技术领域
本发明所涉及管道技术领域中的一种流体管路的开启关闭装置,特别涉及一种偏心截止阀。
背景技术
偏心半球阀通过球体绕阀体中心线作旋转来达到开启、关闭的一种阀门。由于偏心半球阀开关轻便,开关无摩擦,密封不易磨损,启闭力矩小,体积小,结构简单,维修方便,密封面与球面常在闭合状态,不易被介质冲蚀,因此在石油、化工、城市给排水等要求严格切断的工况中被广泛应用。但现有偏心半球阀大多存在如下缺陷:首先,在阀门启闭时,操作比较麻烦,需要转动手轮多圈才能实现完全密封或完全开启;其次,在恶劣工况中灵敏度较差,当介质中有淤泥或杂物时,受杂物的阻碍,影响正常启闭。
发明内容
针对现有偏心半球阀中存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种偏心截止阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种偏心截止阀,包括阀体和设置在阀体内相连接的半球和阀杆,阀体的上方通过螺栓连接有阀盖,阀盖和阀体之间设置有密封垫片,阀盖上连接有吊环,阀杆上通过销轴固定连接有半球,半球正面的球面上通过螺钉固定连接有起密封作用的球冠,阀杆穿出阀体外的一端通过三通与手柄固定连接,阀杆穿出阀体的一端与阀体之间设置有密封机构;
所述半球背面的平面上设置有若干个具有切割功能的刀片;
所述密封机构包括套接在阀杆外的填料锁母和填充在填料锁母和阀杆之间的填料。
本发明的有益效果:操作方便,只需要转动操作手柄90°就可以实现阀门的启闭;半球中心与阀座有一定的偏心距,实现阀门的硬密封、零泄漏,且扭矩小;半球带有锋利的刀口,在启闭过程中,能切断杂物,保证在开启时不受淤泥和杂物限制,当介质中有杂物也能正常启闭。

具体实施方式
为改进现有偏心半球阀的缺陷,设计一种偏心截止阀(如图1~图3),包括阀体1和设置在阀体1内相连接的半球3和阀杆5,阀体1的上方通过螺栓12连接有阀盖14,阀盖14和阀体1之间设置有密封垫片11,阀盖14上连接有吊环13,阀杆5上通过销轴6固定连接有半球3,半球3正面的球面上通过螺钉4固定连接有起密封作用的球冠2,阀杆5穿出阀体1外的一端通过三通9与手柄10固定连接,阀杆5穿出阀体1的一端与阀体1之间设置有密封机构;所述半球3背面的平面上设置有若干个具有切割功能的刀片;所述密封机构包括套接在阀杆5外的填料锁母8和填充在填料锁母8和阀杆5之间的填料7。
本发明的工作原理:半球旋转中心线和阀体上的密封圈中心线有一定的偏距,通过旋转手柄带动半球以半球旋转中心为旋转轴旋转,实现阀门的启闭。开启时半球瞬间离开阀体密封面,以免密封面的擦伤,开启时扭矩小;关闭时,因半球旋转中心线和阀体上的密封圈中心线有一定的偏距,使半球底部的角形平面机械地楔向压迫阀体,使其紧密地压在阀座上,越关越紧,实现阀门的硬密封、零泄漏。
本发明的有益效果:操作方便,只需要转动操作手柄90°就可以实现阀门的启闭;半球中心与阀座有一定的偏心距,实现阀门的硬密封、零泄漏,且扭矩小;半球带有锋利的刀口,在启闭过程中,能切断杂物,保证在开启时不受淤泥和杂物限制,当介质中有杂物也能正常启闭。

1.一种偏心截止阀,包括阀体(1)和设置在阀体(1)内相连接的半球(3)和阀杆(5),阀体(1)的上方通过螺栓(12)连接有阀盖(14),阀盖(14)和阀体(1)之间设置有密封垫片(11),阀盖(14)上连接有吊环(13),其特征在于,阀杆(5)上通过销轴(6)固定连接有半球(3),半球(3)正面的球面上通过螺钉(4)固定连接有起密封作用的球冠(2),阀杆(5)穿出阀体(1)外的一端通过三通(9)与手柄(10)固定连接,阀杆(5)穿出阀体(1)的一端与阀体(1)之间设置有密封机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种偏心截止阀,其特征在于,所述半球(3)背面的平面上设置有若干个具有切割功能的刀片。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种偏心截止阀,其特征在于,所述密封机构包括套接在阀杆(5)外的填料锁母(8)和填充在填料锁母(8)和阀杆(5)之间的填料(7)。
