技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火面料,是一种粘胶基炭化防火面料。
背景技术
纺织品是人们日常生活的必需品,而由纺织品引起的火灾近年来有上升的趋势,据统计,约20%以上的火灾事故是因纺织品不阻燃而引起的,因纺织品着火或蔓延形成的火灾事故的比例更大。因此,国内外十分重视对阻燃纺织品的研究,许多国家已对老人儿童睡衣、床上用品、宾馆、航空装饰用等纺织产品进行专门立法,规定必须用阻燃产品;同时,随着社会的发展,人们生活水平提高和工作环境的改善,对特种行业工作人员的服装,提出了更高的要求,比如:炼钢工人的防护服不仅要能防护熔融金属溅身的危险,又要能防护热的灼伤;消防队员的防护服装不仅要求阻燃,而且要求在600C-3000C的作业环境下对人体有良好的防护;现代战争中的士兵如装甲兵、防化兵等均需要装备阻燃耐热防护服。近几年来,我国在冶金、电力、林业、化工、公安等行业和部门相继立法,着装阻燃耐热防护服,以减少工伤事故和火灾造成的损失已成为一项国策(劳动法第93条)。但是,由于多种原因,在我国许多应当使用阻燃耐热纺织品的行业和环境还远未完全使用,我国现有的阻燃产品无论产量还是质量还远不能满足需要,因此,阻燃耐热产品的开发有其社会的必然性与紧迫性。
新型防火面料的开发,不仅涉及纺织加工,同时涉及新材料、新功能、新产品,因此需要采用创新的思维、创新的方法和创新的技术,需要纺织、材料、化工多学科联合攻关。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃、透气的粘胶基炭化防火面料。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种粘胶基炭化防火面料,其特征是:采用粘胶纤维作为基材,经清洗、浸渍阻燃剂、绝氧炭化处理得到;所述粘胶纤维的细度为4D,由木浆33~35%、棉浆60-64%及余量的聚丙烯腈组成。
所述粘胶纤维的细度为4D,由木浆34%、棉浆62%及余量的聚丙烯腈组成。
所述粘胶纤维的细度为4D,由木浆35%、棉浆61%及余量的聚丙烯腈组成。
本发明防火阻燃、透气性好,经久耐洗。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种粘胶基炭化防火面料,采用粘胶纤维作为基材,经清洗、浸渍阻燃剂、绝氧炭化处理得到;所述粘胶纤维的细度为4D,由木浆34%、棉浆62%及余量的聚丙烯腈组成。
实施例2:所述粘胶纤维的细度为4D,由木浆35%、棉浆61%及余量的聚丙烯腈组成。其余同实施例1。
