Specifically, it includes: shaft 1001, shaft cover upper part 1002, shaft cover lower part 1003, side 1004, side 1005, joint surface 1006, half surface 1007, side 1008, shoulder surface 1009, end surface 1010 and shaft cover 1011.
In order to overcome the problem of excessive clamps in the prior art, in the embodiment, a common clamp-gang clamp which can be used for gang process is designed in view of the similar installation modes and sizes of different connecting rods.
The gang jig can be adapted to all link installations with only minor adjustments or replacement of certain components. Therefore, as long as the production scheduling plan can be arranged according to the group process, the machine tool adjusting time required by the connection rod variety replacement can be greatly reduced, and the production preparation time is reduced.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, a method for grouping process machining of connecting rods includes:
classifying the connecting rods to be machined on the basis of the same or similar appearance according to the connecting rods to be machined, and using the classified connecting rods as a unified positioning reference for subsequent machining;
arranging the connecting rods containing the same processing elements on the same equipment for processing, and selecting the corresponding grouping process to process the connecting rods, further comprising the following steps:

The positioning plate 2 is made of harder materials and is used for supporting the connecting rod cap, the upper plane is used as a main positioning surface at the lower part of the connecting rod cap to limit three degrees of freedom of the connecting rod cap, and the positioning plate is fixed on the clamp body by a compression screw 5 and a positioning pin 6.
The back side surface of the positioning plate 2 is provided with a pin 8 and a screw 7 for installing a positioning block, and the positioning block is supported on the combination surface of the lower part of the connecting rod cover of various machine types to limit two degrees of freedom of the lower part of the connecting rod cover.
A side positioning block is arranged on the side surface of the positioning plate 2 and is supported on the side surface of the lower part of the connecting rod cover of various machine types to limit one degree of freedom of the lower part of the connecting rod cover. The six degrees of freedom of the lower part of the connecting rod cover are completely limited, and the connecting rod cover is completely positioned. The movable long nut 3 and the movable T-shaped bolt 10 can move in the groove of the positioning plate 2, the clamping requirements of the lower parts of the connecting rod covers with different sizes can be met, the lower section of the movable long nut 3 is connected with the movable T-shaped bolt, and the stud bolt is arranged in the upper section of the movable long nut 3 and used for pressing the lower part of the connecting rod cover.
The working principle is as follows:
one and the other fixture structure diagrams for installing the lower parts of the I-type and II-type rod covers are mainly used for assisting the basic fixture.

The convex shoulder surface of the lower part of the connecting rod cover is higher than the positioning plate, and a space for withdrawing the cutter is reserved, so that the positioning plate and the base body are not processed. The side surface of the lower part of the connecting rod cover and the joint surface close to the side positioning block 21 and the rear positioning block 25 are connected with the positioning plate on the basic fixture through screws and positioning pins, so that the lower part of the connecting rod cover is ensured to have a correct position on the basic fixture, and then the connecting rod cover is pressed by a pressing system. The pressing system is provided with a washer 23, a screw (not marked in the figure), a pressing head 28, a pressing nut 26 and a stud bolt 27 which are arranged on a pressing plate 22 and press the lower part of the connecting rod cover on the fixture body.
That is, the invention utilizes the grouping technical principle, according to the similar characteristics of the workpieces, the same processing elements are arranged on the same equipment for processing, and are designed into a grouping process, and a plurality of grouping processes form a grouping process. Since the clamp can be designed for different products, the invention is not described in detail here.
Unifying positioning references: and selecting the appearance of the connecting rod as a reference, finely processing the side surface of the blank, and controlling the size within the tolerance range of the blank.
The effects of the present invention are described below:
