目前,皮带运输线,一般对托辊的状态没有实时监控,如果托辊失效,容易造成对皮带的损害。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是:发明一种皮带运输线的综合检测方法。
本发明的方案是:一种皮带运输线的综合检测方法,由测速滚轮、永磁体、干簧管、检测控制系统构成,其特征是:测速滚轮固定安置在皮带的两侧,测速滚轮与皮带的侧面保持接触,测速滚轮实时检测皮带的速度;永磁体固定安置在托辊的端头平面上,随着托辊的转动而周期性转动;干簧管固定安置在托辊端头的下方;托辊每旋转一周,永磁体就接近一次干簧管,干簧管动作一次;干簧管周期性动作信号接入检测系统,被换算成托辊圆周线速速,从而和皮带的速度进行比对,发现托辊是否打滑和卡死,以便及时维护,消除隐患。
如上所述的一种皮带运输线的综合检测方法,其特征是:检测主动轴的圆周线速度,与皮带的速度进行比对,及时发现主动轴是否打滑,消除隐患。

具体实施方式:
具体实施中,建议托辊的两个端面都固定一个永磁体和对应的干簧管,并对称布置,并联接到检测系统,其到相互备份的作用。测速滚轮建议主要安置在主动轴和从动轴附近,或皮带发生弹性形变比较大的部位。通过检测皮带和各运动部件的速度和加速度,结合运输货物的流量,可望获得皮带运输线的经济运行模式和保养周期。

1.一种皮带运输线的综合检测方法,由测速滚轮、永磁体、干簧管、检测控制系统构成,其特征是:测速滚轮固定安置在皮带的两侧,测速滚轮与皮带的侧面保持接触,测速滚轮实时检测皮带的速度;永磁体固定安置在托辊的端头平面上,随着托辊的转动而周期性转动;干簧管固定安置在托辊端头的下方;托辊每旋转一周,永磁体就接近一次干簧管,干簧管动作一次;干簧管周期性动作信号接入检测系统,被换算成托辊圆周线速速,从而和皮带的速度进行比对。
