本发明公开了一种轴承密封圈,包括外侧的钢圈骨架和内侧的橡胶圈,所述钢圈骨架包括顶梁和竖梁一和底梁,所述顶梁水平设置,所述竖梁一的中间一段呈45°弯曲,所述橡胶圈包括竖梁二和与竖梁二连接的C型部,所述竖梁二与钢圈骨架的竖梁一的下段粘接在一起,所述C型部的上部与钢圈骨架的底梁粘接在一起,所述C型部的底部即为密封唇,所述密封唇与水平线的夹角30°≤α≤70°。本发明可以增大密封圈的弹性形变能力,延长使用寿命,同时可以增大密封圈与轴承外圈密封槽口的卡紧能力,且方便轴承密封圈的安装。

一种轴承密封圈
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承密封圈,尤其是一种汽车驱动轴承用密封圈。
背景技术
轴承密封圈是轴承内的主要密封零件,不仅将润滑脂保存在轴承内,同时又防止外来杂物或者灰尘进入轴承内,可有效提高轴承的使用寿命。
以前,轴承密封圈整体由橡胶构成,但是,全部由橡胶构成的轴承密封圈强度不大,为了提高轴承密封圈的强度,通常会在轴承密封圈的橡胶体内嵌入钢圈骨架。
嵌入钢圈骨架后,轴承密封圈的强度确实得到了很大的提升,但是,随着强度的提升,轴承密封圈的弹性形变能力受到了削弱,这样一是加大了轴承密封圈的组装难度,二是很难控制密封唇与轴承套圈之间的过盈量,因为,过盈量发生变化时,如果弹性形变能力强,密封唇与轴承套圈之间的摩擦力并不会显著变化,但是,如果弹性形变能力弱的话,过盈量稍有变化,密封唇与轴承套圈之间的摩擦力就会显著变化,摩擦力一大,就会显著影响使用寿命,摩擦力太小,则密封性能会降低。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题,提供一种能增大弹性形变能力的轴承密封圈。为解决这些问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种轴承密封圈,包括外侧的钢圈骨架和内侧的橡胶圈,所述钢圈骨架包括顶梁、竖梁一和底梁,所述顶梁水平设置,所述竖梁一的中间一段与水平线呈45°弯曲,所述橡胶圈包括竖梁二和与竖梁二连接的C型部,所述竖梁二与钢圈骨架的竖梁一的下段粘接在一起,所述C型部的上部与钢圈骨架的底梁粘接在一起,所述C型部的底部即为密封唇,所述密封唇与水平线的夹角30°≤α≤70°。
本发明的技术特点还在于:所述顶梁的外端呈C型弯曲,所述顶梁与竖梁一连接处平滑过渡。
采用以上技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:
1.本发明钢圈骨架竖梁一的中间一段呈45°弯曲,这在保证了其强度时,能尽量增加钢圈骨架的弹性形变能力,同时方便机床压入,保证了密封圈压入后的形位公差要求。
2.本发明橡胶圈的竖梁二连接一C型部,所述C型部的底部即为密封唇,所述密封唇与水平线的夹角30°≤α≤70°,这样的结构大大增加了密封唇的弹性形变能力,且在密封唇磨损后,由于该弹性形变的反作用,密封唇依旧可以很好的与轴承套圈过盈配合,延长使用寿命。
3.C型部的上部与钢圈骨架的底梁粘接在一起,这样可以防止橡胶圈的C型部弹性形变太大,而影响轴承密封圈的密封性能。
4.本发明的顶梁的外端呈C型弯曲,且顶梁与竖梁一连接处平滑过渡,可以尽量增大钢圈骨架的弹性,方便轴承密封圈的安装,同时增大钢圈骨架与轴承外圈密封槽口之间的卡紧能力。

实施例1:如图1所示一种轴承密封圈,包括外侧的钢圈骨架1和内侧的橡胶圈2,所述钢圈骨架包括顶梁11、竖梁一12和底梁13,所述顶梁11水平设置,所述顶梁的外端111呈C型弯曲,所述顶梁与竖梁一连接处112平滑过渡。所述竖梁一的中间一段121呈45°弯曲,所述橡胶圈包括竖梁二21和与竖梁二连接的C型部22,所述竖梁二21与钢圈骨架的竖梁一的下段122粘接在一起,所述C型部的上部221与钢圈骨架的底梁13粘接在一起,所述C型部的底部即为密封唇3,所述密封唇3与水平线的夹角30°≤α≤70°。
采用以上技术方案,本发明可以增大密封圈的弹性形变能力,延长使用寿命,同时可以增大密封圈与轴承外圈密封槽口的卡紧能力,且方便轴承密封圈的安装,适用于88128/YA汽车驱动轴承的使用。

1.一种轴承密封圈,包括外侧的钢圈骨架(1)和内侧的橡胶圈(2),所述钢圈骨架包括顶梁(11)、竖梁一(12)和底梁(13),所述顶梁水平设置,所述竖梁一的中间一段(121)与水平线呈45°弯曲,所述橡胶圈包括竖梁二(21)和与竖梁二连接的C型部(22),所述竖梁二(21)与钢圈骨架的竖梁一的下段(122)粘接在一起,所述C型部的上部(221)与钢圈骨架的底梁(13)粘接在一起,所述C型部的底部即为密封唇(3),所述密封唇(3)与水平线的夹角30°≤α≤70°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轴承密封圈,其特征在于,所述顶梁的外端(111)呈C型弯曲,所述顶梁与竖梁一连接处(112)平滑过渡。
