本发明涉及一种家装涂料领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种多功能水性纤维木器漆。
背景技术
研究表明,涂料是家居空间的主要污染物之一。随着国家相关标准的制定和消费者环保意识的提高,水性漆已经得到全面普及。然而,家具表面使用的涂料,仍然以传统油性木器漆为主,无形中增加了家居空间的污染,而环保的水性漆家具仍是市场中的“非主流”。普遍存在的油性漆主要是使用含有大量有毒有害物质的香蕉水、天拿水作为稀释剂,无与伦比的环保优势是水性漆最大的特点。在日益重视涂料安全和环保指标的今天,水性木器涂料正因其所具有的低危害、低污染特性,逐渐为市场所接受。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的多功能水性纤维木器漆。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种多功能水性纤维木器漆,包括聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸乳液、水溶醇痠树脂、蜡乳液、纳米活性炭、香精、甲醛吸收剂、水,各组分的质量份数为:聚乙烯醇12-22、丙烯酸乳液30-40、水溶醇痠树脂20-30、蜡乳液13-17、纳米活性炭5-10、香精2-7、甲醛吸收剂3-9、水30-60。
作为优选,所述多功能水性纤维木器漆各组分的质量份数为:聚乙烯醇20、丙烯酸乳液30、水溶醇痠树脂23、蜡乳液16、纳米活性炭8、香精3、甲醛吸收剂8、水50。
作为优选,所述香精为柠檬香精。
作为优选,所述甲醛吸收剂为活性氧化铝。
作为优选,所述纳米活性炭的微孔半径在 2nm。

所述多功能水性纤维木器漆的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤 :
1) 在干净的涂料釜中放入规定质量份数的聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸乳液和水溶醇痠树脂,开动搅拌机,以不超过300r/min的速度缓缓搅拌。;
2) 将配方中将水缓缓加入混合容器中。生产中所需要的水须是蒸馏水,不得用未经纯化处理的自来水、井水等。用滴加的方式加水,以免出现分层、结块等现象,然后搅拌约5~10min;
3) 加入蜡乳液,搅拌5~10min。
4) 加入香精。搅拌3~5min左右。搅拌速度可降至200 r/min,减少香料的挥发。
5) 最后加入纳米活性炭和甲醛吸收剂,全部物料加完後再搅拌10~15min。其间搅拌速度由300~500 r/min逐渐降至100 r/min,直至结束搅拌。
本发明所述的多功能水性纤维木器漆只需要纯净无杂质的清水作为稀释剂,具有无与伦比的环保优势,此外,还具有超强净味等功能,满足更好的室内装修需求。

作为优选,所述多功能水性纤维木器漆各组分的质量份数为:聚乙烯醇20、丙烯酸乳液30、水溶醇痠树脂23、蜡乳液16、纳米活性炭8、香精3、甲醛吸收剂8、水50。

1.一种多功能水性纤维木器漆,其特征在于:包括聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸乳液、水溶醇痠树脂、蜡乳液、纳米活性炭、香精、甲醛吸收剂、水,各组分的质量份数为:聚乙烯醇12-22、丙烯酸乳液30-40、水溶醇痠树脂20-30、蜡乳液13-17、纳米活性炭5-10、香精2-7、甲醛吸收剂3-9、水30-60。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能水性纤维木器漆,其特征在于:所述多功能水性纤维木器漆各组分的质量份数为:聚乙烯醇20、丙烯酸乳液30、水溶醇痠树脂23、蜡乳液16、纳米活性炭8、香精3、甲醛吸收剂8、水50。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多功能水性纤维木器漆,其特征在于:所述香精为柠檬香精。
4.根据权利要求2所述的多功能水性纤维木器漆,其特征在于:所述甲醛吸收剂为活性氧化铝。
