本发明属于缝纫机技术领域,特指一种缝纫机底线控制机构。
背景技术:
现有缝纫机底线控制机构是将打线架通过轴位螺钉固定在钣金件上,再将钣金件固定在机壳上,打线架绕轴位螺钉转动,在打线架的下部设置有限位销,在打线架的下方设置有打线架扳手,由人工操作限位销卡设在打线架板手上时为工作状态。人工将限位销从打线架扳手上脱离,并将其绕轴位螺钉向上转动,进行穿线。这种结构穿线时操作性较差,且拆卸维修不方便。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种操作简单方便,便于维修的缝纫机底线控制机构。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种缝纫机底线控制机构,包括有一端固定于机壳上的销轴,销轴上设置有绕其转动并由第一复位扭簧驱动自动复位的打线架扳手,在打线架扳手的一侧设置有打线架,打线架与挡块连接,挡块固定在机壳上,打线架绕挡块转动并由第二复位扭簧驱动自动复位,所述打线架扳手上设置有卡槽,在打线架上设置有限位销,限位销设置在打线架扳手的卡槽内时为工作状态,限位销从卡槽上脱离后处于打线架穿线状态。
在上述技术方案中,所述第一复位扭簧套装在销轴上,第一复位扭簧的一端插设在机壳上、另一端扣在打线架扳手上。
在上述技术方案中,所述第二复位扭簧套装在弹簧挡圈上,第二复位扭簧的一端卡在弹簧挡圈上、另一端卡在打线架上控制打线架的复位。
在上述技术方案中,所述弹簧挡圈、挡块由轴位螺钉固定在机壳上。
在上述技术方案中,所述打线架扳手上设置有卡槽的一侧为圆弧形,限位销沿该圆弧形移动。
本发明相比现有技术突出的优点是:
1、本发明设置有两个扭簧的自动复位结构,通过对打线架扳手简单地操作就可以很方便地完成打线架穿线状态与工作状态的转换,并且当打线凸轮绕线时拆卸及维修比较方便;
2、本发明很大程度上可提高生产效率和缝纫机的缝纫性能,且可降低成本。

具体实施方式:
下面以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1—6:
一种缝纫机底线控制机构,包括有一端固定于机壳1上的销轴,销轴上设置有绕其转动并由第一复位扭簧2驱动自动复位的打线架扳手3,在打线架扳手3的一侧设置有打线架4,打线架4与挡块5连接,挡块5固定在机壳1上,打线架4绕挡块5转动并由第二复位扭簧6驱动自动复位,所述打线架扳手3上设置有卡槽7,在打线架4上设置有限位销8,限位销8设置在打线架扳手3的卡槽7内时为工作状态,限位销8从卡槽7上脱离后处于打线架4穿线状态。
本发明的机壳1是安装凸轮轴12的凸轮座部分。
在上述技术方案中,所述第一复位扭簧2套装在销轴上,第一复位扭簧2的一端插设在机壳1上、另一端扣在打线架扳手3上。
上述提及的销轴一般采用轴位螺钉9,也可以采用其他结构,如螺杆、螺母等。
在上述技术方案中,所述第二复位扭簧6套装在弹簧挡圈10上,在弹簧挡圈10的端面上设置有凹槽,第二复位扭簧6的一端卡在弹簧挡圈10的凹槽内、另一端卡在打线架4上控制打线架4的复位。
本发明的弹簧挡圈10、挡块5由轴位螺钉11固定在机壳1上。挡块5为阶梯轴,小径部设置在打线架4上的安装孔内,轴位螺钉11依次穿过弹簧单圈10、挡块5螺接在机壳1上。安装后打线架4绕挡块5上的小径部转动,由第二复位扭簧6进行复位。
在上述技术方案中,所述打线架扳手3上设置有卡槽7的一侧为圆弧形,限位销8沿该圆弧形移动,圆弧形边具有导向作用,时打线架4平缓转动。
本发明的工作原理:
在穿底线时用手将打线架扳手3轻轻往上抬,限位销8脱离打线架扳手3的卡槽7,在第二复位扭簧6弹力的作用下,沿着打线架扳手3圆弧往上弹起,刚好弹到机壳1位置时限位打线架4的最高点。此时打线架4在打线凸轮15上方可以很方便的穿线了。当穿好线后只需将打线架4轻轻往下按,打线架扳手3在第一复位扭簧2的弹力作用下将限位销8卡住,机器就可以开始工作了。

1.一种缝纫机底线控制机构,其特征在于:包括有一端固定于机壳上的销轴,销轴上设置有绕其转动并由第一复位扭簧驱动自动复位的打线架扳手,在打线架扳手的一侧设置有打线架,打线架与挡块连接,挡块固定在机壳上,打线架绕挡块转动并由第二复位扭簧驱动自动复位,所述打线架扳手上设置有卡槽,在打线架上设置有限位销,限位销设置在打线架扳手的卡槽内时为工作状态,限位销从卡槽上脱离后处于打线架穿线状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缝纫机底线控制机构,其特征在于:所述第一复位扭簧套装在销轴上,第一复位扭簧的一端插设在机壳上、另一端扣在打线架扳手上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种缝纫机底线控制机构,其特征在于:所述第二复位扭簧套装在弹簧挡圈上,第二复位扭簧的一端卡在弹簧挡圈上、另一端卡在打线架上控制打线架的复位。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种缝纫机底线控制机构,其特征在于:所述弹簧挡圈、挡块由轴位螺钉固定在机壳上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种缝纫机底线控制机构,其特征在于:所述打线架扳手上设置有卡槽的一侧为圆弧形,限位销沿该圆弧形移动。
