本发明公开了一种插秧机调节机构，包括移轴箱以及套装在移轴箱表面的三通导向管，三通导向管包括水平管和竖直管；水平管的端部设置有螺纹，水平管的端部与U型支架底部的调节螺母相连接，U型支架的侧壁对称设置有安装孔，安装孔内设置有调节螺栓，送秧拨叉连接板一端通过调节螺栓与U型支架相连接。本发明结构简单，操作方便，通过对调节螺栓和调节螺杆的转动，能达到对拨叉连接板的上下左右前后的各个方向的微调，能有效的调节拨叉的位置，使得插秧机工作达到最佳效果。

本发明涉及农业机械领域，特别涉及一种插秧机调节机构。
背景技术
    小型插秧机是针对南方丘陵山区研发的。该地区是我国水稻生产的主产区, 在我国农业生产中具有举足轻重的地位。丘陵山区种植地块小且不规则、坡地多、田面落差大、无机耕道。小型插秧机重量轻、体积小、操作、行走方便，对丘陵山区田块的适应性好。但现有小型插秧机的拨叉连接板调节困难，对于不同的地形，插秧机无法达到最佳的插秧效果。
发明内容
    本发明的目的要解决上述技术问题。
为了实现上述的目的，本发明采取了如下的技术解决方案：一种插秧机调节机构，其特征在于：包括移轴箱以及套装在移轴箱表面的三通导向管，三通导向管包括水平管和竖直管；水平管的端部设置有螺纹，水平管的端部与U型支架底部的调节螺母相连接，U型支架的侧壁对称设置有安装孔，安装孔内设置有调节螺栓，送秧拨叉连接板一端通过调节螺栓与U型支架相连接。
本发明结构简单，操作方便，通过对调节螺栓和调节螺杆的转动，能达到对拨叉连接板的上下左右前后的各个方向的微调，能有效的调节拨叉的位置，使得插秧机工作达到最佳效果。

一种插秧机调节机构，其特征在于：包括移轴箱1以及套装在移轴箱1表面的三通导向管2，三通导向管2包括水平管3和竖直管4；水平管3的端部设置有螺纹，水平管3的端部与U型支架6底部的调节螺母7相连接，U型支架6的侧壁对称设置有安装孔，安装孔内设置有调节螺栓8，送秧拨叉连接板9一端通过调节螺栓7与U型支架6相连接。
