本发明涉及塑料加工领域,尤其涉及一种PVC外润滑剂,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:亚油酸60%,二十碳醇30%,二甘醇9%,磷酸0.5%,大豆油0.5%;将上述原料投入反应釜内,搅拌下升温至80℃,在-0.1Mpa压力下,保温反应4h,得到透明流动性液体,在常压下降温至室温,得到产品,该PVC外润滑剂的润滑性和分散性好,保证塑化效果,提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料加工领域,尤其涉及一种PVC外润滑剂。
背景技术
PVC树脂是由氯乙烯通过自由基聚合而成的,PVC树脂可加工成各种塑料制品,广泛应用于各类薄膜、涂层制品、泡沫制品等等。随着我国经济的发展,PVC制品产业的规模在不断扩大,产量逐年增加。
在PVC成型加工过程中,PVC与加工设备的机械表面存在界面摩擦,需要加入外润滑剂来降低摩擦力。外润滑剂与聚合物的相容性很小,在加工过程中很容易从聚合物的内部转移到表面,在界面处形成一个润滑剂分子层。由于润滑剂的内聚能低,可以降低聚合物与设备表面的摩擦力,防止其黏附于机械表面。
目前PVC的外润滑剂产品结构比较简单,产品性能单一,容易存在析出现象。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种PVC外润滑剂,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种PVC外润滑剂,其润滑性和分散性好,保证塑化效果,提高生产效率。
本发明一种PVC外润滑剂,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:亚油酸60%,二十碳醇30%,二甘醇9%,磷酸0.5%,大豆油0.5%;将上述原料投入反应釜内,搅拌下升温至80℃,在-0.1Mpa压力下,保温反应4h,得到透明流动性液体,在常压下降温至室温,得到产品。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:本发明提出的PVC外润滑剂的润滑性和分散性好,保证塑化效果,提高生产效率。

本发明一较佳实施例所述的一种PVC外润滑剂,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:亚油酸60%,二十碳醇30%,二甘醇9%,磷酸0.5%,大豆油0.5%;将上述原料投入反应釜内,搅拌下升温至80℃,在-0.1Mpa压力下,保温反应4h,得到透明流动性液体,在常压下降温至室温,得到产品。该PVC外润滑剂的润滑性和分散性好,保证塑化效果,提高生产效率。
