本发明公开了一种冲压焊接生产线的裁料送料装置,该冲压焊接生产线的裁料送料装置包括送料架、压料组件、裁料组件、送料组件和冲压料板限位组件,送料架上从左到右依次安装有压料组件、裁料组件、送料组件和冲压料板限位组件,所述压料组件包括压料气缸、压料气缸安装板、压料气缸连接板、止压盘和钢板安装架,两块压料气缸连接板固定于钢板安装架的上板,压料气缸连接板上边沿连接着压料气缸安装板下平面两端,压料气缸安装板上安装有压料气缸,压料气缸的活塞杆连接着止压盘,止压盘对着钢板,所述钢板安装架的上板和下板通过垂直筋板连接。通过上述方式,本发明裁料接效率高,生产稳定性好,产品报废率低。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械自动化领域,特别是涉及一种冲压焊接生产线的裁料送料装置。
背景技术
一般的冲压是用五金冲床人工操作生产,人工操作中经常因为送料不到位使得加工精度达不到要求,操作人员稍有疏忽就可能造成人身伤害,对员工的专业技术要求较高,一般的组装和焊接是单人单机生产,操作者的技术水平和作业规范对产品质量影响非常巨大,焊接长度和焊接质量完全凭操作者经验控制,所以常出现焊接长度不够或过长、虚焊、漏焊等质量问题,直接影响产品的使用性能和使用寿命,有鉴于此,有必要对现有的冲压焊接生产线的裁料送料装置予以改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种冲压焊接生产线的裁料送料装置,其裁料接效率高,生产稳定性好,产品报废率低。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种冲压焊接生产线的裁料送料装置,该冲压焊接生产线的裁料送料装置包括送料架、压料组件、裁料组件、送料组件和冲压料板限位组件,送料架上从左到右依次安装有压料组件、裁料组件、送料组件和冲压料板限位组件,所述压料组件包括压料气缸、压料气缸安装板、压料气缸连接板、止压盘和钢板安装架,两块压料气缸连接板固定于钢板安装架的上板,压料气缸连接板上边沿连接着压料气缸安装板下平面两端,压料气缸安装板上安装有压料气缸,压料气缸的活塞杆连接着止压盘,止压盘对着钢板,所述钢板安装架的上板和下板通过垂直筋板连接;所述裁料组件包括裁料架、裁料气缸、裁料刀、导柱、缓冲弹簧、导向套、调整块、钢板切断模和切断模安装块,裁料架底面固定有切断模安装块,切断模安装块上平面安装有钢板切断模,切断模安装块两端设有导向套,导向套固定于裁料架底面,导向套上套有调整块,导向套里插装有导柱,导柱上套有缓冲弹簧和裁料刀,缓冲弹簧上端紧贴裁料刀,导柱固定于裁料架上平面,裁料架上平面安装有裁料气缸,裁料气缸的活塞杆连接着裁料刀,裁料刀的刀刃对着钢板切断模的刃口;
优选的是,所述送料组件包括传动滚筒、传送带、轴承、滚筒安装板、主驱动轮、齿形皮带、从动带轮和驱动电机,八个传动滚筒上套有传送带,每个传动滚筒两端的输出轴上均套有轴承,每个轴承固定于滚筒安装板,滚筒安装板均竖直固定于送料架,最左侧传动滚筒前端的输出轴上安装有从动带轮,从动带轮上套有齿形皮带,齿形皮带连接着主驱动轮,主驱动轮安装于驱动电机的驱动轴上,驱动电机固定于送料架;
优选的是,所述冲压料板限位组件包括“┛”形限位模、压紧模、第一双导柱气缸、第二双导柱气缸、“┘”形气缸安装板和挡板,“┛”形限位模固定于送料架上平面,“┛”形限位模后侧设有第一双导柱气缸,第一双导柱气缸固定于送料架上平面,第一双导柱气缸的活塞杆法兰板连接着压紧模,“┛”形限位模右侧设有第二双导柱气缸,第二双导柱气缸安装于“┘”形气缸安装板侧面,“┘”形气缸安装板固定于送料架上平面,第二双导柱气缸的活塞杆法兰板连接着挡板。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种冲压焊接生产线的裁料送料装置,其裁料接效率高,生产稳定性好,产品报废率低。

所述送料组件214包括传动滚筒2141、传送带2142、轴承2143、滚筒安装板2144、主驱动轮2145、齿形皮带2146、从动带轮2147和驱动电机2148,八个传动滚筒2141上套有传送带2142,每个传动滚筒2141两端的输出轴上均套有轴承2143,每个轴承2143固定于滚筒安装板2144,滚筒安装板2144均竖直固定于送料架211,最左侧传动滚筒2141前端的输出轴上安装有从动带轮2147,从动带轮2147上套有齿形皮带2146,齿形皮带2146连接着主驱动轮2145,主驱动轮2145安装于驱动电机2148的驱动轴上,驱动电机2148固定于送料架211;
所述冲压料板限位组件215包括“┛”形限位模2151、压紧模2152、第一双导柱气缸2153、第二双导柱气缸2154、“┘”形气缸安装板2155和挡板2156,“┛”形限位模2151固定于送料架211上平面,“┛”形限位模2151后侧设有第一双导柱气缸2153,第一双导柱气缸2153固定于送料架211上平面,第一双导柱气缸2153的活塞杆法兰板连接着压紧模2152,“┛”形限位模2151右侧设有第二双导柱气缸2154,第二双导柱气缸2154安装于“┘”形气缸安装板2155侧面,“┘”形气缸安装板2155固定于送料架211上平面,第二双导柱气缸2154的活塞杆法兰板连接着挡板2156。
本发明冲压焊接生产线的裁料送料装置,其裁料接效率高,生产稳定性好,产品报废率低。

1.一种冲压焊接生产线的裁料送料装置,其特征在于:该冲压焊接生产线的裁料送料装置包括送料架、压料组件、裁料组件、送料组件和冲压料板限位组件,送料架上从左到右依次安装有压料组件、裁料组件、送料组件和冲压料板限位组件,所述压料组件包括压料气缸、压料气缸安装板、压料气缸连接板、止压盘和钢板安装架,两块压料气缸连接板固定于钢板安装架的上板,压料气缸连接板上边沿连接着压料气缸安装板下平面两端,压料气缸安装板上安装有压料气缸,压料气缸的活塞杆连接着止压盘,止压盘对着钢板,所述钢板安装架的上板和下板通过垂直筋板连接;所述裁料组件包括裁料架、裁料气缸、裁料刀、导柱、缓冲弹簧、导向套、调整块、钢板切断模和切断模安装块,裁料架底面固定有切断模安装块,切断模安装块上平面安装有钢板切断模,切断模安装块两端设有导向套,导向套固定于裁料架底面,导向套上套有调整块,导向套里插装有导柱,导柱上套有缓冲弹簧和裁料刀,缓冲弹簧上端紧贴裁料刀,导柱固定于裁料架上平面,裁料架上平面安装有裁料气缸,裁料气缸的活塞杆连接着裁料刀,裁料刀的刀刃对着钢板切断模的刃口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冲压焊接生产线的裁料送料装置,其特征在于:所述送料组件包括传动滚筒、传送带、轴承、滚筒安装板、主驱动轮、齿形皮带、从动带轮和驱动电机,八个传动滚筒上套有传送带,每个传动滚筒两端的输出轴上均套有轴承,每个轴承固定于滚筒安装板,滚筒安装板均竖直固定于送料架,最左侧传动滚筒前端的输出轴上安装有从动带轮,从动带轮上套有齿形皮带,齿形皮带连接着主驱动轮,主驱动轮安装于驱动电机的驱动轴上,驱动电机固定于送料架。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冲压焊接生产线的裁料送料装置,其特征在于:所述冲压料板限位组件包括“┛”形限位模、压紧模、第一双导柱气缸、第二双导柱气缸、“┘”形气缸安装板和挡板,“┛”形限位模固定于送料架上平面,“┛”形限位模后侧设有第一双导柱气缸,第一双导柱气缸固定于送料架上平面,第一双导柱气缸的活塞杆法兰板连接着压紧模,“┛”形限位模右侧设有第二双导柱气缸,第二双导柱气缸安装于“┘”形气缸安装板侧面,“┘”形气缸安装板固定于送料架上平面,第二双导柱气缸的活塞杆法兰板连接着挡板。
