本发明提供了一种空心钉,属于骨科用医疗器械领域,包括空心结构的钉体,钉体的头部对称开有两个U型槽,U型槽的开口处位于钉体的头部,钉体内部设有一空心杆,空心杆的顶端设有一定位块,定位块螺纹连接于钉体的尾部,空心杆的底端连接一向上凸起的弧形弹片,弧形弹片的两端固定于钉体的头部的内壁上。本发明结构简单,设计合理,在钉体旋入后骨折处,钉体内部设有弧形弹片,弧形弹片在空心杆的作用下发生变形,被下压的弧形弹片可以使钉体的头部向外扩张变形,能够减少钉体松动,甚至脱出的发生率,有效提高在松质骨骨折固定的稳定性和可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及骨科用医疗器械领域,具体是一种空心钉。
背景技术
随着我国人口老龄化,老年股骨颈骨折发病率不断提高,由于老年人骨质疏松以及股骨颈局部缺血,容易发生骨不连及股骨头坏死,故该骨折已成为老年医学重要课题,随着手术条件的改善和手术技巧的积累,C型臂透视下急诊行双头加压空心钉内固定术以其手术时间短、创伤小、住院时间端、费用低等优点成为基层医院及患者的首选。现有的空心钉为一端有螺纹,或者两端都有螺纹,但由于目前临床常用的空心螺钉存在提拉固定强度不够,常导致术后骨折移位,螺钉松动脱出,最终固定失败。尤其对于临床常见的老年股骨颈骨折,由于多数患者存在骨质疏松,普通的空心钉难以达到抗旋转,抗滑动的目的,因此常出现内固定空心钉松动脱出的现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,设计合理,旋入后骨折面愈合紧密,能够减少钉体松动甚至脱出的发生率,有效提高在松质骨骨折固定的稳定性和可靠性的空心钉。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种空心钉,包括空心结构的钉体,所述钉体的头部对称开有两个U型槽,所述U型槽的开口处位于钉体的头部,所述钉体内部设有一空心杆,所述空心杆的顶端设有一定位块,所述定位块螺纹连接于钉体的尾部,所述空心杆的底端连接一向上凸起的弧形弹片,所述弧形弹片的两端固定于钉体的头部的内壁上。
进一步地,所述定位块为圆柱形结构。
进一步地,所述定位块上设有外螺纹,所述钉体的尾部设有内螺纹,所述外螺纹与内螺纹相适配。
进一步地,所述定位块的底部中心开有一定位孔,所述空心杆的顶端位于定位孔内。
进一步地,所述定位块的顶部设有一一字型或十字型的开槽。
进一步地,所述弧形弹片的两端焊接于钉体的头部的内壁上。
进一步地,所述钉体的材质为Ti-6Al-4V、Ti-6Al-7Nb或00Cr18Ni14Mo3。
进一步地,所述钉体的头部设有螺纹。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:

具体实施方式
如图1-6所示,一种空心钉,包括空心结构的钉体1,钉体1的材质为Ti-6Al-4V,钉体1的头部对称开有两个U型槽2,U型槽2的开口处位于钉体1的头部,钉体1内部设有一空心杆3,空心杆3的顶端设有一圆柱形结构的定位块4,定位块4的底部中心开有一定位孔5,空心杆3的顶端位于定位孔5内,定位块4螺纹连接于钉体1的尾部,定位块4上设有外螺纹,钉体1尾部设有内螺纹,外螺纹与内螺纹相适配,空心杆3的底端连接一向上凸起的弧形弹片6,弧形弹片6的两端焊接于钉体1的头部的内壁上,定位块4的顶部设有一十字型的开槽7钉体1的头部设有螺纹8。
本实施例的工作过程:将空心钉的钉体1旋入骨折处,钉体1的头部和尾部分别位于骨折面的两侧,钉体1内部设有弧形弹片4,弧形弹片4在空心杆3的作用下发生变形,被下压的弧形弹片4可以使钉体1的头部向外扩张变形,能够减少钉体松动,甚至脱出的发生率,有效提高在松质骨骨折固定的稳定性和可靠性。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种空心钉,其特征在于:所述定位块上设有外螺纹,所述钉体的尾部设有内螺纹,所述外螺纹与内螺纹相适配。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种空心钉,其特征在于:所述定位块的底部中心开有一定位孔,所述空心杆的顶端位于定位孔内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种空心钉,其特征在于:所述定位块的顶部设有一一字型或十字型的开槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种空心钉,其特征在于:所述弧形弹片的两端焊接于钉体的头部的内壁上。
