与圆柱形空腔内壁间隙配合,所述阀芯上下两端设有转动轴与阀体转动连接,在阀体侧壁上开设有进水口和出水口,所述进水口和出水口位于阀体同一侧且进水口与出水口之间的连线与阀芯的轴线互相平行,在阀芯外壁上以阀芯的轴线为中心周向开设有若干连接管道,连接管道连通进水口和出水口,所述连接管道包括两个球状凹槽和一个连通两个球状凹槽的直线沟槽一,两个球状凹槽位于阀芯表面、对应于进水口和出水口的位置,所述球状凹槽的开口大小与进水口、出水口的管口大小相匹配,所述连接管道的数量为四个,四个连接管道上的直线沟槽一的宽度均不相同且依次减小;所述阀体内还设置有紧急封闭装置,所述紧急封闭装置包括推动杆、联动杆、转动杆和堵塞阀,在阀体内开设有轴线为弧形的沟槽二,所述沟槽二位于进水口和阀体连接处,所述推动杆、联动杆和转动杆均位于所述沟槽二内,联动杆连接在推动杆下方并竖向设置,所述转动杆一端与联动杆下端转动连接,在转动杆另一端安装有堵塞阀,堵塞阀通过一个设置在进水口管壁上的沟槽三进行导向。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本装置通过在阀芯上开设有若干连接管道实现装置对流量的控制,结构简单,易于操作,并且在阀体内设置紧急密封装置,在阀体需要进行维修时对管道进行封闭,提高装置的实用性。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种可调流量式阀门,包括阀体1和阀芯4,所述阀体1内开设有圆柱形空腔,所述阀芯4为圆柱形,阀芯4与圆柱形空腔内壁间隙配合,所述阀芯4上下两端设有转动轴7与阀体1转动连接,在阀体1侧壁上开设有进水口2和出水口3,所述进水口2和出水口3位于阀体1同一侧且进水口2与出水口3之间的连线与阀芯4的轴线互相平行,在阀芯4外壁上以阀芯4的轴线为中心周向开设有若干连接管道,连接管道连通进水口2和出水口3,所述连接管道包括两个球状凹槽6和一个连通两个球状凹槽6的直线沟槽一5,两个球状凹槽6位于阀芯4表面、对应于进水口2和出水口3的位置,且球状凹槽6的开口大小与进水口2、出水口3的管口大小相匹配;所述连接管道的数量为四个,四个连接管道上的直线沟槽一5的宽度均不相同且依次减小,使用时,通过转动阀芯4使得进水口2和出水口3与不同宽度的直线沟槽一5连接,实现装置对流量的控制,结构简单,易于操作。
所述阀体1内还设置有紧急封闭装置,所述紧急封闭装置包括推动杆8、联动杆9、转动杆10和堵塞阀11,在阀体1内开设有轴线为弧形的沟槽二,所述沟槽位二于进水口2和阀体1连接处,所述推动杆8、联动杆9和转动杆10均位于所述沟槽二内,联动杆9连接在推动杆8下方并竖向设置,所述转动杆10一端与联动杆9下端转动连接,在转动杆10另一端安装有堵塞阀11,堵塞阀11通过一个设置在进水口2管壁上的沟槽三进行导向,使用时,得推动杆8驱动转动杆10使得堵塞阀11向上移动,堵塞进水口2,在阀体1需要进行维修时对管道进行封闭,提高装置的实用性。
本发明的工作原理是,本装置通过在阀芯4上开设有若干连接管道实现装置对流量的控制,结构简单,易于操作,并且在阀体1内设置紧急密封装置,在阀体1需要进行维修时对管道进行封闭,提高装置的实用性。

1.一种可调流量式阀门,包括阀体和阀芯,其特征在于,所述阀体内开设有圆柱形空腔,所述阀芯为圆柱形,阀芯与圆柱形空腔内壁间隙配合,所述阀芯上下两端设有转动轴与阀体转动连接,在阀体侧壁上开设有进水口和出水口,所述进水口和出水口位于阀体同一侧且进水口与出水口之间的连线与阀芯的轴线互相平行,在阀芯外壁上以阀芯的轴线为中心周向开设有若干连接管道,连接管道连通进水口和出水口,所述连接管道包括两个球状凹槽和一个连通两个球状凹槽的直线沟槽一,两个球状凹槽位于阀芯表面、对应于进水口和出水口的位置,所述球状凹槽的开口大小与进水口、出水口的管口大小相匹配,所述连接管道的数量为四个,四个连接管道上的直线沟槽一的宽度均不相同且依次减小;所述阀体内还设置有紧急封闭装置,所述紧急封闭装置包括推动杆、联动杆、转动杆和堵塞阀,在阀体内开设有轴线为弧形的沟槽二,所述沟槽二位于进水口和阀体连接处,所述推动杆、联动杆和转动杆均位于所述沟槽二内,联动杆连接在推动杆下方并竖向设置,所述转动杆一端与联动杆下端转动连接,在转动杆另一端安装有堵塞阀,堵塞阀通过一个设置在进水口管壁上的沟槽三进行导向。
