技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于数码产品上的沉板式MINI HDMI插座,特别指的是一种用于迷你数码产品上的沉板式MINI HDMI插座。
背景技术
现有的数码产品上所使用的插座其四个固定脚和插口排线都分布在插座的底部,通过四个固定脚将插座固定于PBC线路板上时,整个插座就呈现在PCB线路板的上方,不但占用体积较大,而且容易使插座架与插头之间形成电源短路,以致影响整个插座的工作。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术领域中存在的问题,本发明提出了以下术解决方案。
本实用由插座本体1和插座支架2组成。插座本体1由左插口3、右插口4、插座本体右后定位块5、插座本体左前定位块6和7、插座本体右后定位槽20和21、插座本体左后定位槽22和23以及插座本体定位柱26组成;插座支架2由插座固定脚9、插座支架右前定位片10、和11、插座支架左前定位孔12和13、插座支架闭合接口14、插座支架左后定位片15和16、插座支架右后定位片17和18以及插座支架右后定位槽19组成。如图3、插座支架的两边向前折起,两端头对接,通过插座支架闭合接口14咬合,形成一个长方体 插座支架2,插座本体被插座支架2紧紧裹在其中,左插口3从插座支架2左端伸出,右插口4从插座支架2右端伸出,左接口3和右插口4处于插座本体1的中心部位,成一个完整的插座。
如图2,为了使插座本体1在插座支架2内不前后左右位移,在插座本体1的后面右边设计有插座本体右后定位块5、插座本体右后定位槽20和21,在插座本体的后面左边设计有插座本体左后定位槽22和23,在插座本体的前面右边有插座本体右前定位槽24和25,在插座本体的前面左边有插座本体左前定位块6和7。如图1,在插座支架2的前面右边有插座支架右前定位片10和11,这两个定位片是通过将其定位片向里压进后分别卡在插座本体右前定位槽24和25内以阻止插座支架与插座本体的相对位移;在插座支架2的前面左边有插座支架前左定位孔12和13,插座本体前左定位块6和7分别从这两个定位孔中穿出,又阻止了插座支架与插座本体之间的相对位移。如图2,在插座支架2的后面右边有插座支架右后定位片17和18,这两个定位片分别压进在插座本体右后定位槽20和21内,也阻止了插座支架与插座本体之间的相对位移;在插座支架2的后面左边有插座支架左后定位片15和16,这两个定位片分别压进插座本体左后定位槽22和23内,又阻止了插座支架与插座本体之间的相对位移,在插座支架的后面右边有插座支架右后定位槽19,插座本体右后定位块5穿出插座支架右后定位槽19,再次阻止了插座本体与插座支架之间的相对位移。
如图2,在插座支架2的上下两端,有四个插座固定脚9,这四 个插座固定脚9将插座固定于PCB线路板上。如图3,这四个插座固定脚的位置处于插座厚度的中部,在安装有PCB路板上时,插座的一半沉入了PCB线路板中,使插座的厚度可缩减三分之一,致使整个插座的厚度缩减了三分之一。另外右插口4和左插口3也分别在插座本体的左右两端的中部,这样不但能减小整个插座的体积,而且能防止接口与插座支架之间形成电源短路现象。
如图1,在插座主体1的左边分布有插座主体定位柱26和插座定位柱27,这两个定位柱是把插座安装在PCB线路板上时,为了能使左插口3的每个接线柱都能与PCB线路板上对应的印刷线路一一对应而设计的,在安装时,先将插座定位柱26和插座定位柱27插在PCB线路板上对应的孔内,左插口3的每个接线柱就会自然与PCB线路板上对应的印刷线路一一对应,有效防止了左插3的每根接线柱之间发生短路现象。
本发明的有益效果在于不但能减小插座的体积,而且可以防止左右接口与插座支架之间的短路现象。

具体实施方式
如图3左接口3的接线端子从插座本体1的中心部位抽出,用于和PCB线路板表面对应的印刷电路相焊接,插座固定脚9与插座 支架2是一个整体,它从插座支架2的上下两侧面的中部抽出,与左插口3处在同一平面上,左插口3被插座支架2围在中间,有效防止了左插口3的接线端子与插座支架的短路现象。在与线路板安装时,处在同一平面的左插口3的接线柱和插座固定脚9正好与线路板表面对应的印刷电路相连接,这样插座的一半沉入了线路板之下,另一半呈现在线路板之上。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的发明方案和发明构思结合生产的实际需要做出其他相应的改变或调整,而这些改变和调整都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

1.沉板式MINI HDMI插座,由插座本体、插座支架组成,其特征是插座支架的两边向前折起,两端头对接,通过插座支架闭合接口咬合,形成插座支架,插座本体被插座支架紧紧裹在其中,左插口从插座支架左端伸出,右插口从插座支架右端伸出,左插口和右插口处于插座本体的中心部位,在插座支架的上下两端,有四个插座固定脚,这四个插座固定脚的位置处于插座厚度的中部,右插口和左插口也分别在插座本体的左右两端的中部;四个插座固定脚、左插口和右插口三者处在插座中部的同一平面上;插座本体的后面右边设计有插座本体右后定位块和插座本体右后定位槽,在插座本体的后面左边设计有插座本体左后定位槽,在插座本体的前面右边设计有插座本体右前定位槽,在插座本体的前面左边设计有插座本体左前定位块。
