Abstract

皮带运输线之间的连接方法。防止货物戳伤皮带运输线。方案是:由多段皮带运输线构成的远程运输线,根据运输货物的流向,把货物先经过的皮带线定义为“上位皮带线”,货物后经过的定义为“下位皮带线”,在上位皮带线与下位皮带线的连接处,安置震动筛机构。震动筛机构按斜面布置,斜面的高端与上位皮带线的出货端重叠,斜面的低端与下位皮带线入货端重叠。货物经过振动筛分选和斜面分层后,细小的货物优先落在皮带上,对下落的大块的货物起到垫层和缓冲作用,防止皮带被砸伤或刺伤。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种皮带运输线之间的连接方法。 
背景技术:
目前,远距离多段皮带运输线一般是直接转运货物的,货物在转运过程中,块状的货物或尖锐的杂物,容易在转运过程中砸伤下段皮带。 
发明内容:
本发明的目的是:防止货物戳伤皮带运输线。 
本发明的方案是:由多段皮带运输线构成的远程运输线,根据运输货物的流向,把货物先经过的皮带线定义为“上位皮带线”,货物后经过的定义为“下位皮带线”,本方案的特征是:在上位皮带线与下位皮带线的连接处,安置有震动筛机构。 
如上所述的皮带运输线之间的连接方法,其特征是:在上位皮带线与下位皮带线之间安置的震动筛机构,是斜面布置,斜面的高端与上位皮带线的出货端重叠,斜面的低端与下位皮带线入货端重叠。 
如上所述,货物经过振动筛分选和斜面分层后,细小的货物优先落在皮带上,大的块状货物落在细小的货物上,细小的货物起到垫层和缓冲层的作用,防止皮带被砸伤或刺伤。

图1是本发明的示意图,其中:1-上位皮带线,12-上位皮带线出货端,2-振动筛机构,3-下位皮带线,31-下位皮带线入货端。 
具体实施方式:
由于上位皮带线与下位皮带线之间的空间走向可能一致,可能垂直,或非直角交叉,但出货端一定要高于入货端,并满足振动筛对落差的要求。振动筛斜面安置在下位皮带线的正上方。

1.皮带运输线之间的连接方法,由上位皮带线、下位皮带线连接而成,其特征是:在上位皮带线与下位皮带线的连接处,安置有震动筛机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的皮带运输线之间的连接方法,其特征是:在上位皮带线与下位皮带线之间安置的震动筛机构,是斜面布置,斜面的高端与上位皮带线的出货端重叠,斜面的低端与下位皮带线入货端重叠。
