本发明涉及塑料加工领域，尤其涉及一种PVC外润滑剂，包括以下质量百分含量的组分：亚油酸60％，二十碳醇30％，二甘醇9％，磷酸0.5％，大豆油0.5％；将上述原料投入反应釜内，搅拌下升温至80℃，在-0.1Mpa压力下，保温反应4h，得到透明流动性液体，在常压下降温至室温，得到产品，该PVC外润滑剂的润滑性和分散性好，保证塑化效果，提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料加工领域，尤其涉及一种PVC外润滑剂。
背景技术
PVC树脂是由氯乙烯通过自由基聚合而成的，PVC树脂可加工成各种塑料制品，广泛应用于各类薄膜、涂层制品、泡沫制品等等。随着我国经济的发展，PVC制品产业的规模在不断扩大，产量逐年增加。
在PVC成型加工过程中，PVC与加工设备的机械表面存在界面摩擦，需要加入外润滑剂来降低摩擦力。外润滑剂与聚合物的相容性很小，在加工过程中很容易从聚合物的内部转移到表面，在界面处形成一个润滑剂分子层。由于润滑剂的内聚能低，可以降低聚合物与设备表面的摩擦力，防止其黏附于机械表面。
目前PVC的外润滑剂产品结构比较简单，产品性能单一，容易存在析出现象。
有鉴于上述的缺陷，本设计人，积极加以研究创新，以期创设一种PVC外润滑剂，使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的目的是提供一种PVC外润滑剂，其润滑性和分散性好，保证塑化效果，提高生产效率。
本发明一种PVC外润滑剂，包括以下质量百分含量的组分：亚油酸60％，二十碳醇30％，二甘醇9％，磷酸0.5％，大豆油0.5％；将上述原料投入反应釜内，搅拌下升温至80℃，在-0.1Mpa压力下，保温反应4h，得到透明流动性液体，在常压下降温至室温，得到产品。
借由上述方案，本发明至少具有以下优点：本发明提出的PVC外润滑剂的润滑性和分散性好，保证塑化效果，提高生产效率。

本发明一较佳实施例所述的一种PVC外润滑剂，包括以下质量百分含量的组分：亚油酸60％，二十碳醇30％，二甘醇9％，磷酸0.5％，大豆油0.5％；将上述原料投入反应釜内，搅拌下升温至80℃，在-0.1Mpa压力下，保温反应4h，得到透明流动性液体，在常压下降温至室温，得到产品。该PVC外润滑剂的润滑性和分散性好，保证塑化效果，提高生产效率。
