背景技术:
目前,皮带运输线的动力系统,一般由主动轴和从动轴构成,主动轴有动力系统,从动轴没有动力系统。这种系统结构简单,运行可靠。但对于远距离皮带运输线,由于皮带具有明显的弹性属性,使皮带的上下两边的张力严重不对称,容易造成局部皱褶或打滑等不确定隐患。

本发明的目的是:发明一种皮带运输线的动力系统。
本发明的方案是:一种皮带运输线的动力系统,由主动轴、从动轴、皮带构成,其特征是:主动轴、从动轴都由电机和减速机构驱动,即主动轴由主动电机驱动,从动轴由从动电机驱动。
如上所述的一种皮带运输线的动力系统,其特征是:驱动主动轴的主动电机和驱动从动轴的从动电机,同步运行,协同作用于皮带。
具体实施方式:
具体实施中,建议主动轴和从动轴,主动电机和从动电机,主动减速机构和从动减速机构,等都采相同的。运行中均分动力,协同作用于皮带。实现远距离运输。相同的机构,也可以相互备份,为后期维护提供方便。这样可延长皮带的使用寿命,整个系统更稳定可靠。
