Abstract

本发明涉及蓄电池领域,是一种蓄电池极板保护 袋吸收物。它采用化学纤维丝棉作为吸收物,将正电 池片用化学纤维寸纸袋包装。
本发明因去掉了玻璃纤维减少了劳动强度,避免 了对人体的危害,且因为采用了化学纤维寸袋和化学 纤维丝棉,使其吸液性有所提高,所占体积减小,容量 增大,稳定性提高,成本降低,又因为化学纤维寸纸袋 用正极片包住,避免了铅粉脱落而造成的电池损坏, 延长了电池的寿命。

Description

本发明涉及蓄电池领域,是一种蓄电池极板保护袋和吸收物。
为了使正负极间不短路和电解液被及时吸收,目前国内的铅酸蓄电池正负极间一般均采用橡胶或塑料隔板和玻璃纤维吸收物,有的在铅酸电池中将正极板采用玻璃纤维布将电极包住。
使用玻璃纤维,在操作中劳动强度大,对人体也有危害,且玻璃纤维本身的吸液性不很强,橡胶或塑料隔板,体积大,与电解液争占容积,而且正、负极间如果相互挤压,电解液活动性能就会差,影响电池片的质量,这样使蓄电池的蓄能作用受到限制。
本发明的目的是提供一种克服了上述缺点的蓄电池极板保护袋和吸收物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,它采用化学纤维丝棉作为吸收物,将正电池片用化学纤维寸纸袋包装。
下面通过实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明:
附图为本发明的实施结构示意图。
实施例:
见附图,首先将正极板16用化学纤维寸纸袋15包装, 然后将负极片间连接柱11、正极片间连接柱12,负极板13之间的所有空间用化学纤维棉14块满,再在其外面放上化学纤维棉14,最后用化学纤维寸纸袋15将电池极引柱10包装即成。
本发明因去掉了玻璃纤维减少了劳动强度,避免了对人体的危害且因为采用了化学纤维寸纸丝棉,使其吸液性有所提高,所占体积减小,容量增大,稳定性提高,成本降低,又因为化学纤维寸纸袋将正极片包住,避免了铅粉脱落而造成的电池损坏,延长了电池的寿命。
