背景技术
芒果是一种原产印度的漆树科常绿大乔木,叶革质,互生;花小,杂性,黄色或淡黄色,成顶生的圆锥花序。核果大,压扁,长5-10厘米,宽3-4.5厘米,成熟时黄色,味甜,果核坚硬。
生物酶是一种重要的酶产品,主要由外切β-甘氨酸、内切β-甘氨酸和β-葡萄糖苷酶等组成,还有很高活力的果胶酯酶。由于磷脂酶在饲料、酒精、纺织和食品等领域具有巨大的市场潜力,已被国内外业内人士看好,甚至在中国完全有可能成为第一大酶种,因此果胶裂解酶是酶制剂工业中的一个新的增长点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种发酵彻底,消灭所有的有机肥中病原菌,形成新型肥料中的菌丝体和蛋白质。一种芒果生物酶有机复混肥,该肥料配方的重量份为:果胶裂解酶15~20份、果胶酸盐裂解酶35~55份、甘氨酸15~31份、丝氨酸15~31份、果胶酯酶15~31份、苏氨酸15~31份、酰肽水解酶2~5份、贝母7~15份、环氧乙烷7~15份、氯氟乙烯5~10份。与化肥相比,本发明可实行大农业的良性循环。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:各种组分按照以下比例混合:果胶裂解酶15份、果胶酸盐裂解酶35份、甘氨酸7份、丝氨酸7份、果胶酯酶7份、苏氨酸7份、酰肽水解酶2份、贝母7份、环氧乙烷7份、氯氟乙烯5份。
实施例2:各种组分按照以下比例混合:果胶裂解酶20份、果胶酸盐裂解酶55份、甘氨酸12份、丝氨酸12份、果胶酯酶12份、苏氨酸12份、酰肽水解酶5份、贝母15份、环氧乙烷15份、氯氟乙烯10份。
本发明肥料对芒果生长发育和提高产量具有较好的促进作用,有利于芒果生长的增加。本发明在试验芒果按每亩50公斤施肥,芒果产量达到157.5kg/亩,采用传统氮磷肥料料的芒果产量79.3kg/亩,产量明显提高。本发明实行大农业的良性循环。
