本发明涉及起重设备技术领域，尤其是一种防止积水的钢丝绳卷筒。
背景技术
钢丝绳的强度高、自重轻、工作平稳、不易骤然整根折断，工作可靠，钢丝绳卷筒是钢丝绳的缠绕工具，两者都是起重设备的重要组成部分，因此在现代工业机械中的应用越来越广泛，在船舶机械设备的应用范围也越来越大；由于受到操作环境的限制，在实际使用中，钢丝绳及其缠绕所用的卷筒容易聚集过多的水气，由于钢丝绳卷筒的结构限制，积水很难排出，使得钢丝绳容易被腐蚀生锈，影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种钢丝绳卷筒，它可以解决现有钢丝绳卷筒难以排出积水的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：这种钢丝绳卷筒，包括筒体和设在所述筒体两端的端板，所述筒体内设有一个中间小、两头大的腰鼓形的内腔体，在所述筒体的外壁设有多个连通所述内腔体的导水通道；在所述端板内设有一个连通所述内腔体的积水腔，在所述端板的外缘设有多个连通所述积水腔的第二导水通孔。
上述技术方案中，更具体的技术方案还可以是：所述导水通道为外小里大的喇叭口。
进一步的，所述积水腔通过多个第一导水通孔连通所述内腔体。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：钢丝绳缠绕在卷筒上时，过多的积水通过导水通道进入卷筒筒体的内腔体，再经由第一导水通孔流入端板的积水腔，最后从积水腔的第二导水通孔排出，有效地减少了钢丝绳和筒体的积水量，减缓了钢丝绳的腐蚀生锈速度，延长了钢丝绳的使用寿命。

下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述：
如图1所示的一种钢丝绳卷筒，包括筒体1和设在筒体1两端的端板2，筒体1内设有一个中间小、两头大的腰鼓形的内腔体6，在筒体1的外壁设有多个连通内腔体6的导水通道3；在端板2内设有一个连通内腔体6的积水腔7，在端板2的外缘设有多个连通积水腔7的第二导水通孔5；导水通道3为外小里大的喇叭口；积水腔7通过多个第一导水通孔4连通内腔体6。
当钢丝绳缠绕在筒体1上时，过多的积水通过导水通道3进入筒体1内的内腔体6，再经由第一导水通孔4流入端板2的积水腔7，最后从积水腔7的第二导水通孔5排出；这种钢丝绳卷筒结构，有效地减少了钢丝绳和筒体的积水量，减缓了钢丝绳的腐蚀生锈速度，延长了钢丝绳的使用寿命。

1.一种钢丝绳卷筒，包括筒体（1）和设在所述筒体（1）两端的端板（2），其特征在于：所述筒体（1）内设有一个中间小、两头大的腰鼓形的内腔体（6），在所述筒体（1）的外壁设有多个连通所述内腔体（6）的导水通道（3）；在所述端板（2）内设有一个连通所述内腔体（6）的积水腔（7），在所述端板（2）的外缘设有多个连通所述积水腔（7）的第二导水通孔（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢丝绳卷筒，其特征在于：所述导水通道（3）为外小里大的喇叭口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的钢丝绳卷筒，其特征在于：所述积水腔（7）通过多个第一导水通孔（4）连通所述内腔体（6）。
