一种制粒车间的除尘装置，包括一个框架(1)，框架(1)通过中空管道装置(2)连接吸尘装置(3)和主体装置，主体装置内包括压缩装置(4)、排气模块(5)，集尘装置(6)、动力装置(7)，框架(1)底部设置万向轮移动装置(8)，扶手安装于空心管道(2)侧面；中空管道装置(2)中部设置高度调节模块(9)，控制装置与动力装置(7)连接；吸尘装置(3)管道两侧设置高强度的吸气模块(10)，吸尘装置能多向旋转吸尘；适用于不同空气层面粉尘的吸收，对吸收物进行内部分类，有效缓解粉尘的悬浮状况，创造良好的制粒环境，降低呼吸疾病的发生机率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁机械。
背景技术
制药生产过程中，制粒车间内的粉尘比重往往偏大，防护措施主要采用带口罩的方式，粉尘密集度偏高影响操作者的呼吸道问题，目前现有除尘设备普遍安装于车间顶部，吸收速度慢，粉尘在不同空气层面的滞留时间久，无法多层面吸收。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种制粒车间的除尘装置。
本发明是这样实现的。一种制粒车间的除尘装置，包括一个框架，框架通过中空管道装置连接吸尘装置和主体装置，主体装置内包括压缩装置、排气模块，集尘装置、动力装置，框架底部设置万向轮移动装置，扶手安装于空心管道侧面。
一种制粒车间的除尘装置，中空管道装置中部设置高度调节模块，控制装置与动力装置连接。
一种制粒车间的除尘装置，压缩装置将空气及粉尘进行湿润分类处理，集尘装置通过左侧闭合门进行更换清洗。
一种制粒车间的除尘装置，压缩装置与排气模块连接处采用双层具有吸附性的过滤膜分隔，只利于空气分子通过，吸附粉尘颗粒。
一种制粒车间的除尘装置，吸尘装置管道两侧设置高强度的吸气模块，吸尘装置能多向旋转吸尘。
上述一种制粒车间的除尘装置，移动便捷，适用于不同空气层面粉尘的吸收，对吸收物进行内部分类，有效缓解粉尘的悬浮状况，创造良好的制粒环境，降低呼吸疾病的发生机率。

1.一种制粒车间的除尘装置，其特征在于包括一个框架(1)，框架(1)通过中空管道装置(2)连接吸尘装置(3)和主体装置，主体装置内包括压缩装置(4)、排气模块(5)，集尘装置(6)、动力装置(7)，框架(1)底部设置万向轮移动装置(8)，扶手安装于空心管道(2)侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制粒车间的除尘装置，其特征在于中空管道装置(2)中部设置高度调节模块(9)，控制装置与动力装置(7)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种制粒车间的除尘装置，其特征在于压缩装置(4)将空气及粉尘进行湿润分类处理，集尘装置(6)通过左侧闭合门进行更换清洗。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种制粒车间的除尘装置，其特征在于压缩装置(4)与排气模块(5)连接处采用双层具有吸附性的过滤膜分隔，只利于空气分子通过，吸附粉尘颗粒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种制粒车间的除尘装置，其特征在于吸尘装置(3)管道两侧设置高强度的吸气模块(10)，吸尘装置能多向旋转吸尘。
