背景技术

在使用中,将CTD安装至自行车,优选地可变阻力装置16被布置在前轮毂上。电子控制单元14被布置为使得用户能够看到显示器18并可使用通常在自行车把手上的多个按钮19。
然后,用户可使用按钮19选择CTD10的操作模式,以从显示器18上示出的各种菜单选项中选择。用户首先选择与各分别的CTD用户相关联的用户配置。然后用户将从设备上目前可用的训练程序进行选择。根据所选训练程序,电子控制单元14与可变驱动单元16通信,以控制其操作,改变自行车的有效滚动阻力。
根据本发明的优选实施例,根据用于间隔训练程序的用户配置而改变可变阻力单元16的有效滚动阻力。可根据间隔时间、间隔梯度、恢复时间、恢复梯度、重复次数而改变训练程序。
优选地,将响应于由生物传感器装置38检测的生物参数而改变训练程序。例如,如果用户的心率或呼吸率被检测为在可接受范围之外,将改变有效滚动阻力以确保用户在目标区域内锻炼。
优选地,将根据训练程序被完成的次数而改变它。
根据本发明的另一优选实施例,根据用于地形轮廓训练程序的用户配置而改变可变阻力单元16的有效滚动阻力。改变有效滚动阻力使得用户经历与其沿着配置中代表的地形骑车时将实际经历的相同踏板负载。
随着骑车人完成对地形轮廓的选择,其沿地形轮廓的相对位置显示在显示器单元18上。
优选地,地形轮廓可与真实世界位置的地形轮廓一致,使得用户可通过模拟地形轮廓骑行例如环法自行车赛的第一阶段。
根据本发明又一优选实施例,可变阻力单元16的有效滚动阻力根据用于计算机所生成的训练程序的用户配置而改变。在为他们生成计算机生成程序之前,骑车人能够输入其成绩目标和当前能力。
根据本发明的另一优选实施例,可变阻力单元16的有效滚动阻力根据用于用户心率的用户配置而改变。生物传感器装置38提供关于用户当前心率和呼吸率的生物数据。控制装置14改变可变阻力单元16的有效滚动阻力,以确保用户心率和呼吸率在目标范围内。
根据本发明的又一优选实施例,可变阻力单元16的有效滚动阻力根据用于阻力曲线的用户配置而改变。阻力曲线可由用户编程,并可依据瓦数、速度、方法图、线性图参数、对数图参数、指数图参数、多项式图参数中的至少一项。
根据本发明的另一优选实施例,可变阻力单元16的有效滚动阻力根据用户配置和旋转扫描分析而变化。传感器装置36用于确定在整个自行车踏板转动中产生的瞬时功率。骑车人中普遍存在的问题是蹬车优势,其中一只腿变得比另一只腿更加有力,这导致骑行中的不平衡。
通过在蹬车期间改变有效滚动阻力,可改变蹬车优势以确保用户在其骑行中提供均匀的力量。有利地,这样可以降低对骑车人的伤害。
然后,用户将接合CTD并开始其训练课程。用户经控制单元14上的多个按钮19触发CTD的操作。一旦CTD被启动,电子控制单元14将控制可变阻力单元16的操作。
可变阻力单元16通过使交流发电机发电而操作。交流发电机通过在其内部部件中的运动而产生交流电流(AC)。交流发电机的AC输出流经三相整流器26,其将交流电转换为直流电流(DC)。然后所产生的直流电由直流滤波器28过滤。直流电中的一些被传递至直流/直流变换器30,并最终传递至电控电子控制单元14。剩余的直流电被传递至PWM控制电路32并最终至负载34。
对于本领域技术人员明显的是,由交流发电机抽取的功率值根据负载34电特性的变化而改变。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,负载34包括热沉,当产生过多电荷时,所产生的额外电流“沉入”热沉中。
由交流发电机抽取的功率会使CTD用户经历增大的阻力,该增大的阻力超过在自行车正常操作期间所经历的阻力并在其之上。在使用CTD的自行车操作期间,用户所遇到的有效滚动阻力将与根据地形轮廓或用户训练计划的输出配置相匹配。
根据本发明的优选实施例,负载34的有效阻力由负载34内的传感器装置36连续计算。负载34的有效阻力具有温度依赖性,因此必须连续被确定,以确保能够正确计算有效滚动阻力和有效功率。
根据本发明的优选实施例,负载34还包括用于存储电能的装置。根据需要,用于存储电能的装置可构造作为可变阻力单元16的电源。
本领域技术人员能够理解,将会出现如下情形,其中,在自行车正常操作期间,用户经历的实际滚动阻力大于在地形轮廓或训练计划中该地点所需要的有效滚动阻力。
在这些实例中,从负载34抽取功率,以向作为电动机的可变阻力单元供电。电动机有效地起作用以降低CTD10的用户所经历的有效阻力。
以该方式,CTD10用户所经历的有效滚动阻力根据上传至控制单元的地形轮廓或训练计划而变化,CTD10能够改变有效阻力,而与用户按实际行驶地形而实际遇到的有效阻力无关。
根据本发明的优选实施例,如果它们满足根据装载进电子控制单元的地形轮廓或训练计划所需的输出,电子控制单元14将向用户显示。如果他们的现有输出匹配所要求的输出从而满足他们的训练计划,则电子控制单元14(更具体的是显示器18)向用户显示。
显示单元18也可以显示关于用户成绩的其他指标。根据本发明的其他优选实施例,电子控制单元14可包括其他传感器38,其允许显示来自用户的生物反馈,诸如用户心率、呼吸率或在当前训练课程中已经消耗的卡路里量。
根据本发明的一个实施例,关于前述训练课程的信息也可以传递至个人电脑,以允许对用户之前成绩的分析。一旦所需信息传递至CTD10,用户可终止通信装置与个人电脑之间的连接。
根据本发明的优选实施例,CTD10可经由通信装置连接至个人电脑。附加的训练程序可下载至CTD10。此外,可基于用户之前成绩使用个人电脑生成训练程序。

Claims (29)

1.一种骑车训练装置,包括电子控制单元和可变阻力单元,所述可变阻力单元与自行车车轮相接合或安装在自行车车轮上,使得自行车的有效滚动阻力能够以电子方式变化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骑车训练装置,其中,所述有效滚动阻力根据用户训练程序而改变。
3.根据权利要求1所述的骑车训练装置,其中,所述电子控制单元包括中央处理器、显示器和按钮。
4.根据权利要求3所述的骑车训练装置,其中,所述显示器和按钮被结合到触摸屏中。
5.根据上述权利要求中任意一项所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述电子控制单元还包括通信装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述通信装置还包括与所述可变阻力单元通信的无线装置。
7.根据权利要求5所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述通信装置还包括与个人电脑通信的无线装置。
8.根据上述权利要求中任意一项所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述电子控制单元是移动计算设备。
9.根据权利要求8所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述移动计算设备是智能手机。
10.根据上述权利要求中任意一项所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述骑车训练装置还包括被布置为捕捉来自用户的生物数据的至少一个生物传感器装置。
11.根据权利要求10所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述生物传感器装置被布置为检测心率。
12.根据权利要求10所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述生物传感器装置被布置为检测呼吸率。
13.根据权利要求1所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述可变阻力单元包括传递能够影响车轮滚动阻力的电磁力的装置。
14.根据权利要求13所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,传递电磁力的装置包括交流发电机。
15.根据权利要求13所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,传递电磁力的装置为涡流制动器。
16.根据权利要求13所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述可变阻力单元还包括用于对交流电流整流的装置。
17.根据权利要求13所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述可变阻力单元还包括直流滤波器。
18.根据权利要求13所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述可变阻力单元还包括直流变换器。
19.根据权利要求13所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述可变阻力单元还包括脉冲宽度调制控制器。
20.根据权利要求13所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述可变阻力单元还包括电力负载。
21.根据权利要求13所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述可变阻力单元还包括被布置为测量所述可变阻力单元的物理特性和电学特性的传感器装置。
22.根据权利要求13所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述可变阻力单元被布置为在其部分正常操作期间发电。
23.根据权利要求13所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述可变阻力单元被布置为在其部分正常操作期间用作电动机。
24.根据权利要求20所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述电力负载包括热沉。
25.根据权利要求20所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述电力负载包括用于存储电能的装置。
26.根据权利要求21所述的骑车训练装置,其特征在于,所述传感器装置被布置为测量电阻、电阻抗、电压输出、电流输出中的至少一个。
