Abstract
本发明公开了一种自动化程度高的自动止回阀,包括:阀体和阀盖,所述阀体和阀盖之间通过螺栓和螺母相连接,在所述阀体内设置有进口通道和出口通道,在所述阀体内部进口通道的一侧设置有阀座,阀座内设置有与进口通道相互连通的通道,所述的阀瓣的上端连接有阀杆,所述阀杆的上端滑动设置在阀盖内侧的滑槽内,在所述滑槽内设置有弹簧,所述阀瓣的下端连接有动铁芯,在所述阀体的内部设置有与动铁芯相互配合的凹槽,在所述阀体的下端设置有与动铁芯相互配合的静铁芯,在所述静铁芯上缠绕有感应线圈,所述感应线圈与电源控制柜相连接,在所述密封圈内侧的阀瓣上还设置有二次密封环。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,尤其涉及一种自动止回阀。
背景技术
在石油、化工等行业的管道上都会使用到止回阀,用于管道内液体的切断,现有的止回阀一般都是通过人工手动开启和关闭,操作麻烦,自动化程度低,在使用过程中止回效果差,时间长了容易导致止回失败,使用寿命短,同时止回阀的阀瓣与阀座之间密封性能差,时间长了密封圈容易老化,造成液体泄漏,不能很好地满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种自动化程度高的自动止回阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:自动止回阀,包括:阀体和阀盖,所述阀体和阀盖之间通过螺栓和螺母相连接,在所述阀体内设置有进口通道和出口通道,在所述阀体内部进口通道的一侧设置有阀座,在所述阀座上设置有密封圈,阀座内设置有与进口通道相互连通的通道,在所述阀体内设置有与阀座相互配合的阀瓣,所述的阀瓣的上端连接有阀杆,所述阀杆的上端滑动设置在阀盖内侧的滑槽内,在所述滑槽内设置有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端与阀盖相抵,所述弹簧的另一端与阀杆相抵,所述阀瓣的下端连接有动铁芯,在所述阀体的内部设置有与动铁芯相互配合的凹槽,在所述阀体的下端设置有与动铁芯相互配合的静铁芯,在所述静铁芯上缠绕有感应线圈,所述感应线圈与电源控制柜相连接,在所述密封圈内侧的阀瓣上还设置有二次密封环,在所述阀座上设置有与二次密封环相互配合的二次密封槽。
本发明的优点是:上述自动止回阀安装在管道上,通过接通和切断电源就可以控制阀门的开启和关闭,控制方便,自动化程度高,通过弹簧可以对阀杆与阀盖之间增加缓冲作用,减小碰撞力,正常使用时它可以很好地起到止回功能,使用更加方便,止回效果好,使用寿命长,同时阀瓣与阀座之间通过二次密封环和二次密封槽进行二次密封,能够防止密封圈老化造成的液体泄漏,密封效果好,可以很好地满足使用要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,自动止回阀,包括:阀体1和阀盖2,所述阀体1和阀盖2之间通过螺栓3和螺母4相连接,在所述阀体1内设置有进口通道5和出口通道6,在所述阀体1内部进口通道6的一侧设置有阀座7,在所述阀座7上设置有密封圈8,阀座7内设置有与进口通道5相互连通的通道9,在所述阀体1内设置有与阀座7相互配合的阀瓣10,所述的阀瓣10的上端连接有阀杆11,所述阀杆11的上端滑动设置在阀盖2内侧的滑槽12内,在所述滑槽12内设置有弹簧13,所述弹簧13的一端与阀盖2相抵,所述弹簧13的另一端与阀杆11相抵,所述阀瓣10的下端连接有动铁芯14,在所述阀体1的内部设置有与动铁芯14相互配合的凹槽15,在所述阀体1的下端设置有与动铁芯14相互配合的静铁芯16,在所述静铁芯16上缠绕有感应线圈17,所述感应线圈17与电源控制柜相连接,在所述密封圈8内侧的阀瓣10上还设置有二次密封环18,在所述阀座7上设置有与二次密封环18相互配合的二次密封槽19。
上述自动止回阀安装在管道上,不需要止回时,关闭电源控制柜,感应线圈17失电,液体介质通过进口通道5、通道9推开阀瓣10然后进入出口通道6,在流体通过的过程中阀瓣10被推起,阀瓣10推动阀杆11在滑槽12内向上滑动,阀杆11压缩弹簧13,弹簧13对阀杆11有缓冲作用,防止阀杆11与阀盖2直接碰撞;当需要止回时,开启电源控制柜,感应线圈17得电,静铁芯16产生较强磁性吸引与其相互配合的动铁芯14,动铁芯14向下移动至凹槽15内并紧贴阀体1的内部,动铁芯14拉动阀瓣10和阀杆11向下运动直至使阀瓣10关闭,阀瓣10与设置在阀座7上的密封圈8相抵,设置在密封圈8内侧的阀瓣10上的二次密封环18插入到二次密封槽19内起到二次密封作用,密封效果好,上述自动止回阀正常使用时可以很好地起到止回功能。

1.自动止回阀,其特征在于:包括:阀体(1)和阀盖(2),所述阀体(1)和阀盖(2)之间通过螺栓(3)和螺母(4)相连接,在所述阀体(1)内设置有进口通道(5)和出口通道(6),在所述阀体(1)内部进口通道(6)的一侧设置有阀座(7),在所述阀座(7)上设置有密封圈(8),阀座(7)内设置有与进口通道(5)相互连通的通道(9),在所述阀体(1)内设置有与阀座(7)相互配合的阀瓣(10),所述的阀瓣(10)的上端连接有阀杆(11),所述阀杆(11)的上端滑动设置在阀盖(2)内侧的滑槽(12)内,在所述滑槽(12)内设置有弹簧(13),所述弹簧(13)的一端与阀盖(2)相抵,所述弹簧(13)的另一端与阀杆(11)相抵,所述阀瓣(10)的下端连接有动铁芯(14),在所述阀体(1)的内部设置有与动铁芯(14)相互配合的凹槽(15),在所述阀体(1)的下端设置有与动铁芯(14)相互配合的静铁芯(16),在所述静铁芯(16)上缠绕有感应线圈(17),所述感应线圈(17)与电源控制柜相连接,在所述密封圈(8)内侧的阀瓣(10)上还设置有二次密封环(18),在所述阀座(7)上设置有与二次密封环(18)相互配合的二次密封槽(19)。
